The Naka Phuket enjoys a fantastic location, set on a beautiful private beach that offers peace, privacy, and stunning views—ideal for a relaxing island escape. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, with all the amenities one would expect from a luxury resort. While comfortable, the interiors are beginning to feel dated and would benefit from refurbishment. A nice touch is the minibar, which is restocked daily on a complimentary basis. What truly sets The Naka Phuket apart is its exceptional service team. The staff are warm, friendly, proactive, and consistently go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Special thanks to Jeen, Nat, Jeab, Mehdi, Pok, Stop, and Rah for their outstanding hospitality and for making my holiday truly memorable. Overall, despite the need for some updates to the rooms, the location and, most importantly, the exceptional service make this a resort I would recommend without any hesitation.

an amazing resort has everything from spa services to bookings for activities and the in house restaurant was amazing , what made this place an above and begond was the staff they were all very nice and helpful and we would like to specially thank tawan and nat for tawan he was with us every night every we shared all our adventures and had a great laugh every night

Amazing stay at The Naka Phuket 🌴 Pure peaceful beauty from the moment you arrive. Each villa offers complete privacy and exceptional comfort — truly a place where you can disconnect and breathe. The views are absolutely breathtaking: endless ocean, dramatic cliffs, and sunsets that feel unreal. Every corner of the resort is designed to make you slow down and enjoy the moment. The food was outstanding — fresh, refined, and beautifully presented, whether at breakfast or dinner. The beach is stunning, calm, and perfectly maintained. What truly made the experience special was the beach service: attentive without being intrusive, always smiling, fast, and incredibly thoughtful — from fresh towels and cold water to perfectly timed drinks and snacks. Impeccable service throughout the entire resort, warm hospitality, and attention to detail in every moment. A true luxury escape — peaceful, elegant, and unforgettable. Highly recommended. ✨
