Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas

Constantly awesome... Regular visitor since 6 years. We live it here, love the vibe the amazing family friendliness. Just perfect for a good holiday. Great food, great accommodation and really kind people who stay kind, if you sign up or not

We had another amazing and relaxing break at this resort. We decided to come here for 5 days just to rest and reset fro the busy month and it was definitely the best choice. Our villa was very clean spacious and beautifully decorated with an ocean themed room for our girls was the cherry in the cake! They loved it! The proximity to the beach was another plus point! 5 minutes buggy rude away and you are at the beach side. The staff at the resort looked after us like we are family attending to all our needs to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast and meals at Taurus were delicious as usual. The friendly smile of the staff welcoming us each time really warms our hearts. The kids club is always a hit. With many as well as new activities kept our girls happy and interested. To all the staff at the kids club, a big thank you from us! We also enjoyed the yoga lessons to calm the mind and strengthen the body and the dive in movie night at the pool was special too! We will miss the resort and looking forward to another wonderful stay here again soon!

Location-wise, it was far from Central shopping, attractions (eg Tiger Park) and pier in the south (to the islands) but close to airport (hence you can see planes preparing for landing when you are at Mai Khao beach). But compensated by adult and kids activities at the club itself (most of the activities are free.) We booked a 2 bedroom family room, which was more like a serviced apartment style. Very spacious with kitchenette, washing machines etc. Room service was prompt and quite a wide selection at breakfast too.

We recently purchased the AVC membership. The sales presentation was engaging, and we were promised a lot by the representative, Ying. She assured us that she would always be available to assist us whenever needed. Unfortunately, after we signed up, our attempts to contact her have gone unanswered. I would encourage anyone considering the membership to carefully choose your sales adviser. Based on our experience, we would not recommend working with Ying from Mai Khao Phuket. That being said, I must commend Anantara’s customer service team. Every time we reached out, they have been responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. The front desk staff and guest experience at the properties have also been excellent. Overall, we still believe in the AVC membership, but our interaction with this sales adviser was very disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our private pool was awesome, the room was huge, the food was great too. Would recommend
