Good location and on first impression the reception hall was lovely. Unfortunately the room was dated and tatty. The bathroom was poor- the bath was peeling and the toilet continually ran water. The restaurant food was poor and very expensive.

After a very stressful day with a cancelled flight out of Adelaide and missing a connecting flight I ended up at this hotel overnight. The staff were exceptional from the moment I arrived until departure. Rooms are beautiful, very clean and mine overlooked the Swan river. Room service was way above average and food was delicious. Little things like coffee and tea in foyer go a long way. Best hotel I have stayed at in a very long time.

Stayed at the Pan Pacific Perth for a weekend in one of the Club Suites. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern complete with a decent sized bath and shower and comfortable king sized bed. The Club Lounge provided an excellent way to wind down at the end of the day with a glass of champagne. The only one complaint being the lack of non-seafood options for the Club Lounge evening buffet. On the weekend of stay the options provided were fried calamari, prawn dumplings, or salmon spoons. The morning breakfast was extremely enjoyable and of a high standard offering plenty of hot and cold food options.

Stayed over the night on 11th Jan but left my iPad behind. When I've reached back to Singapore, I realized the lost and called the hotel immediately. Fortunately after making a call to the hotel, they found my iPad ! Was so grateful to the honest chambermaid and all the honest staffs! Managed to retrieved the iPad with the help of my colleague. Special thanks to Bayduo and all the helpful and honest staff that helped communicate around for my lost iPad ! Definitely recommend this nice and comfortable hotel to the rest.

Taking two school age children for a break, the pool was an essential. However, it was so cold that even the children were resistant to getting in the water on 34 degree day. Pool not as pictured on web site. Want to watch a movie - $39.95 a day or $15.95 each! This is before parking at $30 per EXIT from the car Park. Not family friendly, nothing for children to do. Bathrooms not well cleaned, in need of maintenance to clear drains.
