Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra

During our recent visit to Fu Lu Zu at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra we had an outstanding dining experience that completely changed our perception of Sofitel in Cambodia. Last year we unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at Sofitel Phnom Penh, which made us hesitant to return. However, this visit proved the true level of hospitality the brand stands for and restored our confidence completely. The food at Fu Lu Zu was excellent. The dishes were beautifully prepared, refined, and full of authentic flavor. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the presentation made it clear that this restaurant takes great pride in its cuisine. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed evening. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was Ms. Srey Touch. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Her approach was natural, open, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling forced. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and ensured that everything throughout the lunch went smoothly. What impressed us most was that her hospitality extended far beyond the restaurant itself. She helped arrange several things for us outside of the restaurant as well, always with the same kindness and willingness to help. Thanks to her, our stay became incredibly relaxed because we simply knew everything would be taken care of. Even after our visit, when we had additional questions, she remained reachable and was happy to assist again. That level of dedication is rare and truly reflects someone who has a genuine passion for helping people. Ms. Srey Touch is exactly the kind of person who defines what true five-star hospitality feels like. Sofitel should be extremely proud to have her on their team. Thanks to her and the wonderful experience at Fu Lu Zu, we are once again big fans of Sofitel and will certainly return in the future.

Excellent hotel great service very good staff

When you enter the green and well kept grounds of Sofitel you realise that you enter another world. From the busy and dusty city streets to tranquility and comfort. Our airport transfer driver, Mr. Vanny, already impressed us with his service, friendliness and information. Our check-in was done in the comfort of the members lounge. The room was perfect and I will say that housekeeping impressed us with their attention to details - the little yellow strip organising charging cables and the book mark left in books just to mention a few impressions. First class. We spent time in the member lounge and again the staff of Mr. Piseth, Ms. Sina and Ms. Nita impressed us with their friendly and professional service. The Sunday brunch at Do Forni was excellent and staff looked after us so professional and friendly from the moment we arrived. We have attended the famous brunch before and cannot wait to come back once it is back at La Coupole again. Thank you Sofitel and all the wonderful staffer making our stay unforgettable. We look forward to return later in the year for more of you warm hospitality.

This hotel was excellent. The atmosphere, the staff, the grounds, the restaurants and the pool were exceptional! We also participated in the VIP lounge and had the pleasure of being hosted by Piseth Pheno who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend this hotel if you come to Phnom Penh.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Service, food, room, grounds--all excellent. If I come back to Phnom Penh I'd defintiely stay here again. Also, club Milieseme is great. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I really can't find fault with anything!
