Good memories
The property was excellent, clean and relaxing. The staff was AMAZING, very friendly, polite, respectful and courteous. They remember every guest name and have top notch service. I was disappointed in the food choices and lack of variety. Women likely find it more acceptable than men, not many meat or protein options.

Amazing experience, unbelievable location Pabro/Sapao Adventures and the sloth experience was incredible. To find sloths is so hard but we saw so many with Pabro’s amazing skills

Beautiful location, wonderful service
For a property that has been around for a while, it was extremely well maintained. The service was impeccable, food was great, and property is beautiful. I would recommend making sure you line up some experiences if you are going to stay for more than 3-4 days. We brought our two kids, ages 5 and 6, and had an absolutely wonderful/relaxing time.

Family and Birthday Trip of a Lifetime
In a word, AltaGracia is "perfect." Our casita, the pools, the spa, the restaurants, the offered activities, and the grounds are exceptional. But, it is the service and the people that make AltaGracia as special as it is. They know you by name almost immediately and can truly anticipate your every need. For example, we were having lunch at the adult pool when it started to rain and the temperature dropped a bit, and almost immediately we were offered blankets. Another example--we commented how delicious the chimichurri sauce was at dinner and then we had the recipe sent to us immediately after dinner. Another example--we got caught in a storm after our ficus tree climb excursion and were met with dry towels and umbrellas on our drive back to our casita. We cannot recommend AltaGracia enough and cannot wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
