Anantara Phuket Villas in Phuket, Thailand

Phuket may be one of the world’s premier beach destinations, but staying at Anantara Phuket Villas is like having a private slice of the island. On a well-manicured section of Mai Khao Beach, each self-sustaining villa unfolds into at least 600 square feet of living space. Tropical breezes flow through an open-air contemporary design highlighted by bamboo accents and Southern Thai exoticism. Most luscious is the aqua-tiled private pool just two strides from the bed.

Lounge on your sunny daybed with a plate of fresh mangosteen, papaya and dragon fruit. Cycle through coconut groves past the Sino-Portuguese mansions that line Phuket Town’s historic district, stopping to sample market treats and to marvel at ancient temples. Go for a boat ride to the Similan Islands to dive among well-preserved coral reefs in aquamarine waters. Dine on Thai fusion tapas in a restaurant suspended atop a Banyan tree before retiring with a bottle of wine from your villa’s private cellar.

Nice breakfast but dinner is expensive but not good. All staffs are ready to serve whatever I request. I felt very comfortable while my stay and impressed for beautiful memories with my family.Ah~ sunset on the beach is one of nice experience.

The villas are very nicely decorated and tbh this might be the most beautiful and spacious villa we have ever stayed in after years of extensive traveling in Thailand and Bali. You can basically get into the private pool from the bedroom. Breakfast is really nice! I would sit at the table right by the lily pond to feed the fish and ducks haha. Spa is great and we had really nice massage. But it’s pretty expensive. Only unpleasant experience is that during our first night here the fan in the bathroom was so loud and there’s no switch to turn it off. Couldn’t fall asleep for couple of hours and the next morning when I woke up I thought there’s construction going on at our door (but turned out to be the fan...). However, the noise disappeared during the rest of our stay.

The luxurious private villas offer everything you ask for from Bose Bluetooth speakers, various bath salts, a perfectly equipped mini bar, plenty of drinking water to mosquito repellent, after sun lotion and and and... to make your stay pleasantly comfortable. The staff is just amazing; friendly, caring and discreet at the same time. Very helpful if you need first aid too! Breakfast is great too and open till 11am! Used the gym and their various free classes too. Trainers are very professional. Enjoyed the water sports offer, too!

I stayed here with my three year old daughter for 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The villas are beautiful and very comfy and having your own private pool is great. especially if you have children they can just hang out in the pool in your own little private oasis. The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. the breakfast was yummy with a lot of variety and the food was generally good. For dinner they had a spectacular red crab curry that I opten to order twice during my three day stay. All and all it is a great hotel and worth and money spent!

We had the absolute best time here! We stayed in a lagoon pool villa and the the pictures say it all! It was so relaxing to have our own space within a beautifully maintained resort. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the public pool/cabana area were amazing, the beach is pristine and secluded, and they include activities like yoga and tai chi on the beach. What could be better? Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing romantic getaway!
