I had a wonderful relaxing time , the service impeccable , the food delightful and my bed a cloud , I had the best night sleep in ages and the in room dessert was delicious .I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in the city and it's close enough to the CBD for shopping and taking in the delights of Perth.

I took my parents and 6 others for High tea at the Pan Pacific in Oct for my mothers birthday. We had a booking for 11.30 , Origins has a lovely atmosphere it was very quiet for a Sunday. The service was very good and the waiter was very knowledgable about the dishes served. The flavour combinations of the food and tea served was beautiful. We had 2 1/2 hours of chatting and eating , there was plenty of food and a glass of sparkling was included for $49 . Would definately go again as the menu changes all the time . It was a delightful experience thank you 😄👍

A true 5 Star Hotel with a generous and inviting Lobby. The Bar to the right offers an exceptional selection of drinks, I was particular impressed with the Whiskeys. Check in is professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are 5 Star, though, not a recent refurbishment but clean and practical. The beds are amazing, very comfortable and internet is fast. The Members Club floor is very pleasant and offering a great selection of food and drinks. Breakfast in the Restaurant offers everything for everyone and is so diverse, I could stay a week and not being able to taste everything. Will certainly come back. Brea

Attended a two-day workshop, pre-conference. This review is about the food, service and conference facilities. I have dined at this hotel before but first time to attend a conference. Noticed that at the same time as the two-day workshop I was attending - 1 of 3 sessions on the two days - there were 3 or 4 more. Range of Dilmah Teas for the participants. Noticed a barista stand in another part of the venue, sponsored by one of the companies with a stand for the other conference. Food was good for me, as I am an omnivore (I eat most things) with separate areas for those with special dietary requirements. There is parking next door to the venue. I live locally so just got to the venue by my regular train commute. It is a comfortable walk to and from the centre of the business district. There is a bus stop about a block away on the same street which is part of the FREE TRANSPORT ZONE in Perth and a RED CAT (free circle bus) STOP on HAY Street, which is a block away.
