As a family of 5, we have stayed at this lovely hotel twice now. If you wish to have a relaxing getaway with magnificent views and less crowded beach then you can't go really wrong with Aleenta. Their staff are very caring, polite, and friendly always smiling and welcoming. The private pool is perfect for those wanted more privacy or fancy an early or late night dip. Pros: Clean rooms Private pool Private beach Great food Excellent customer service Cons: Limited things to do due to location

We stayed for 4 nights of our honeymoon in this amazing and beautiful hotel. Our room, the pool Villa, was amazingly beautiful. Consisted of 2 constructions, one with a nice living room and one with a beautiful bedroom. In between a big pool with a jacuzzi and an outside shower. First the good things: - Beautiful hotel - Beautiful rooms - Hotel pool is amazing with beds on the pool. - facing west with an amazing sunset. The restaurants. Probably the best thing of both hotels. The food of their international and Thai restaurant was the best in our honeymoon in 4 different countries. Specially their Thai restaurant. I recommend if you are planning on staying in this hotel to stay for one full day and hire the all inclusive day package with alcohol, massage and everything, it’s expensive but really worth it. Now the sad things: - the service is terrible, the manager and the reception staff don’t know how to treat guests in a 5 star LUX hotel. Really sad. - they don’t like when you make complaints and they make you go to their lobby to talk about it. - really hard for them to book the spa or any activity in advance. I recommend you do it by your own or weeks in advance. - they like to charge extra for everything and I recommend you always ask if there is a charge or if it’s complimentary. We had many problems hiring the all inclusive package. They need to learn to be more flexible. - the WiFi in our room was terrible. Really weak signal. We had to walk to the lobby or main pool to look for tours on the internet. - the rooms and the villas need a lot of maintenance. You could see the green fungus on the wood, many unclean corners and places that needed to be repainted. I am being very critic for a LUX hotel. - Fumigation needs to be done immediately inside the rooms. You find many bugs in the villa and I think it’s understandable but I couldn’t sleep for three nights because of the mosquitos inside the room. We tried everything, mosquito plugs, repellant, and other things but nothing worked... they were tough nights for this kind of hotel. We were in the jungle in Bali also in a Lux hotel and didn’t have this problem. I think this hotel can improve a lot and give the great service they are supposed to. I also think the hotel is very far from all the Phuket activities so if you are planning to enjoy a quiet and private stay in Phuket, this is the right area. But if you want to visit and do many things I don’t recommend staying here and have to spend a lot of time and money on transportation. I leave some pictures for you to see

We stayed 6 nights in April 2018 in Aleenta. This stay was really amazing. We love this Resort. It feels like coming home. The staff is very friendly and is always smiling. Everyone is more than obliging. We had a Villa with private pool on the other side of the street. It was very relaxing and calm. The Villa‘s have a very modern style, we liked it so much. It is more than enough space for two and it offers a good privacy. The breakfast is the best we’ve ever had. Fresh juices, several fruit, ... and you also can order smoothies, muesli or sweet things from the menu without any charge. The beach is very large and you will find less people there. The view from the beach, the restaurant or the pool for the sunset is the best, it can not be better. Many thanks to the whole team, it was an amazing stay and we will come back soon, for sure.

We had such a great time at the Aleenta. Its miles away from the horrible town centre and the crowded beaches so for our particular wants it was perfect. All the facilities were great from our private pool to the main hotel pool overlooking the beach. The beach itself was not crowded at all and was picture perfect. the food was great and those moaning about the cost of the food should realise that Thailand isn't cheap if you're staying in a 5 star resort. If you want cheap food go to a local restaurant of which there were a couple just down the road. I was there with my girlfriend, my sister,, her husband and my nephews and we wanted to change our villa to another one and they were totally cool with that and so accommodating. The staff were always smiling and saying hello and they were always on hand to help. This is the perfect place to get away in Phuket- I wish i was back there instead of in the office.
