Disappointing experience
Nice hotel in a good location. Good access to the beach andvtowm, restaurants and bars. We had an air condition leak in our room and to be fair it was repaired and the hotel had our clothes washed, however they did say clothes would be ironed and they weren't. We weren't offered any compensation just a plate of fruit!! At the start of the stay we had to registerva credit card for any extras, like room service etc, which we did. We put one round of drinks on the tab and expected the remainder to be repaid to our card within 14 working days. This did not happen and when challenged the hotel mentioned the round of drinks that would be coming of the card and that I should check my card activity for the refund, I did this and found the deposit not refunded at all and the round of drinks charged to my card twice. It is over a month since we left the hotel and still no resolution.

Beautiful trip
I was amazing resort and the satff are really good especially jaimy The cleaning is good and also the food taste soooo good The resort near to all the good thing like market’s , restaurants, coffee and the view on the patong beach is beautiful .

Delighted
I was concerned we'd bee to close to the chaos, but La Flora was the perfect escape. Quiet, clean, lovely staff and pools with access to the beach. We're so glad we stayed here in Patong beach and not further away like Karon or Kata (a day trip confirmed this). The beach bar next door was delightful day and night, AMAZING Indian food and one of the best massages we had just across the street.

Beautiful accommodation but bed can be hard to some.
Beautiful resort. Location is perfect right adjacent to the beach. Staff are lovely and so attentive. Rooms are beautiful. The only drawback is that we found the bed mattresses extremely hard compared to western brands such as holiday inn and Marriott for example. .

TOP NOTCH!!
I HIGHLY recommend this resort for so many reasons. The staff is friendly, centrally located to everything. Rooms are clean, they have multiple pools. We actually left the Omari resort to come stay at the La Flora. This is the kind of establishment that gets it. NOT like boogie 5 star resorts that close there pools at 7. Tell you to keep the music down.
