I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were all so helpful and professional. They really assisted me in finding my way around. The room was always cleaned beautifully and the pool was glorious. Thank you so much to you all.

I arrived at this resort late in the evening and was warmly greeted by the Concierge staff and was offered a welcome cocktail/mocktail not sure which, but it was delicious. I stayed in villa type accommodation which had obviously been meticulously cleaned on a regular basis. The house keeping staff serviced the room daily and maintained this high standard throughout my stay. The room was surprising quiet considering how close to Bangla Road the resort is, which is the main hub of night life. The only sound you actually here at night is the surf. You can walk to the beach, which is less than 50m away. I had breakfast there every day and the choices of food was quite varied. The familiar favorites were always available, but there was an extensive selection of other foods also. I tried quite a few of these and while some were outside my comfort zone for breakfast, they were also delicious and unexpected. Security man both entry points, so you can be assured that you and your belongings are safe from uninvited guests. All the staff were exceptional. Warm / Friendly / Polite. They couldn't do enough to make my stay there pleasant. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future.

Highly recommend staying at La Flora in Patong. We’ve stayed here twice and will continue to come back!! It’s right in the heart of Patong with everything being so close and walking distance. Bangla road, restaurants, cafes, and lots of shopping! All with the peaceful relaxing experience of staying in a resort. The staff are all amazing, not one bad experience. They go above and beyond to make your stay hassle free and pleasurable! The rooms are immaculate, house keeping was superb and nothing was an issue. I met our housekeeper Tuk on the 2nd day and every single day she made our room perfect and made sure we had enough of everything even days she wasn’t our house keeper or we didn’t need house keeping she checked in to make sure we had the extra things we like… extra towels, drinks refilled and other little things that mattered to us being travellers. The reception staff were amazing, friendly and so polite! They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and we didn’t need anything extra from looking at other rooms for our next stay to even helping with things like helping translate at the pharmacy to contacting bookings for us. We’ve stayed at a lot of international resorts and never had the experience and treatment we get at La Flora. The prices are also amazing, you get far more than you pay for. Could not complain about the price of our accommodation at all. We highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing peaceful stress free and amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you La Flora for such an amazing holiday in Thailand!! ❤️

I wasn't even out of the car when I heard "welcome home" from reception and the bag helpers. By far the best location in phuket, especially Patong.
