Customer Service Excellence
We spent 9 days here with another couple. Both stayed in our own villas. First and foremost the customer service and hospitality was phenomenal. I have never experienced anything like it. Every single staff member was kind, friendly and immensely accomodating. Any request kindly received and fulfilled with a smile. This single handedly made our stay here the best accommodation we have ever stayed at. The villa and surrounding grounds were supremely maintained, the food at firefly was some of the best thai food we have ever eaten. You truly feel like you get value for money just by the service you receive. The massages and in room villa massage option was great not to mention the quality of the massage itself. The only negative is that if you’re looking to experience a lot of the prime tourist locations, this accomodation is a bit of a distance from these places, often a 30-45 minute cab. However because of this the accomodation itself is far more quiet, secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. We will most definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

Relaxing resort with incredible staff.
This was my second stay at The Pavilions. As always, the staff are amazing, very attentive and accommodating. The resort is peaceful, relaxing and secluded. Perfect for a getaway to unwind. Looking forward to my next stay.
