I travel very much and must say that I have rarely seen a level of exquisite service like at this Sofitel. All of the staff are outstanding! Mr Vutha organises everything in a blink of an eye! The room was great, wonderful bed and great breakfast. Lovely pool! I warmly recommend this hotel and a stay there is definitely worth the trip. I will be back.

We had such an amazing stay at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra. It really feels like a little oasis right in the middle of the city. From our balcony, we had a beautiful view over the pool, over the city and the river too. We loved spending time in the sauna and steam room, and the in-room dining was honestly fantastic. Breakfast at La Coupole was incredible — one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve ever had. We also tried pizza at the Italian restaurant, which was super delicious. What really made our stay stand out was the attention to small details. For example, the staff noticed we had lots of charging cables for our laptop and camera gear and neatly tied them up, and they even left a bookmark in a book on our desk so we could pick up exactly where we left off. These little touches made us feel so cared for and comfortable. Definitely one of the best stays we had in Cambodia.

I was made to feel very welcome and cannot praise this place highly enough. The team here are without exception personable, efficient and hospitable. The facilities offered everything I needed: a great pool for laps, steam / sauna complex, an excellent club lounge with premium drinks and a tasty variety of evening canapes. There's two very talented lounge singers which meant a very pleasant happy hour or two being served perfect martinis by the wonderful Mr Ty Khan. Housekeeping here outshines anything I've experienced in three decades and hundreds of stays at MO, Peninsula and Four Seasons hotels across Asia. Despite poor health during my stay I've enjoyed a week of total relaxation and comfort - merci a tous!

Absolutely Amazing stay Very warm welcoming and very high standard staff team. Super fast check in and check out process. Room 1107 is super spacious with very good views. Fantastic executive lounge at the ground floor with very delicious food and refreshing drinks and top standard service by the wonderful executive lounge team. The lounge has a very beautiful view of the hotel garden. The breakfast buffet is very good with wide spread selection of food and drinks. The Japanese restaurant is amazing and the food is super delicious. The Italian restaurant is amazing too in the food quality is very delicious. Gym is very good with good selection of equipments. Spa is amazing and the therapists and the treatments are all amazing. Swimming pool is world class and must be used during the stay to enjoy the water quality and the amazing staff.
