The Pavilions Phuket

Location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and one in lifetime sceneries if you stay in the Villa. The villa room is just exotic and full of life, it’s amazing and overviewing Phuket and its mountains. Cleanliness is 10/10 though I didn’t like the smell of glass cups and plates since they use dishwasher, Service and Staff are 100/10; Sujan was amazing server at the Firefly Restaurant, and for someone who awakes from sleeping by tiny noises; the noise level was the lowest I had in any hotel I’ve visited.

The place is amazing and perfect as well as the service . Everything there was superior , especially the man named “Sujan” at firefly restaurant he was super professional and friendly. Thank you so much for this memorable experience.

We stayed at The Pavilions Phuket for a week in early August as a family of four, and it was a really lovely way to finish our Southeast Asia holiday. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived, friendly, polite and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary upgrade of our sons room so that they could be closer to our villa. We were also celebrating our son’s birthday during that time and they surprised him with a birthday cake in his room which was very thoughful. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful but for us the best part was the people. Everyone we encountered was very warm and seemed to want us to enjoy our stay. It was a great end to our holiday. Thanks to everyone at The Pavilions Phuket for a brilliant week. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

This hotel is exceptional. This is my third stay and it keeps getting better. The quality of service is as good as I have experienced. The resort is ideal for completely unwinding in one of the many villas with private pools. They have three bars and restaurants and the food is excellent. What really makes the stay is the staff. I was made feel at home from check in. A special thanks to all the concierge, front office and restaurant staff for make it a memorable stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was excellent, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the front desk team—the check-in was smooth and welcoming. In particular, Nate at the reception was outstanding. He was extremely helpful, respectful, courteous, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the very moment we arrived. Our suite was absolute perfection, featuring a private pool with a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the ocean. It made our stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service and luxury!
