Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas

This is our 2nd time at this accommodation and my family absolutely loved it!!! They are already asking when we will be coming back to AVC MAI KHAO again... Excellent service and fantastic food 👌👌

Location a little bit isolated for anyone wanting local activities or shopping but for those wanting peace and quiet away from city traffic and crowds of people or in the older age group it is ideal. The property is nicely laid out and well maintained. Pool Villa met expectations being spacious, well appointed, with adequate facilities and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly, meeting your requirements and making for a happy atmosphere throughout. Housekeeping staff very meticulous about cleanliness. There are local restaurants, the Turtle Village and Mai Khao Plaza within walking distance or there is a free buggy service if you prefer. The beach is close by with local stalls for food, merchandise and massage. There are shuttles available for further away places like the Phuket Central Plaza should you wish to go there. About 7 years ago we stayed at the adjoining Anantara Villas property and were very happy there too. Today it still looks as lovely as it did then and the staff there are great too. At both properties staff remember your name and Villa number as do the buggy drivers as well. Most impressive!

Constantly awesome... Regular visitor since 6 years. We live it here, love the vibe the amazing family friendliness. Just perfect for a good holiday. Great food, great accommodation and really kind people who stay kind, if you sign up or not

We had another amazing and relaxing break at this resort. We decided to come here for 5 days just to rest and reset fro the busy month and it was definitely the best choice. Our villa was very clean spacious and beautifully decorated with an ocean themed room for our girls was the cherry in the cake! They loved it! The proximity to the beach was another plus point! 5 minutes buggy rude away and you are at the beach side. The staff at the resort looked after us like we are family attending to all our needs to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast and meals at Taurus were delicious as usual. The friendly smile of the staff welcoming us each time really warms our hearts. The kids club is always a hit. With many as well as new activities kept our girls happy and interested. To all the staff at the kids club, a big thank you from us! We also enjoyed the yoga lessons to calm the mind and strengthen the body and the dive in movie night at the pool was special too! We will miss the resort and looking forward to another wonderful stay here again soon!

Location-wise, it was far from Central shopping, attractions (eg Tiger Park) and pier in the south (to the islands) but close to airport (hence you can see planes preparing for landing when you are at Mai Khao beach). But compensated by adult and kids activities at the club itself (most of the activities are free.) We booked a 2 bedroom family room, which was more like a serviced apartment style. Very spacious with kitchenette, washing machines etc. Room service was prompt and quite a wide selection at breakfast too.
