You can safely skip this hotel, it is not worth the money. It is an old entire hotel that needs to be remodeled top to bottom. On top of that parking is $40 per day. A reasonable hotel rate became outrageous quickly.

This place is a rip off. Visited for a spa day and was overcharged $88 in tips. Tried to dispute it and the hotel misrepresented the charges to my credit card company. Avoid this place. It’s a rip off.

Highly recommend this resort for a romantic getaway. We are locals and have enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at Royal Palms many times. We love the super relaxing vibe, beautiful grounds, excellent service, and delicious food at T Cooks. This year was our first time back here in several years and we were stunned that the resort fee does not including parking !! Combined, the resort & parking fees added an extra ninety dollars per day to our stay!!

Royal Palms never fails. Service starts the minute you arrive in front circle and continues in check in, food and beverage, spa, and room service. You cannot go wrong with this boutique sized hidden away resort. I would say that they are nearing a need for room renovations, but the rooms remain true to the style and clean. The place they could improve is to better outfit the patios with better furniture to lounge/sit on. The grounds are so beautiful, but the table and chairs don't warrant a long sit. That said, I give Royal Palms a consistent ( past 15 years visiting) 5/5*.

We booked the 4-night package on Luxury Link and it was well worth it. The package was an amazing value! My wife and I spent four days there and wish we could have spent a few more. The food at T. Cook's was the best I have had in a while. The menu also offered a local-products-only meal, which was terrific. The spa was very nice and we fully enjoyed each of our treatments. The rest of the time was spent laying by the pool, shopping in the Scottsdale mall, and playing golf. I would recommend Royal Palms Resort and Spa to any and all.
