Although the weather is not good when we stayed, I still love it so much. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Pool Residence, the room is big with very nice sea view. Unfortunately the time we visited has bad weather, so most of the time we just stayed in the resort. But the resort itself is very good. We joined the cooking class of the hotel, the experience is good and memorable, the chef is very nice and good at cooking, we really enjoy the class. I strongly recommend this cooking class.

Where shall i even begin. There is so many wonderful things to say about Aleenta Hotel in phuket and it feels like your second home. One of the many great things is that even if the Hotel have full occupancy u never feel that it's crowded or to much people. Which was a big plus for me and my husband since we love privacy and not crowded palaces. We choose from many different hotels to spend our anniversary in and it was something that really drawn us to Aleenta. 1, PRIVACY 2, HOSPITALITY 3, FOOD 4, BEACH 5, SPA. These 5 things Aleenta ticked all the boxes. We stayed in both grand deluxe villa and sky villa in February. I can highly recommend both. I would say the grand deluxe is more private and no one could possibly see you and the private pool and sundeck is amazing. These new and freash villas are a cross the road but that road is not crowded at all and they have security all day and night. THE SKY VILLA is truly gorgeous and it feels like a luxury home that u never want to leave and u have sea view everywhere. There is a bedroom upstairs and 2 sundeck, 1 pool and bathroom. Downstairs U have 2 sundeck, a big living area, kitchen and small bathroom. U have 4 sundeck and 1 infinity pool. What else do u need ? We choose to eat alot of our meals in the villa since we love privacy and it was so romantic and fun to eat outside on the deck and view the ocean.  *SPA* We choose to have the allinclusive package and we got 3 hours spa treatment eveyday. I must say its a crazy good deal and i dont know why anyone wouldnt buy it. Its ridiculously cheap and its so relaxing and the staff are so friendly and professional. I really advise you to take this deal if possible. GREAT VALUE AND RELAXING.  *BEACH* The beach is perfect and it's almost only the hotel guests and since everybody have their private pools it's never busy in the beach and the ocean is very clean. It's super quiet and you really feel that your in a paredise.  There is many sofas and sunchairs and they where never full or busy.  Its a must to sit and drink coconut on the beach, thailand equals coconut.  *FOOD* I'm surprised not to many guest have taken pic of the super delicious food and me and my husband eat all day long and try each single dish and the chef Mr. Valerio is truly talented and you can feel that he puts his heart in to each plate he serves and the portions are very good. Mr Valerio always care for his guest being happy and to enjoy the food and it was very nice to see when he went around talking to the guest and making everybody feel pleased with the food and to meet the man that stands behind the incredible food. Thank you Mr. Valerio you are a great chef.  *MANAGEMENT* Special thanks to Ms. Michaela who is the most important person in the management and she is truly amazing. I can't see how this hotel would work without her. She is super friendly to all guest and takes time to listen and wanting every single guest to feel happy and enjoy their stay. Many other hotel management don't give you the attention and they don't make you feel special. That's why we really loved to meet Ms. Michaela cuz she see and hear everybody.  We would also like to thank the wonderful staff in the spa, waiters and housekeeping that's working very hard and still always happy and smiling.  Keep up the good work and we hope to see you all again.

Stayed at this resort every year like visiting an old friend, at least over 10 times. This time I chose the same room of Ocean View Loft. When I checked with their own reservation team, the rate they got for the returning guest is even much higher than the other common hotel booking sites. Can't complain it as this place is going to be overwhelmingly commercial with many touristic notes. My major disappointment is on how this resort reacts to a serious accident I had on the last night stay. I fell off the staircases when walking down to the toilet. I joked with my friends quite several times on how that staircases of Ocean View Loft is quite dangerous without another fence to the living room. Also, the only handrail on the wall side is too short to hold. That rail started from the 2nd step of the staircases. So when you woke up in the middle of the night, naturally you would try to hold the handrail to walk down but then I made an empty step for that shorter handrail on the first step. Called the hotel front office. Appreciated their working staff trying every way to ease my pain. Also, my acquainted staff came to show her concern for my injury. To this part, I really appreciate them. However, as after I left the resort for taking the flight (a few hours after my accident), I found out I couldn't walk. I was then prompted to the hospital when I got back home. Ended up some bones were broken. Later on I wrote a message to express my concern about that staircases to those who helped for my booking, including the reservation, front office....etc.. I reported about my being sent in the hospital as well as that staircases potential danger...etc. Only my acquainted staff responded. Nothing like a simple note of "get well" from the management and all those who know me for long during my past so many many times of booking. I really feel that they just avoid responding to me. It's very ironic that I even raised my suggestion for them to make some improvement to protect the future guests staying there. It's been a complex feeling for me but now that I believe I won't go back again, not because of the horrible accident, but their indifferent attitude and management. Have been seeing it expanding and expanding. The original Aleenta seemed to have been gone with overwhelming commercial touristic notes. I still choose the original room types Ocean View Loft, Pool Residence and beachfront suites.

Stayed here for a week and was upgraded to a deluxe pool villa which was wonderful. These rooms are located across from the main hotel. So private. Large pool and spa. Huge bed, modern bathroom. Loved it! Breakfast was great - Choice of a la carte options and the buffet which changed slightly each day. Really lovely staff attended to every need. The food at other times of the day was good too but quite expensive, but then you are a bit captive as there's not a lot of options close by. The Thai restaurant really caters to western palates so whilst nice was not really authentic and therefore a bit disappointing. (See my other reviews for a great option - we ate there a lot) The hotel is quite isolated, there's not much in the immediate area but that's perfect if you want to get away from it all. There is a taxi stand across the street if you're wanting to explore further away. The main pool is a bit of fun (beds in the water) and the beach is lovely and clean in front of the hotel. Great sunset views and a happy hour to help you enjoy! I'd definitely recommend staying at Aleenta.
