The Pavilions Phuket

This is a lovely resort. It’s set in a beautiful location if you want to be out the way and among peaceful surroundings. If you want to be near bars, shops, beach etc this is not for you as you’d need to use the shuttle or a bolt/uber. The staff are truly amazing and really make you feel special, nothing is too much and they will help you with any info you need if you want to go out and about too. The spa and pool pavilions are such lovely rooms and so spacious. Food was delicious in all three places. We thought all places on site were for dining as we were on a AI plan but didn’t realise that alto was chargeable until after we finished but having said that it was a lovely meal. We’d love to return here one day

We stayed at The Pavilions Phuket for two nights on a bed-and-breakfast basis and honestly wished we had booked for longer. The room was superb, exceptionally spacious, with a separate lounge and bedroom, and a completely private pool area with no overlooking, which made it feel very exclusive and relaxing. It was the kind of accommodation where you’re genuinely happy to spend the whole day without feeling the need to go anywhere else. Breakfast was excellent, and the food across the restaurants was consistently high quality. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, adding to the calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The resort is spread out, so you do need to rely on buggies to get around, and there can occasionally be a short wait, but this was only a minor inconvenience and didn’t detract from the experience. As we spent the entire two days relaxing in the room and enjoying the facilities, we can’t really comment on the surrounding location, but honestly, we didn’t feel the need to leave. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat.

I had an amazing 11-day birthday stay at The Pavilions Phuket—it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredible—always kind, attentive, and ready to help. They even went the extra mile by decorating my room twice for my birthday, which made the trip feel so special. The housekeeping team was also super sweet and did a fantastic job every day. The villa was beautiful, the AC worked perfectly, and the private pool with the stunning view was a dream. While it’s a bit far from the main attractions, getting around with Grab is easy and definitely worth it for the peaceful setting. Overall, this was the best birthday trip ever. I absolutely loved my stay, highly recommend it, and would definitely come back!

this place is so perfect, you'll literally be heartbroken when it's time to go The villas are stunning, and the rooms are breathtakingly large, impeccably clean, and smell wonderful, between the gorgeous accommodations, the genuinely kind people who are always there to help, and the incredible food, it's an absolute dream
