More than a hotel — a place I’ll remember I came to Anantara Mai Khao Phuket alone, expecting simply a few peaceful days in a beautiful place. What I didn’t expect was to leave feeling so emotional about saying goodbye. The resort is stunning, but what I will carry with me has very little to do with the villa, the beach or the surroundings. It’s the people. A very special thank you to Eem, Kanni, Beer and August. Your kindness, your smiles, our conversations and all those little moments meant much more to me than you probably realise. And also to all the wonderful members of the Anantara team whose names, unfortunately, I cannot remember — please know that I remember your faces, your smiles and, above all, the way you made me feel. Every greeting, every conversation and every small gesture of kindness became part of my experience. When you travel alone, human warmth has a different value. And somehow, thanks to all of you, I never really felt alone. I arrived as a guest. Somewhere along the way, it started to feel like home. And when the time came to leave, I realised something I hadn’t expected: I was genuinely sad to say goodbye. Eem, Kanni, Beer, August, and every single person who made my days there a little brighter — thank you for making me feel at home when I was so far from mine. I may forget some names with time, but I will never forget how you made me feel. So I won’t say goodbye. I’ll just say: until I come home again.

The massage from Catchy and Prea was amazing. They listened exactly on what pressure to administer and the whole experience overall was sensational. Overall stay at the Villa was pleasant and everyone is very happy and nice. Was very relaxing and facilities are great.

Amazing family holiday, the whole place was an absolute dream. Ammy our main server at Talang was just brilliant.

My wife and I couldn't have asked for more for our honeymoon. This place was unbelievable and the staff and atmosphere made it even better. Easily the best place we've ever stayed before.

Anantara Pool Villa Mai Khao is like my Second home when I come to Phuket. In Time in September 2026 At first Service, I arrived The hotel and I received warm welcome from Front officer Khun Palm. He introduced me about hotel details and the process of checking-in is very fast and convenient. I can feel a good guest service from the staffs. Moreover, during my stay the staffs at Anantara Pool Villa Maikhao are friendly and make me feel comfortable during spend my time in this Resort Hotel. My Favourite team is Infinity Bar team, They are working hard and enjoyed with their work to take care all guests. I would like to give a complimentary for them because they took care of me most of the time I spend in this place. Khun Bew,Khun Vee , Khun Nus, Khun Dome , Khun Jah , Khun Non and all other staffs include the pool service staffs that I might not be able to remember all of their names, they are Nice and friendly. Other Service I received in this hotel is from Sea Fire Salt Outlet, Khun Fon Waris, Khun Bow and All staffs also are kind and helpful. They are friendly and like to talk with guests to make their guest happy. Plus Khun Au at Talad Dining Outlet is also nice and provides me some information about hotel and some Phuket tourist attraction information. And from hotel outlet outside the hotel is at Bill Bentley Pub (I heard that I might belong to Anantara As well but not sure) the staff named Khun Ann is very nice and has a service mind. Then the last day before I was going back, I had breakfast at Sea Fire Salt, I had a very good taking care by Khun Toy. she is so friendly and really concern about her guest of Food Allergic that I feel impressed with her kindness and taking care of guests about food with health concern. At the End of this complimentary letter I would like to tell that I’m very feel Happy to stay with this Anantara and Every time I come back here I feel like coming back Home with all Staffs are welcome and take care their all guests as they are one of their family. I wish the hotel can maintain the Good Service mind and Friendliness of Staffs with A good as Thai hospitality Kantapong R.
