Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas

We stayed in their 2-bedroom apartment. We really liked the fully equipped kitchen — all the utensils looked brand new. It was very convenient to walk to 7-Eleven to buy food and heat it up in the microwave in our room. They also have a washing machine and dryer, with free detergent provided, so we could easily wash our clothes — especially after coming back from the beach when we were covered in sand. The hotel do offer buggy to go to the beach, just need to order via WhatsApp / Line / Wechat, very convenient. The apartment has 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds. The rooms are cosy, with 2 large bathrooms, and one of them has a bathtub. There were also plenty of sealed drinking water bottles in the room. From the balcony, we could look down at the swimming pool, and further out you can see the beach and even the sunset. The kids’ room is small, but the slide is fun. The staff are super friendly too. However, it’s a bit of a pity that only teenagers can access the playroom with the PS station and arcade games — adults should be allowed too :( There are also activities like bicycles, pickleball, basketball, badminton, archery (kid-friendly, so not very exciting for adults haha), and ping pong. We just played for a while. The kids’ pool is very fun — even we as parents enjoyed it a lot. The adult pool is a bit deep for me (I’m 160 cm), but it’s great if you can swim. Breakfast had a huge variety: Thai style, Western options, Thai porridge, noodles (a bit bland), a kids’ corner, dessert bar, lots of fruits, and many drinks. Overall, it was an awesome breakfast.

the One-Bedroom Pool Villas are exceptionally large (approx. 188 sqm). They feature a private courtyard, a decent-sized personal pool, and separate living/dining areas.

Had such a great stay at Anantara Vacation Club Phuket. We booked a one-bedroom pool villa and wow—it was huge. Super spacious and felt like a proper home. It had everything we needed too, like a washing machine, dryer, and a full kitchen, which made things really convenient. The private pool was definitely a highlight. We also tried the seafood buffet and it was sooo good. Fresh seafood, lots of choices, and everything was really tasty—definitely worth it. Breakfast was also excellent. Plenty of variety and everything was well done, so it’s easy to find something you like. Big shoutout to the staff as well—they were all super kind, friendly, and helpful the whole time. Service was really on point. Would 100% stay here again.

Stayed at Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket and had a great experience. The villa was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The private pool and full facilities made it feel like a home away from home. Service was excellent throughout, with staff always friendly, attentive, and helpful. They were quick to respond and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The resort is quiet and perfect for unwinding, especially for families or longer stays. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great villas, good service, and welcoming staff.

Just getting better... really the best long time choice for family holidays. Great kids club, honest caring staff.
