The villa was justas described on the website and everything was in perfect working order. The villa is fitted to a very high standard of luxury and the staff were very eager to help when required. very very happy to have stayed here, but has difficult narrow access road if you bring your own car, recommend you have the pick up service from the airport.

We wouldn't return so often if Kata Rocks wasn't amazing, which it truly is. The staff are equally as good as the villas and location is itself They are truly so helpful and friendly. The resort all be it that smaller luxury boutique feel, it is still a good size to meet all your 5 star needs. The food is exceptional, as are the views from the villas. Beautiful infinity pools in each villa. All the bedrooms are located on the same level regardless if you have 2 or 3bd villa. Fanatic breakfast included option is a must. It's a short walk (3mins) or a courtesy golf buggy down to Kata Beach, which is generally very nice although check your months as Kata goes from a tranquil bay to more a surfing beach depends.g the time of the year. Prices keep going up here, which is the downside for now, and if not careful, people will go for other options.
