Any review that you will read about the hotel will be unfair, unless you experienced it yourself, I stayed in one of the pool villas , luxurious experience and amazing hospitality, the crew is lovable too, Chom from the front desk so kind and helpful 😊, wish to come back soon

Quiet and relaxed vibe. Leaving feeling refreshed.
Wonderful stay all around. Great service, good food and choices, large comfortable rooms. No issues at all. Would recommend and return again.

Great time & relaxed atmosphere
We had a wonderful time celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We felt like family. The room was great. We travel a lot and the room was one of the biggest we've had. The in room massage suite and pool right outside our door was perfect. Oh an did i mention the daily massages???? My masseuse was Creme...I like/need strong deep tissue massages. PERFECT pressure and technique. We will be back!

A Perfect Getaway.
Our stay was again truly unforgettable. We were here last Nov and we were back because of our great experience here. We were welcomed warmly by Natty who made our checkin process seamless. Our room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Special mention to Khun Ja-Aey for taking such great care of us. He make sure we were well look after. He really make us feel at home. Great food and drink at the Firefly. Good service by Khun Nui and Khun May. At the Alto Bar, Khun Don impart all his knowledge of cocktails mixing. It was an honor to meet such a knowledgeable bartender. The sunset view at 360 was fantastic . We had a great evening with Khun Jeab while enjoying the sunset view and listening to live music. The resort is huge but we had a very kind and experienced buggy driver Khun Nueng who brought us from point to point. He even showed us where to take nice video of the resort while on the move. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We will be back!🙂

Good experience
Good service, clean room, nice pool at the firefly restaurant (breakfast place). Will be back when I travel to Phuket again.
