This is a really beautiful venue. We stayed Tues. to Fri., did get a very good rate, since it was off season. But we got no housekeeping service. At all. Each day we'd leave for the afternoon and put the "Maid requested" sign on our doorknob. Nothing. By the end all our towels were dirty and wet. Also, there seems to have been an outside water main leak; water running all over the walkways.

The place is in a beautiful setting. Needs some maintenance and updates. Overall staff were very friendly and helpful. The drive from the ferry terminal was good. Overall would recommend and my understanding is that it's improving but has a bit to go. The restaurant was good. Two servers on a busy Saturday night but they did their best. Food was very good.

Resort was super cute and staff were lovely. Some of the facilities like the gym were a little dirty and could use an update but none of that really phased us. The BEST part was Jill in the spa. Her treatment (Glow) was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. Amazing!! If you are ever here, be sure to book with her.

This was the perfect getaway! So relaxing! The food was amazing, we ate in the dining room twice and both times were exceptional. The room was clean and lots of space for the 2 of of us. Beautiful views of the harbour. The out door jacuzzi and heated pool were excellent. The staff are all so accommodating, right from the get go all the way to the check out. Professional and genuinely care. Thank you and we look forward to coming back!

We live on a nearby island and love to come to Poet’s Cove! We often come by boat, and enjoy that. This time though we stayed in the lodge and took advantage of s senior’s off season special. It was fantastic! Love the facilities, the bed was so comfortable, food was so delicious both at the restaurant for dinners and the café for breakfast. We have already decided to make this an annual winter getaway, but to stay 3 nights instead of 2.
