Phenomenal Phnom Penh
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel, and without question one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Their staff is over the top, Lou Anne and Salomon very especially helpful. Magnificent room, great food, relaxing and soothing bar area. New airport is quite far out of town so we were not able to linger over breakfast, but we will be back.

An exceptional hotel with amazing staff. Everything was perfect and we could not fault anything.

Disappointing hotel
We stayed one night at the Sofitel in Phnom Penh and it was average apart from the excellent food and breakfast. The hotel was unacceptably noisy during our stay and we had to use the public pool which is far from the rooms (you have to cross the lobby and hotel parking). Overall a disappointing stay.

Comfortable hotel in Phnom Penh
It's a very excellent place to stay in Cambodia. All are perfect and the staffs are very friendly, especially Ms Theavy in the frontdesk and Mr Sophorn in the front gate. Thanks Sofitel

Great Hotel!!
The hotel is great! The Room very well distributed and the view fantastic! Also Vannita at the club Millesime was really helpful and nice. For sure I recommend it!
