We experienced a really good stay. With the help of our villa assistant - Poy, that gave a really high standard service. She is a real professional and because of this person and her excellent work we are ready to come back again and again the same place. All our needs were satisfied immediately and that’s made the whole vacation wonderful. The feeling that we can rely all things on somebody who can solve any problem is fantastic!

As someone from Delhi craving a true tropical escape, our stay at Anantara Phuket Mai Khao was nothing short of magical! The serene beachfront, with its powdery white sand and turquoise sea views, felt like stepping into a postcard. The resort’s elegant Thai-inspired design, lush gardens, and private pool villas (or suites) offered the perfect blend of privacy and indulgence—we loved our spacious room with the outdoor pool, soaking tub, and those thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and sweets and amazing amenities. The infinity pool was a highlight, the spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the dining options and the bubbly breakfast spread were delicious and varied. Everything felt luxurious yet relaxed, ideal for unwinding after a busy year. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service, particularly from Mr. Sunny. He was incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of his way to make our stay special—whether helping with restaurant reservations, suggesting beach spots, night markets, arranging a transportation, or just checking in with genuine smiles and care. His proactive help and friendly personality made us feel so welcomed and valued, like we had a personal host looking after us. Staff like Mr. Sunny are the heart of Anantara Phuket Mai Khao!
