Hotel Perfection
This place has my heart. I have been coming to the Langham for years and years. One of my favorite hotels! Love the people who work here. Food--except Royce--has gone downhill (like the horribly 'updated' rooms), but Langham Pasadena is my ultimate happy place.

Historic hotel could use some updating
The Langham is an iconic Pasadena hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. We were upgraded to a patio room by pool which was the perfect location. The room itself was dark and could use a renovation. The pool area is beautiful but was understaffed. There were no towels available when we arrived mid afternoon and were told they were short staffed. The following evening the pool area was not cleaned when we returned from dinner, there were dirty towels and food left over. It was cleaned by the morning but for a high end hotel that should have been clean. The artificial turf around the pool was extremely hot to walk on. Breakfast was included with our room and was very good. We had lunch by the pool and it was also very good. Pool service stops at 4 and it would have been nice to have that extended. Our only option was room service.

Great hotel
This is a beautiful property, brilliant service and lovely rooms. Very clean. The room service was great and the food at the steakhouse was lovely with great drinks throughout the stay (good bartender service too). Seamless and would stay again

This place is AMAZING!!!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed myself at this historic, beautiful and luxurious hotel! The views are breathtaking, the grounds are lush and tranquil and the food is delish! The hotel and grounds simply gorgeous! The staff are friendly and kind! I will definitely return. Living in LA, It was the PERFECT staycation hotel!

Best Birthday Party
We hosted my daughter’s fourth birthday celebration here and it was fantastic! Kids paradise. Service was amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful.
