The surroundings, decor, rooms, maid staff, wait staff, and restaurants were all top-notch. Everyone on staff were friendly and helpful. We had an atypical room request (two rooms side-by-side) which the reservations supervisor suggested, and accommodated well. The pools, restaurants, bar, and Mexican Cantina on Friday evening, were all wonderful. This was my fourth stay over the past 2 1/2 years, and it's where I'll stay every time I come to Los Angeles.

Amazing venue!
I stayed at the Langham for a conference so didn't have super high expectations. From the moment I arrived until I departed, my experience was amazing and felt like true luxury. My room was beautiful, the pools made me feel like I was on vacation, and the banquet food was delicious.
