It’s Not The Location That Makes A Hotel Shine
There is always an excitement in going to a new hotel especially when it’s your first night with your new bride. We were met with smiles and hugs from guests waiting for their cars but that was where the joy ended. The front desk was professional but nary a smile or any little thoughtful details in our room. The hotel is clean and looks nice but without a customer centric staff and a management that leads by example and high expectations you feel nothing more than a stay at any hotel USA.

Lovely and luxurious
A really beautiful and tranquil property. Luxurious without being stuffy. The spa amenities were the highlight for me. The food offerings are rather limited, but I will say that I found them to be simple but well-executed.

We truly had the most incredible stay. I have worked in the hospitality business for many years and the customer service at Langham Pasadena was second to none. From before our arrival through our stay they were beyond helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Exceptional service from an incredible team.
We had a fantastic stay at The Langham, Pasadena, and the service was absolutely top-notch. From the moment we arrived, John from bell service went above and beyond with our luggage and even shared great local tips. Check-in was seamless thanks to Delbert at the front desk - warm, professional, and made us feel like VIPs. The real highlight was the Club Lounge team: Manuela,Karely,Eva,Yeymi, and Dani were all amazing. Attentive without being intrusive, remembered our preferences, and kept everything beautifully presented. They truly elevated our experience. Also the Valet team Jonathan Garcia and Destiny. Every single person we encountered seemed to love working there. Can't wait to return again.
