Beautiful and peaceful hotel with clean, well-maintained facilities. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Special thanks to Ying, Dew, Kai, Beam, and pop for their friendly and attentive service. The hotel is best accessed by car. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews, but this stay truly deserves one. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, the ambiance was serene and beautifully curated, and the ocean views were absolutely breathtaking. Every detail across the resort felt intentional and thoughtfully designed it’s one of those rare places where you feel the quality in everything. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of service. A special thank you to Ying, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond throughout our stay. Eva was equally wonderful so warm and kind, and she made sure our check-out was smooth, quick, and effortless. Our room was another highlight. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an even better room than what we had originally booked, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The space, comfort, and overall experience were flawless. Dining at the resort was just as impressive. The restaurant Wiwa served some of the best food we’ve had fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and consistently high quality. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and made us feel genuinely special every time. A special mention to Dan, who was an absolute standout , so kind, attentive, and always delivering amazing service with a warm smile. He truly elevated our dining experience. I’ve stayed in many top hotels around the world, and this is honestly one of the very few that left me with a genuine “wow” after every single experience. Highly, highly recommended, this place is truly something special.

Naka Phuket was AMAZING!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. The campus is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was top tier with many options. The rooms are spacious, clean and the personal pool was my favorite part. We got a massage at the spa and it was one of the best massages I have ever gotten. I’m still thinking about the banana chips! The views, the atmosphere…it was the perfect, serene getaway while still being close enough to all the action in Patong. I would recommend The Naka Phuket to anyone travelling to Phuket who wants to experience balance between relaxation and action.
