Beautiful from the start of the stairs to the bottom of the pool above the beach, beautiful restaurants and view! only thing that wasn't 5 star was the care of the room as far as being kept looking new, the restroom shower head and a few other items were rusted and the bushes werent well groomed. the room was a little smaller then i had though but that was just fine, the view was amazing and the personal pool was quite awesome! other then that, it was an anwesome place to stay. just a bit more expensive then i think is acceptable. Rainy season wasn't much of a problem beach was still awesome

We stayed here for four nights. Be aware that the resort is not actually in Phuket as the name suggests, but in Phang Nga, around a 25 minute drive to Phuket Island and 1:10mins to Phuket Town. If you are looking for somewhere in the middle of nowhere then this is for you. This also means that there is not a lot of choice for places to eat out of the resort. Their price cost for the restaurant and minibar are extremely expensive, more so than the Grand Hotel and some Michelin Star places that I have eaten at, minus the quality. House keeping is sub-par, simple things like taking towels and bathrobes but not replacing them with another one. The hot tub has a weird coating that I don't think was actually finished, meaning you cannot lay or sit in it without getting scratched, not like the photo on the site showing a bathtub outside that can be used. Breakfast was a challenge: On all 4 occasions they forgot something from the order. First day forgot the drinks, second day an addition to the meal asked for, third and fourth days a whole dish "forgotten". Also the portions get smaller each morning. Seemed like they hoped you wouldn't bother in a way to save a few baht here and there. It's a 4 star resort with over 5 star pricing. The staff are all very friendly, but good manners doesn't make up for lack of quality in service.

This is our first time at this beautiful resort in Phuket. We previously stayed at other Aleenta property twice and loved it. What can I say about this hotel. The check in was quick and efficient. Front staff were really helpful and friendly. Actually, all the staff there were all friendly. I didn't find them rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. The room, we had one of the Grand Deluxe Pool Villa. It was specious. Big room, big bed, big bathroom and best of all big pool. It was big enough for our family of four. Even though the room was located on the other side of the road from the main property we found it quite relax and quiet. It didn't bother us at all. In fact, we loved it Breakfast was very good. Variety of food/drinks to choose from. We had lunch there and it was very good. Price was reasonable. Best of all, then you take your breakfast was the view from your table. Nice clean beach but when we were there due to the current there were quite a bit of rubbish around but that is not the hotel fault. We saw the staff tried the best they could to keep the beach clean. Hands together for them. This hotel might be on the higher scale but it is worth every penny. If you ever want to relax with your love ones or with your family and away from craziness of Phuket has to offer I would recommend this hotel. Loved it and look forward to our next stay

We visited and stayed at Room 103 Pool Suite from 14 to 16 July 2017 and greatly enjoyed our stay. The waves were rather rough during this period but we took many arial shots of the beautiful coast line and resort. The beach was generally quiet, which was what we wanted. And there is a long 17km coast line for long walks and runs. The resort staff were also VERY NICE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. We are planning a Dec trip with our parents and sister and are looking at a 3 bedroom Ocean view villa. This is the perfect quiet retreat for those who wish to just chill and escape the hustle and bustle of city madness.

Being in the tiny town of Koh Kloi never will you imagine having a wonderful resort such as Aleenta (Small Luxury Hotel group) From checking in to out you will definitely be pampered silly. Firstly the good, we booked a week at the Grand Deluxe Villa as the Ocean front suite was fully booked even at low season (so book in advance) for me it is a blessing as I appreciated the privacy around the other side of the hotel. You will be greeted by your receptionist once you arrive to the hotel, and Kate did a wonderful job of making sure my special birthday arrangement request for the missus was met and Palm ensured I had all my request for the night taken care off. So good job guys. The breakfast is simple but sufficient ( I will not compare with my other island trips) but being a secluded hotel I am pretty happy with the morning breakfast spread, They will give you a small menu for you to order from and they try their best changing the menu on the buffet table every morning, but the highlight of the breakfast is not the good but the staff. Special thank you to Tina for his outstanding service and recommendation around the island, and not forgetting Ying, Mam and Pla for servicing us personally when we are in the restaurant, but then Kudos to all the staff for putting their best smiles everyday. Yes I have mentioned many time that the resort is secluded but you can rent a car or a scooter like we did and go explore the town about 2 miles away, trust me you will find that there is more than it meets the eye. But none hotel will ever be without their flaws and in this resort I can say that they should have doors to the toilet as there will be light coming into the room in the afternoon as I am a light sleeper (no pun intended) and there is no way to shut out the light coming from the frosted glass in the toilet. My best tip for you guys is that, on the weekend there was this evening market in the middle of the grass patch near O-sea restaurant which is about 0.5mile away. We found really great snacks such as fried fish fillet and even fried chicken. Yummy. Thank you for your hospitality and do hope to see you all again.
