Aleenta Resort & Spa Phuket

During my trip to Phuket, I chose to stay at Aleenta Natai Wellness Resort, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. Every corner of the property is picture perfect, making it a wonderful place to unwind while capturing unforgettable memories. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service from the Housekeeping team. I would especially like to thank Khun Wat, Khun Na, Khun Kwan, and Nong Pun for their outstanding care and attention to detail. Their commitment to cleanliness and genuine hospitality made my stay feel truly special. I also appreciated how fresh and welcoming the room felt. Although the interiors feature beautiful natural wood, there was none of the musty smell that wooden rooms sometimes have. Instead, the room had a clean, pleasant scent that reflected the resort's high standards of cleanliness and attention to every detail. This truly made my holiday even more memorable. If I have the opportunity to visit Phuket and Phang Nga again, Aleenta Natai Wellness Resort will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended! ❤️

The breathtaking views, beautifully landscaped gardens, and exquisite architecture made our stay truly unforgettable. However, what distinguished this resort above all else was the exceptional level of hospitality. We had never anticipated such impeccable, personalized service. Our wonderful butler, Zico, was truly extraordinary. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth exceeded every expectation. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay at Aleenta was seamless and memorable. We were equally fortunate to be looked after by several other remarkable members of the team, including Gary, Mam, and many others, each of whom contributed to making our experience so special. A heartfelt thank you to Vid for the lovely conversations each day and for your outstanding service. The entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and genuine care throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our first visit to Phuket such a magnificent and unforgettable experience. We look forward to returning. There is very little to criticize about this exceptional resort. Although the weather was not in our favor during our stay, my family and I still had a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. We had done our research prior to our arrival and were aware that the resort is situated in a relatively secluded location. While this tranquil setting may not appeal to every traveler, it was exactly what we were looking for—a peaceful retreat away from the crowds.

Service was absolutely incredible and so accommodating for my partner who is anaphylactic to nuts. They went above and beyond for any request me made or helped with anything we needed. Room was so clean and had a cleaner everyday and if we asked for something extra it would be sent within minutes to the room. food was amazing at the resort. Location is far from the main shops in phuket so take that into consideration before booking if you want to be close to the shops it’s about an 1 hour 40 drive. atmosphere is beautiful the beach is amazing to see eveyday while eating at the restaurant but during may it is wet season so was raining and cloudy.

I don’t even know where to start with this hotel. I’ve been fortunate to stay in many luxury hotels in the far east and elsewhere but this one is for me is without doubt the best I’ve stayed in EVER. Lovely location, stunning infinity pool and clean beach with comfy beds and loungers. The staff are absolutely amazing, they can’t do enough for you. They are keen and willing to help with anything and everything. From the initial arrival, helping with luggage, pleasant and helpful check in staff and it goes on throughout your stay. The Spa was beautiful, tranquil and one of the best massages with professional well trained staff. The breakfast, restaurant and bar staff again, all amazing, attentive, helpful and know what you want and when you want it. We stayed in a one bedroom villa with private pool which was stunning and very well equipt with everything we needed. And I haven’t even got to the best bit, me and my beautiful wife chose this venue to have a two person wedding ceremony. It was perfect from start to finish. 5 stars for Jeab who took care of every detail. Even changing timings 2 or 3 times to accomodate our needs and the weather. The hotel supplied the best wedding celebrant - thanks to Rob and the photographer too who took perfect photos. MIchelin rated food and immaculate service. I cannot compliment this hotel enough and I’ve NEVER come away from a hotel without a little moan or groan - this hotel and its staff were PERFECT in every way. Thank you for proving that there is a standard of perfection and anyone involved in the hotel and hospitality industry should take note from this place. If you are thinking of being married in Thailand do not consider going anywhere else !
