Some time ago I redeemed 1000 bites points to qualify for 4days 3 nights stay at anantara vacation club, In the beginning they was super nice making bookings Then they call me to make final confirmation for the stay on 31st January 2026, As I was preparing for my Singapore conference trip, I was busy and I ok Send me the payment link after Thursday as I will be busy in the conference, Today Tuesday and the agent bugging me for the payment and it has to be made by credit card for the remaining rm196, I stop using credit cards for 20 years, Now they said CAN'T proceed if I don't use credit card and my 1000 points will be burn, Also they said if I use another person's credit card to make the payment of rm196, During end of the stay I have to pay full amount of the package value before check out. What kind of show are you guys putting on! To redeem 1000 points from bites membership I had to spend 500usd, Now you expect me to burn the points? It is the negligence of your club which didn't explain or provide precise informAtion in advance, then after one of the manager called me using the +63 915 720 6919, he told me to explain what happened then i told him what has happened, he also agreed after listening to phone calls recording also asked me if i can remove my google review, i told him i will change the review after i come for holidays at khao lak, he said fine he offered me to for a free stay for 4days 3 night in kao lak with free upgrade to villa and i can travel anytime within this year, i was ready to travel last month and been contacting him since june 2026 but no response at all.... looks like all are cons and scammers
