Fantastic first stay at Pasadena Langham
It was truly "first class" in every way and I will definitely be back in October!! From the moment of checking in at valet to the front desk to the bell men to the wonderful room overlooking the Lanai Pool to the Tap Room to a full day out at the Lanai Pool to room service to checking out - Everything was fantastic!!

Luxury and great service
The property and rooms are beautiful and peaceful. The hotel uses a texting service prior to arrival and they very promptly responded to our pre-arrival questions which was way faster than calling and getting through to someone. Kudos for having this available and well staffed. We experienced an issue with our room and were able to quickly and satisfactorily resolve it via the text service. We really appreciated this and wish all hotels had this!

A very good hotel.
Location very good. Hotel very good. Staff very good. Facilities very good. Close to town, which again has nice restaurants etc. Overall, a hotel I would recommend.

An iconic hotel
Staying 6 nights for a conference at this iconic fabulous hotel. The last time I stayed here was many years ago when it was then a Ritz-Carlton hotel. It was amazing then and it’s amazing now. In a beautiful setting this hotel ticks all of the boxes. The staff are also friendly and attentive . You should note that this hotel is generally very busy at weekends hosting wedding parties etc. overall very much recommend.
