Regardless of position or role in the hotel – each of you contributes something precious. Your attention, your smiles, your kindness and your dedication were like medicine for my life. The hotel itself and its facilities are truly beautiful. But it is the people who transform this place into something much more: a home where one would never want to leave. I would especially like to thank Suttida, August, and the two wonderful ladies who cleaned my path every day with such care and attentiveness. Your quiet dedication and kindness touched me deeply. A high end and lovely experience. The location is a true gem and offers a beautiful setting. The front desk crew were amazing and very helpful in directing us to the nice areas and restaurtants to visit and arranged the reservations and transport. They took us for a tour of the resort to see where the White Lotus was filmed (Wife's favourite). Service is top notch in all the areas from the resturants to the bed service at the beach and pool. A true gem of a location and service

From the moment we arrived to the time we left our experience here has been second to none. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is absolutely first class. Sunma and team in the restaurant were just wonderful and perfect. We adore Sunma who always made our day a little more special. I mustn’t forget Petch who was also charming, in fact everyone we came across here, even down to the gardeners, were just so lovely. The hotel villas were great as were the surrounding grounds. Just loved it here.

We had very good experience and nice vacations. Minnie from the reception team was very helpful to solve our needs and provide the best service to us. We rate the quality of a hotel in terms of food, service facilities quality is very good and worth its money.

Fabulous stay, staff were most welcoming. In particular Ju, who was most helpful throughout our stay and when we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay due to the Middle East conflict. She ensured that we had a great experience throughout. The 2 bed suite was perfect for our family needs. A home away from home! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of life.
