Anantara Phuket Villas

The service was smooth and seamless from arrival until departure. The staff in the restaurants were excellent and well-trained. Do not forget to visit the newly renovated Sea Fire Salt restaurant; dinner was good and offered beautiful sunset views. Sunny from reception provided us a warm welcome and a lot of information about The White Lotus while driving a buggy to the restaurant. Can't wait to visit there again.

Relaxed vacation here, like a paradise. The service was excellent and professional, especially Sunny from reception. He was kind and attentive to all the details and requests from the guests. He always welcomed us with his warm smile every time.

Sunny truly elevated our stay with his exceptional butler service. From the very beginning, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm in his approach. Every request was handled promptly and with care, often even before we had to ask. What stood out most was Sunny’s attention to detail and his sincere desire to ensure our comfort at all times. He anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and maintained a calm, friendly presence that made the experience feel effortless and personalized. Sunny is a true asset to the hotel and a wonderful example of what excellent hospitality should be. Thanks to him, our stay was seamless, memorable, and extremely enjoyable. We are truly grateful for his outstanding service.

An excellent stay at the Anantara Mai khao. It’s a beautiful location and perfect for exploring the islands off Phuket (organised by the hotel and the definite highlight of our trip). The inter connecting pool villas are amazing but it’s important to stay on the beach side of the resort rather than over the road in the pavilion villas which feel like a different resort and are close to the busy road. Sunny our butler was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for him to organise. The staff at Sala were also fantastic (especially Toy, Gib and Au who were so kind and really looked after us). The food at Sea, fire, Salt is epic. All in all a wonderful trip and we cannot wait to return and enjoy Thailand some more.
