Anantara Phuket Villas

The best experience so far in Phuket. Nothing comes better than the service and standards at anantara Mai khao Phuket Vila’s. We were a family of 10 and stayed for 5 nights. I would like to thank the entire team specially Jason, Sunny,Palm,Beer and everybody in the buggy service and all the staff at the infinity to pool to make our stay the most memorable so far. Special thanks to Jason who arranged for a complementary super late check out for us as our flight got delayed for more than 6 hours.It was the real icing on the cake.

Our stay at Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas was truly like stepping into heaven. The resort is stunning — surrounded by beautifully maintained tropical gardens that create a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive; the lady at the pool bar, in particular, is such a sweet soul — always smiling and anticipating our needs. The villas are outstanding, with every thoughtful detail provided: mosquito repellent, sunscreen, after-sun lotion, hats, slippers, a beach bag — everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The location is also great: just outside the resort there’s a small shopping area with a few restaurants, ideal for a relaxed evening out. A lovely touch — when you’re by the pool, they serve complimentary water, fresh fruit, and smoothie shots. Small gestures like these make the experience even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — pure relaxation, warmth, and luxury from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Mai Khao. The resort is peaceful, full of greenery, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was one of the highlights — the team was attentive, friendly, and always made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Khun Sun, who took care of us with genuine warmth and exceptional service every morning. During our stay, one of the restaurants was under renovation, so we had the chance to try the other two venues, both of which offered good food and great service. We initially experienced a slight smell in our room, possibly from the air-conditioning, but the situation was handled very professionally by the staff. Khun Pockky, the Front Office Supervisor, managed the issue efficiently and ensured that everything was taken care of. We truly appreciated the room upgrade — it made us feel valued and well looked after. Overall, the service quality and hospitality were outstanding, and this experience is the reason we will continue to choose Anantara in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday memorable — we look forward to returning again soon.

She gave such helpful and thoughtful recommendations that I couldn’t resist confirming my stay right away. This is one of the best hotel I have ever had. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights for our anniversary and we loved it. The lagoon pool villa was a large size, spacious and luxurious. The service from the staff is incredible. Special thanks to Coco, Baifern, Wendy, Or (Front office team) and New (Bellman). They are very helpful and mindful. Also, the F&B team, housekeeping team and spa team were really amazing. Everything was perfect here. We will definitely come back here again.
