The accommodation was excellent. The staff members who really had top notch hospitality services was Lou Anne, Piseth, and Sina delivered home style care. From the check in process to the dining experiences.

I have to thank Piseth and Sina for everything they have done. They have been so attentive of us during tea time and happy hour. From greeting us in the morning and making sure we were comfortable throughout our whole stay. Management needs to know Piseth and Sina are two lovely people that have made our enjoyment in this hotel so welcoming. Words can't express how grateful I am to have had their attention and services. They went above and beyond. If you're ever in Phnom Penh and stay here in the Sofitel hotel. Enjoy the amenities they provide for tea time and happy hour. The pastries and drinks are amazing. We have nothing but praise for a very warm welcome and excellent service provided by all staff at Sofitel. Breakfast had a good spread and the rooms were big and well looked after. We would like to mention Mengsim TY and Malin Leang who were always available to provide help and advice. We almost became part of their family. The hotel is situated centrally close to all the tourist sights. The surroundings were also very beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

Hotel Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra took some getting used to, completely different, also lovely people, luxurious and comfortable with a beautiful view from the 11th floor of the Mekong River and a panoramic view of the city, as well as the beautiful pool and spacious terrace. Everything is thought of to make your stay a wonderful memory. A cozy and well-maintained business lounge, friendly staff. A delicious and extremely well-prepared breakfast, what a lovely restaurant! We were very pleased and honored by the exceptional service from Kimlay and her team. A beautifully prepared egg benedict was prepared every morning. And the soups were delicious. A well-maintained, beautiful restaurant, everything perfect and clean. The room was impeccably maintained every day. A wonderful trip, and I highly recommend visiting Phnom Penh and staying at the Sofitel. Centrally located, and every tuk-tuk trip, the concierge, Davin, was able to help us and arrange everything perfectly, giving us wonderful, useful tips! Unforgettable, valuable tips. Following his recommendation, we took a half-day trip with a private driver, Khim, to Silk Island. Pheak gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. Pheak has his own tuk-tuk service. He speaks excellent English, a valuable addition to exploring Phnom Penh and its surroundings.
