We truly had the most incredible stay. I have worked in the hospitality business for many years and the customer service at Langham Pasadena was second to none. From before our arrival through our stay they were beyond helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We had a fantastic stay at The Langham, Pasadena, and the service was absolutely top-notch. From the moment we arrived, John from bell service went above and beyond with our luggage and even shared great local tips. Check-in was seamless thanks to Delbert at the front desk - warm, professional, and made us feel like VIPs. The real highlight was the Club Lounge team: Manuela,Karely,Eva,Yeymi, and Dani were all amazing. Attentive without being intrusive, remembered our preferences, and kept everything beautifully presented. They truly elevated our experience. Also the Valet team Jonathan Garcia and Destiny. Every single person we encountered seemed to love working there. Can't wait to return again.

What a beautiful property that is historic and has ensured modern upgrades have been incorporated but ensured they saved the charm of the location. Larger rooms with everything you could think of needing. Many have pool views with balconies. Bedding is super comfortable and reminds me of a Westin or Ritz. Onsite restaurants and room service are exceptional. Highly recommend this for business and personal stays.
