We recently stayed for 7 nights at the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice, although quite expensive. We arrived around 11.30 am and were told the room wasn't ready and to take a seat while they processed our passports and credit card. My husband was quite unwell and having flown in we were not really dressed for the hot weather. No one mentioned that we would have to wait hours and maybe we would like to change clothes and sit by the pool to wait. We asked about the availability of the room we were told check in wasn't until 3pm. It was 3 minutes to 3. After check in the staff were all friendly and did all they could to help out during our stay. The food was good, being westerners we felt that the restaurant opening at 8pm was a little late for us, however we seem to have managed. We felt the prices for food and drinks both at the poolside and in the mini bar were quite reasonable, with the exception of paying for the water. Our only suggestion would be to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, to be able to have a coffee first thing in the morning ( before going for breakfast ). The beach was a short walk away and not really visible from a lot of locations. I would suggest people going here organise having a car to get around the island.

I never see this in a 5 stars !! Only 30 seats on the pool for 150 customers ! I ask them to help me and they answered wait some customers will live the pool ..... I can understand how they can have 5 stars with this service.

Beautiful and pleasant hotel but simply not offering the quality of accommodation nor service of a five star hotel that costs close to 800€ per night (maisonnette for 2 adults and 2 children). It should cost half of this price.

I had the good fortune to spend 3 nights here at this beautiful resort. The property is stunning in traditional Greek style and the rooms are simple, spacious, elegant and extremely comfortable. They all have large terraces. The landscaping is breathtaking and provides for a truly relaxing environment. The pool area was magnificent and overlooked the beach at Parosparos. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast buffet. The greatest aspect of the hotel had to be the service. Giannis, the property's Assistant Manager, was outstanding as were the members of his staff. They went out of my way to make my stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. There were some reviews which were posted which indicated some concerns about the hotel. The price point for the room in high season was in line with expectations. However, I do agree that a full service restaurant should be open all day and provide a more robust room service menu 24 hr for a hotel of this caliber. At the same time, I mentioned to them that they should also provide complimentary bottled water in the room since the local tap water isn't potable. I suggest anyone staying that they include breakfast as part of the room rate as they charge a hefty 35 euros per person for the buffet.

The staff and especially the concierge service were amazingly helpful and gracious. Paros has so many amazing beaches, towns and restaurants to visit and the concierge got to know my wife and I, what we like and made amazing suggestions and reservations for us. Our room was lovely on grounds that are bursting with colorful flowering vines. Rent a car in Paros to get around, visit Antiparos. And this hotel is near Paros Kite where I learned to kite board. An amazing second honeymoon for us!
