Anantara Phuket Villas

This was a relaxing and recharging holiday. We had a wonderful time staying in the two bedroom suite with a private pool. The room was very clean thanks to the efficient housekeeping staff. Our girls enjoyed spending time at the kids club. The many creative, fun and educational activities kept them busy and happy. It is not a place just to park the kids but it is a place where the kids are welcomed and nurtured. My daughter came back to us with a big smile saying, ' mommy, I made a friend, she is so nice'. It was so nice to hear that and glad that one of the staff Kathy became so dear to our girl. All the staff at the kids club, Otto, Gina, pam, Kathy, aum,dee, Deena, been we thank you for being such wonderful companions to our kids everytime they visit the kids club. Well done on all your hard and (heart) work. The food at Taurus was exceptional as usual. The breakfast spread is so delicious and a variety to choose from. We enjoyed the pool movie night at the restaurant and their spare ribs is a must try as well as my kids favorite Mac and cheese. Thanks much to Mr nat, Mr au, Fai, Bhut and all the staff for their friendly service. There are plenty of activities for adults such as yoga, cycling tour, ice bucket challenge and Pilates. I enjoyed gentle yoga to release muscle tension and feel calm with Mr. Albas. To all the recreational team staff, Mr. Mang, Mr. Albas, Mr. Kee, thank you so much for caring for the adults too. Simple things like, ' would you like me to get you a chair to sit madam?, said by Mr. Mang while we were waiting for our turn for the ice bucket challenge shows how much the staff do to make your moment and stay here comfortable and joyful. A big well done to Ms. Jittraporn Sukjaimit, the resort manager who not only manages but really leads the whole team with grace and professionalism. It's always lovely to meet her at breakfast greeting and checking on guests. That's the best standard of hospitality at Anantara vacation club mai khao Phuket. Looking forward to come back soon!

We recently spent over 2 weeks at this stunning resort having only booked for 6 nights. The situation in the middle east resulted in flight cancellations and changes to our schedules so we took the decision to extend our stay at this wonderful resort. From when we first arrived to when we left, the service, the food, the staff...just everything was exceptional. Having stayed at Anantara properties elsewhere around the world I can 100% say this was by far the best experience of them all. Everyone is helpful and friendly from the reception staff to the concierge desk, the restaurants, the water sports guys there is literally nothing to review negatively in all honesty! The standard of the food and the their ability to cater to young families was outstanding, they knew our children by name and their favorite foods by the end of the trip. The ladies in the kids club were excellent and even provided one to one care at times when a child wanted to do an alternative activity etc. Massive congrats to Serge and his team on their wonderful work at this incredibly beautiful resort.

Perfect place and location. The pool pavilion was so beautiful. The kids enjoyed it so much. The staff is extremely friendly and a special thank to Ju❤️

We had the perfect family holiday here. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, and clearly very well-trained on food safety issues. Upon hearing about our child’s egg allergy, the breakfast restaurant offered to make her special eggless pancakes and walked us through the entire breakfast buffet to alert us to any dishes that could potential contain egg. The kids club is wonderful, with staff that love children and take very good care of them. The beach and pool staff are attentive and lovely. The only slight issue would be that the rooms are quite dated and need a refresh, but they are spacious and comfortable. We hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was fantastic - spacious, beautifully designed and with a lovely private pool that the whole family enjoyed. The beach is stunning and the communal pool area is also excellent, making it easy to relax and spend time together. Por, our concierge, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with delicious freshly made omelettes and plenty of choice. One of the highlights for us was the cookery course, which was a brilliant experience for the whole family and something we will remember for a long time. Overall a fantastic stay and we would happily return.
