We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The property is well maintained and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We were happy to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from our room was amazing. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff were very friendly and professional especially Ying, who checked us in and explained everything clearly. We would definitely return again.

This was a hands down fantastic experience at The Naka Phuket. From check in through to room.service, housekeeping, transportation around the hotel through the buggy system, every aspect was on point. The room is very well appointed, clean and spacious. A beautiful view in a private setting with a private pool to top it off. Nothing was too much to ask of any of the staff, every single person was polite, professional and couldn't do enough to help with any inquiry or booking process. Food is 10 out of 10. Meka is beautiful and staff are amazing. What a view. Wira. Our favourite. An outstanding menu with exceptionally talented chefs. Delicious flavours and presentation. Great value for money in a hotel of this calibre. Stand out service from ICE. ICE you made our dining experiences just so personal and you are so professional. You are an absolute asset to the hotel as you really made our experience so pleasurable and personal as I mentioned. Whisky and the remaining staff in Wira are all lovely and very professional. Thank you for your hospitality. The experience has definitely left me confirming my return again. Absolutely loved the huge rooms, the floor to ceiling windows, was very modern, comfortable and well laid out The only negative would be they don’t have a full length mirror, but everything else was perfect Loved how modern the resort is it’s like nothing I’ve ever stayed in before. The Wiwa restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was amazing, everything you could wish for.
