Reviews for The Langham Huntington, Pasadena

Exceptional service from an incredible team.

We had a fantastic stay at The Langham, Pasadena, and the service was absolutely top-notch. From the moment we arrived, John from bell service went above and beyond with our luggage and even shared great local tips. Check-in was seamless thanks to Delbert at the front desk - warm, professional, and made us feel like VIPs. The real highlight was the Club Lounge team: Manuela,Karely,Eva,Yeymi, and Dani were all amazing. Attentive without being intrusive, remembered our preferences, and kept everything beautifully presented. They truly elevated our experience. Also the Valet team Jonathan Garcia and Destiny. Every single person we encountered seemed to love working there. Can't wait to return again.

Class and Elegance at its best

What a beautiful property that is historic and has ensured modern upgrades have been incorporated but ensured they saved the charm of the location. Larger rooms with everything you could think of needing. Many have pool views with balconies. Bedding is super comfortable and reminds me of a Westin or Ritz. Onsite restaurants and room service are exceptional. Highly recommend this for business and personal stays.

Absolutely beautiful stay and impeccable service and dining experience. I will return and not on business, just because it is so elegant and peaceful.

Return to Langham Hotel

The Langham is a beautiful hotel that my family have enjoyed visiting several times. The grounds and interior are well maintained and tastefully appointed. Our rooms are clean, quiet and well stocked with amenities. The staff, in particular, standout in my opinion. They exemplify the gold standard in customer service.

Service Lacking, beautiful property

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Beautiful property with history, well maintained landscaping. Hard to get anyone that works there to help you. At 10am, I went to the front desk for pool towels and they sent me to the restaurant to ask for them. There is a whole thing with signing a rental agreement when you borrow a spa robe (and then have to return it to the spa) which doesn’t feel good. It doesn’t feel like many people work here and therefore, lots of trash and old plates of food around the pool areas and hallways… Note there is a $70 resort fee that when asked, I was told covers…housekeeping. Parking is extra.
