We’ve had the privilege of staying at luxury properties around the world, but this one stands in a league of its own. It doesn’t just meet expectations—it redefines them. The perfect blend of stunning location, exceptional staff, impeccable accommodations, and countless thoughtful touches creates an experience that’s truly unforgettable. While the website offers a glimpse of its beauty, nothing compares to being there in person. From the moment you arrive, the weight of the world begins to lift. Hearing about this hidden gem is one thing—experiencing it firsthand is something you’ll never forget.

This is the nicest place I have ever stayed at, but importantly does not feel pretentious or fake; instead very natural and welcoming. If you like nature, food, and relaxing, you need to book a stay here, I promise you it is that good. As soon as you land at the airport they take you on a private plane to their airstrip, which is already super impressive. When we arrived, a lot of the staff was there greeting us and our compa's really made us feel special. It really felt to me that everyone truly enjoys working here, and nothing felt fake or forced. Room/Casita: The rooms are beautiful, if you can get a room with a pool you should, we used it every day and it was so relaxing. The views are gorgeous, and the room is kept stocked with snacks and lovely touches each day. Everything is so comfortable, from the showers to the bedding and to the patio area. Food: The dining experiences at the resort are also amazing, we felt like we were eating Michelin star food every night. Even when we ordered food to our rooms, it was still the exact same presentation and quality as if we had sat down at the restaurant! There is a coffee shop that has fresh pastries and local juices/coffee that is also to die for. Spa: Not really a spa person, really just there to accompany my wife, but I ended up loving it! We went there to use to steam rooms and the sauna, and then there is a free clay mask/scrub that feels really nice. After that we mostly just lounged around and would use the pool and jacuzzi after a long day. We didn't book any messages or other services since the prices seemed a bit high. Experiences: We did some on-site events like a nocturnal hike, a canopy tree climb, and a cooking class/lesson about the local bees. All of the guides who hosted these events were so fun to be around, and their energy really made us feel like we were just doing activities with friends. I would highly recommend doing these experiences if you can. Some of the experiences are a bit pricey for what you get, so just do a bit of research on what you want to do. If you really want to have a solo, guided, private experience, you should book through the resort; otherwise if you want to do activities with other groups of people maybe look towards a third party or rent a car and go adventuring solo. We did a solo trip to the osa peninsula, which was super fun (and we saw so many cool wildlife), but would've probably been more fun with a group! Staff: Seriously everyone here is so nice, and it doesn't feel forced or fake. We really enjoyed talking with everyone everyday about our respective days, hobbies, and cultures. Everyone knows your name and is willing to help out with any request, no matter how small or insignificant. I was very impressed by the staff here, if I could give them 10 stars I would. (Thank you again if you are reading this!) All in all, this resort is definitely a must stay, and I am excited to see the improvements they make if/when we visit again!

Most special stay I have ever experienced. The resort is beautiful, surrounded by beautiful country. The people are the most hospitable I have ever encounter. Very special place.

Wonderful stay! The people who work there, the facilities, and the natural surroundings are exceptional. Upgrade to the plunge pool. Highly recommend taking advantage of the classes and programming. The El Cultive dinner is a must. 10/10!
