An unforgettable experience at this amazing resort! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with elegant service and hospitality that exceeded expectations. The peaceful atmosphere, complete facilities, and attention to the finest details made our stay comfortable from start to finish. I especially want to thank the staff member Minnie for her gracious and professional manner, and her genuine smile that stayed with us throughout our stay. Her professionalism and warm hospitality added a special touch to our experience, and she truly deserves recognition for her dedication to guest service. The location of the hotel, right on a quiet beach, is stunning. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and all the staff (from concierge, gardeners, housekeeping, etc) were super friendly. We opted for a 2 bedroom suite. I’ll be honest, it was not what we expected being located in an ugly building over the road from the stunning part of the hotel, but the room was huge, the beds were comfortable and the attention to detail with the smallest of things is what sets The Anantara ahead of others. The pool by the beach was the perfect place to chill and relax. Pool service was attentive. We dined in Sea Fire Salt which was 10/10 in all aspects. We will definitely stay here again.

Mr Noom was brilliant - really took care of us

We had a wonderful stay in Anantara Mai Khao Phuket. It’s located in a quiet area but with everything you need around. The villa is wonderful, neat and very spacious. It was very sweet when housekeeping staff prepared the birthday cake and decorations for my daughter’s birthday. The pool inside the room is clean and leaving us with lots of happy memories. An unforgettable spa experience, where you will feel so relaxed in the beautiful room. Staffs are professional with experienced massage skills. A very big thanks goes to JOY, our villa host! She accompanied us through out our stay and was always available with immediate reply when we need help. She is professional with patient which definitely enhance the experience for our stay. We will definitely come back to Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villa! x

Our stay at Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas was truly unforgettable and one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with beautiful traditional Thai flower garlands and refreshing welcome drinks, which immediately made us feel special. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the resort surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a private pool villa, and it was absolutely stunning. We were taken to our villa by golf cart while the staff introduced us to the resort facilities along the way. Every detail was explained with care, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The attention to detail throughout our stay was exceptional. As soon as we entered the villa, we were greeted by a beautiful signature fragrance that made the atmosphere feel so relaxing and luxurious. A few moments later, the doorbell rang, and the team surprised us with a birthday cake, chocolates, and thoughtful treats for our children. It was such a lovely and personal touch. The evening turndown service was another highlight—they prepared the room beautifully every night and even lightly scented the pillows, making bedtime feel extra special. The service deserves more than 10/10. Every request was handled almost immediately, always with genuine smiles and warmth. The hospitality throughout the resort was simply outstanding. Breakfast at Talad was fantastic. While most of the selection focused on delicious Asian cuisine, there was also an Arabic corner, an excellent bakery selection, and every style of egg you could ask for, all freshly prepared. Our children especially loved the kids’ corner with pancakes and marshmallows, which made breakfast even more enjoyable for the whole family. A special thank you to SUNMA, Ninki, and MAX. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always made an effort to greet us and make sure everything was perfect. Their kindness made our stay even more memorable. The beach is not suitable for swimming, but it is absolutely beautiful. We spent wonderful family time with our children playing in the sand, building sandcastles, and taking some amazing photos with the stunning scenery. Location: We chose Anantara Mai Khao specifically for a relaxing getaway, so we hardly left the resort during our three-night stay. We then moved to another hotel for the rest of our trip. Even if you do need anything, there are a few small shops, a 7-Eleven, and a Starbucks just outside the resort, so we never felt the need to go elsewhere. The only aspect that didn’t match the exceptional standard of the rest of the resort was the Kids Club. Unfortunately, our experience there was disappointing. The staff did not feel particularly welcoming, and after completing the registration form, there was very little interaction. One staff member spent most of the 40 minutes we were there applying her makeup in front of the children instead of engaging with them. During our visit, another child pushed my son from the steps of the slide, causing him to fall and cry loudly. Only one staff member eventually came over after a short while to ask what had happened and spoke to the other child, but the situation was not handled in a way that inspired confidence. I decided to leave with my son and did not return, as I didn’t feel comfortable leaving him there. I noticed other parents using the drop-off service, but based on our experience, I personally didn’t feel it was a place where I would feel confident leaving my child unattended. We also visited the spa, which was peaceful, beautifully designed, and incredibly relaxing. The hospitality there was just as wonderful as everywhere else in the resort. Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the luxurious villa and outstanding service to the thoughtful surprises and genuine hospitality, every moment felt special. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and truly luxurious escape.
