Had a package through Luxury Escapes app. $399 for 2 nights with free parking, $75 food and beverage voucher each day for 2 of the days, access to Regency Club during stay, continental breakfast included. Regency Club included 2 hours on both nights with canapes and free drinks, beer, wine and spirits all inclusive. If had paid for the drinks alone bill would have been in excess of $550. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and efficient. Excellent value for money. Uber fare to Barrack St Jetty was $7 each way. 10 out of 10 for the stay. Cant wait for this deal to come up again and will definitely rebook.

This hotel is in a great location in the CBD with easy access to buses. The rooms are of a good size with nice decor and quiet. The Club lounge has great views over the Swan river and provdes all day refreshments. In the evening they serve two hours of complementary food and beverages of a wide range. The breakfast is included and this is served in the expansive cafe. A super choice of cold foods available and you can pay $15 extra for hot food. Very reasonable price for what is on offer. The coffe was great and service prompt and friendly. All round we had a very pleasant stay here.

I have been visiting the Hyatt Regency Perth regularly for the last 8 months or so for business. I cannot fault the high level of service provided to me by the hotel staff and management. On the rare occasion I have needed something addressed the staff have responded swiftly to my request. The check in process has always been professional and extremely smooth and the rooms clean and comfortable. Having previously stayed at a number of other premises around the Perth CBD I now always choose the Hyatt as in my opinion it can't be beaten.

Paid full price for the Regency Floor. Due to the fact the hotel must of had some sort of 'deal' it was extremely busy and we were delgated to the 3rd floor (not the Regency floor we paid for). The canapes/drinks from 6pm-8pm was an absolute joke. So busy there was no where to sit, lots of people standing in corridors !! Lining up for 20 minutes to get drinks. Staff where flat out (Management should of known they would need extra staff, due to their occupancy records ?? ). The breakfast was also a joke, in a 5 star hotel, to have the breakfast items removed at 10.30 (this is advertised as breakfast serivice til 10.30) not as breakfast items removed at 10.30 and then they turned the lights off in some sections as people were still eating... disgusting customer service. Upon check out the line was approximately 40 people waiting... again.. only 2 staff members. The Hyatt Regency is dated and cavernous (all shops in complex are empty, all upper floors look like they have sold off the art work to keep the place going - just an observation). Would I stay again. No sorry. There are many many more value for money, service orientated, 5 star hotels to stay in when you are in Perth. Once was a great spot now its a little sad.

I booked a luxury escape 2 day get away, this was to be a bit of a disappointment. We booked a club level room with extra dining credit each day. Firstly the club lounge has a STRICT dress code of no thongs or open toe sandals, having read this on the leaflet left in room I checked down with reception with regard to the sandals I was wearing to be told NO NOT SUITABLE. Ok thats no problem, so I went down town and purchased new shoes, only to go to the club lounge on this evening and the next evening to see other guests not only wearing the very same sandals I had shown the reception but thongs as well !!! Really if you make a rule please get your staff to enforce it!!! Then there was the lack of service in the cafe and the conservertory, was asked to place an order and didn't have a menu so had to ask for menus and water before we could, didn't have table cleared or further drinks offered. Also our room had someones dirty sock pushed in behind the clean towels, and the paper to jot notes down had pictures drawn on it and just turned over, so the cleaning staff need to pay more attention 5 star ???
