Excellent!!

I had an amazing stay. Tina was very polite and helpful every day of my stay at the hotel. I was a little skeptical about being in philly but the hotel services provided everything i needed and more. Front desk helped me find my way around the city and Im very appreciative! Will definitely be booking again!!

We loved the staff

The service was spectacular - everybody was very attentive and very helpful. They even gave us a complimentary copy of the Sunday New York Times. Location is unbeatable as well and the bar on the first floor is surprisingly good - way beyond the usual “hotel bar.”

Great location but not much more for your buck

Great location in the Rittenhouse area - but you pay a price. For 29 dollars extra for the resort fee, the only amenities were a bathrobe and a nespresso machine with coffee pods and two waters. And a coupon for one drink at the bar downstairs - so there’s that I guess. But no ice or soda machine down the hall and no housekeeping for “only” two nights ( at 300 bucks per night , kinda chintzy). The room decor was very sterile : quite minimal decoration, filthy windows, dirty white scraped walls and very cracked old furniture. Needs renovation, clearly. Blackout window shades did not fully blackout. That said, thr front desk was very friendly and sent extra coffee pods and water on request. If the price were right I’d have been content. I felt it was poor value for the money.

Loved the building and the room. First time in the city and wanted to explore. Tina, the young lady at the front desk. which i may say is very awesome, gave us ideas where to go. The Restaurant is amazing. Myself and my wife will come back.

Wow. Very impressed

We were in town for WrestleMania 40 & had booked this hotel months in advance. Upon arrival we were checked in by Juilet. Who was an aboustley pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful on tips, locations etc in around Philly & gave Top recommendedations to try Phillycheese steak. We orginally had a room on 11th floor but we were upgraded to the penthouse room on level 12, free of charge. Wow. Absolutely amazing room. Didn't feel like we was in a hotel. There is bar (on the right) & restaurant (on the left) within the hotel. Food was good and breakfast was very good. Hotel is literally 10 mins drive from main train station, 25 mins drive to Lincoln Finacial Field & Wells Fargo Arena. You are walking distance to the Fashion distract & Chinatown. If I ever venture back to Philly again, I would book this hotel again. Cleavers is on the same street of the hotel and you must go there for phillycheese cake. Special mention to Juliet who provide top level customer service & is credit to the hotel.
