The Naka Phuket

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the facilities are clean and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Special thanks to Ying and Aor for her kindness and attentive care she was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

We had our wedding at The Naka Phuket and it was absolutely perfect. The staff, especially [Khun Ann ) went above and beyond to make our day seamless. The ceremony overlooking the beach was stunning, the entire staff of Naka Phuket was really helpful and friendly no matter what time it was , wether it was 2 am or 5 in the morning They never forget to smile very approachable team . I have stayed in so many luxury resorts but none like The Naka Phuket . And the best part about Naka is their employees who makes it even more special . It was incredible—our guests are still talking about it! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the entire team handled all the logistics perfectly. They even upgraded our guests rooms to pool villa ‘s . The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. .We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning .Chef Mark was our wedding chef I would like to kiss his hands for all the magic he created . 😘 10 extra stars to chef Mark and his team members . And 20 stars ✨ ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨to Khun Ann for being so kind and understanding . Thank you so much . You are incredible . Because of the experiences we have had at Naka Phuket . My husband and I want to get married again . 😀 We coming again to celebrate our anniversary next year .

We loved our stay at The Naka Resort so much we honestly cried when it was time to leave. We spent 16 nights here and it was unforgettable. We’ve travelled to many resorts over the years, and The Naka is truly leading the way — the customer service is exceptional, everything is immaculate, and the location in Kamala is absolutely superb. The resort feels wonderfully private and peaceful, with its own private beach, which made it easy to completely switch off. One of the highlights was a private beach dinner — such a special experience that we’ll remember forever. We also loved the fantastic restaurants on-site, and the fact that they feel exclusive to guests really adds to the sense of privacy and quality. Thank you to the entire team for such a beautiful stay. We can’t wait to return and will be recommending The Naka to anyone visiting Phuket.
