We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at the Washington School House Hotel in Park City, Utah, and it was nothing short of perfect. The venue itself is stunning—an elegantly restored historic schoolhouse that blends classic charm with modern luxury. The intimate setting was ideal for our celebration, offering a cozy yet upscale atmosphere that made our day feel truly special. A huge highlight was Ryan Frye, who somehow manages to wear every hat—chef, hotel manager, coordinator—and does it all flawlessly. His food was incredible, creative, and tailored perfectly to our event, and his leadership ensured everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. The rest of the staff was just as exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience unforgettable. The location right off Main Street couldn’t be better. Our guests loved being able to step right out into the heart of Main Street while still enjoying the private, tucked-away feel of the hotel. The design and décor inside are breathtaking, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the chic common areas and the outdoor pool terrace with mountain views. We truly can’t recommend the Washington School House enough. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a special celebration, or just looking for a luxurious getaway, this hotel offers an unmatched combination of venue, setting, and service. Our expectations were exceeded in every way.

Lovely stay - we held a weekend retreat here and it was a great venue. Lovely private room for the meeting, great breakfasts and snacks. Service was excellent and the pool deck and hot tub were super.

Washington School House is one of my favorite hotels in the world! This charming boutique property, just steps from Main Street in Park City, is beautifully decorated and perfectly located—walking distance to everything the town has to offer. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and available 24/7 to assist with dining reservations, activity recommendations, and anything else you might need. We enjoy hiking and biking in Park City, but also love spending time relaxing at the hotel—playing cards and board games in the outdoor spaces, and unwinding by the pool. The amenities are just as thoughtful as the service. Your stay includes a complimentary breakfast (the most amazing hotel breakfast!!), morning pastries, afternoon snacks and cookies, plus alcoholic beverages—a wonderful perk. I also love the branded touches like a cozy blanket, playing cards, pens and paper, and luxurious Maison Caulières bath and beauty products. We especially love the Lofted King Suite, where our kids have their own beds on the second level—perfect for families. Every night brings a fun “surprise and delight” during turndown service. WSH truly thinks of everything to make your stay perfection. If you’re looking for a unique, intimate, and truly special place to stay in Park City, Washington School House is unbeatable.

We came for a few days in the off season in the month of May. This place was great ! Clean rooms, comfy bed, and a dedicated staff that worked hard to take care of our every need. I have not been to many places with this level of service. The host and staff were phenomenal. The price is well worth it. Highly recommend staying here when in Park City!

Last week, a group of girlfriends and I stayed at this newly renovated hotel in Park City. Just off Main street, steps from Silver (fantastic), No Name Saloon (fun!), and the town lift (convenient!). What a fabulous experience!! The ambiance is lovely, the staff is friendly and accommodating, wine and delicious treats for après ski amazing, not to mention a breakfast menu that set us up for a great day on the slopes! If you are looking for a romantic experience or luxurious get-away, check out the Washington School House Hotel. You'll never stay anywhere else in Park City!
