I stayed at the Amora beach resort march 2024 the staff were brilliant overall but especially in the restaurant ,i would like to give a mention to Juneh and Peachy who went above and beyond to cater to my familys needs , they were very friendly and gave us knowledge about some of the local dishes and the local area. They were always welcoming smiling and made our holiday memorable they are a credit to the resort. We will definitely be returning

Amora offers family-friendly accommodations with direct beach access. The beach and sea are clean, warm, and perfect for swimming and relaxing. Along the beach in both directions, there are restaurants, massages, and beach clubs. The breakfast is extensive, the pools are clean, and the rooms are equipped with shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, drinks, and plenty of towels. Pool/beach towels are available separately. We stayed there for a total of 10 days. The cleaning of the rooms declined during the last 3 days, hence 1 point deduction.

I'm really glad I chose to stay at this hotel. All the staff took care of me very well, from checking in until I got my room, they treated me like family, just say what I need, they will try to help me throughout my stay. The receptionist was very smiling and friendly, making me feel impressed and the bellboy who took me to my room. They spoke well, smiled and helped me carry my bags all the way to my third floor room. My room was very beautiful for the price. The hotel cleans the rooms very well and the hotel view is very beautiful. When the sun sets in front of the beach, it is a picture. Made me feel very calm and relaxed. The hotel food is delicious and clean, they have Nora beach club which is decorated beautifully and charmingly. I will definitely come back to this hotel and I will recommend it to people I know who want to stay at a good hotel with a beautiful view. We visited the Amora between February 29th and March 15th 2024. In the last few years, we have stayed 6 times in different 5-star hotels on the Bang Tao Beach. Our favourite hotel in the past increased the prices for more the 100% during the last two years, even the rooms did not change at all. (Maybe because the Russians are willing to pay in any case). We read that the Amora was newly renovated and we found, that the room rates are reasonably. So we decided to try something new. The price-performance ratio is very good. We received an upgrade upon arrival (room with sea view), which was of course very nice. Vera, the Rooms- Division-Manager took care about all the guests, asked for their inputs and wishes. The hotel is really “new”, the rooms are very spacious, the entire complex is very well maintained, the breakfast was very good, there are enough beach towels, sunbeds (included) they were sometimes 100% occupied (could be more). Smoke-free area, no drinks service (but that wasn't a problem when requested at NORA). What should be highlighted is the cleanliness of the entire facility as well as the exceptional commitment and friendliness of the employees. Not everyone speaks English, but they smile and try to help everyone. Near the beach is the NORA Beach Club located, with a bar, paid loungers (cabanas, larger beds, special beach towels, drink service). You pay an amount, but this includes a consumption credit (food and drinks). It paid off easily for us. DJs play every day, live performances in the evenings. In addition to the bar - equipped with numerous high tables and restaurant tables - the NORA Beach Club offers a range of exquisite dishes, cocktails and drinks of top quality. We were thrilled and therefore made use of it with a pleasure. AND: Ball with his great team was soooo good. I don't want to mention any names in detail for fear of forgetting someone, because they all deserve to be listed. Thanks! You made our vacation very special. The breakfast restaurant operates as a restaurant during the day, which we did not visit. We preferred to stay in the beach area. However, this was very popular and highly praised by the other hotel guests. What guests need to know: Non-smoking rooms (smoking is also prohibited on the balconies, non-smoking lounge area on the beach – except NORA). Recommendation: The rooms are nice and big but did not have enough storage space - a sideboard with some drawers would be necessary. AND PLEASE!!!! get 2 functional, efficient coffee machines at breakfast. (One machine was not only slow, but also “overwhelmed”, the second machine only worked one day during our 15 days). To get a good coffee (you offered filter coffee which was not strong enough to wake up 😊), you had to wait up to 10 minutes in front of the machine. From the 3rd day onwards we preferred to go without it. Starting the morning with this nuisance could be avoided. Conclusion of our stay: Unique and beautiful. We will be back. Additional comments:
