Anantara Phuket Villas

Last week, I went back to stay at the Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas again. It did not disappoint. It was just as good as my first trip, last year. The staff.....It's the staff. There's something about the staff that makes all the difference. I set out to find out what it is about the staff here that separates them from the rest. I think I figured it out. In short, with every interaction, their personality shines through, in a very cute and positive manner that makes your experience with each person, authentic. From the breakfast room in the morning, the cleaning staff, the pool side team during the day, the people who drive you around the property during the day, to the front office, and the staff at the Sea, Fire, Salt restaurant, all are authentic. Authenticity matters. Authenticity is what we crave in whats becoming an inauthentic world. This is the experience you will feel. The property is still amazing, sitting on a beautiful location on Phuket. The F&B team still has a sense of pride in what they do; You can taste it in the quality of the food they deliver. I want to share a little secret with you. They opened a new restaurant called CLAW and Co. What a great addition. Imagine a seafood restaurant on the Santa Monica pier, or San Francisco or Boston Harbor, transported to Phuket, at the doorsteps of this property. It's everything you would enjoy eating, a hearty meal, served with the same authenticity and pride you find elsewhere on the property. Kudos to the management team on this product. There's no doubt I will be having a meal a day there on all my future visits. In fact, I will be there again end of November, beginning December and I look forward to eating the big bucket of seafood offering. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable experience. We stayed five days at Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas during National Day. Check-in was smooth and relaxing. Special thanks to Ninki at breakfast—she was warm, energetic, and remembered our preferences. Her passionate service made every morning joyful. Highly recommended!

I write this about the person which name is nine. Nine was a buggy driver in the resort, he was very friendly and we talked about football together

The hotel is beautiful and has a lovely Thai-style atmosphere, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by Ninki, who took such great care of us and our family throughout our stay. There are also many restaurants to choose from, with a great variety of food. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again!

A very special thank you to Minnie for being such an extraordinary host. From start to finish, Minnie made sure every single detail was taken care of and that our family felt right at home.
