From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly left, our two-week stay was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel offers the perfect balance of tranquillity, luxury and genuinely outstanding hospitality. Every member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and it is their warmth, professionalism and attention to detail that truly made this an unforgettable holiday. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area of Phuket, making it an ideal retreat away from the busier tourist areas. As it was often too hot to walk, we mostly used the Bolt app to travel to nearby restaurants and attractions. Boat Avenue, the nearest dining and shopping area, was a particular favourite, offering a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s private chauffeur service. The hotel offers this at an hourly rate, and we booked it for a full day of sightseeing around the island. The team helped us create a personalised itinerary based on everything we wanted to see, making the whole experience effortless. Our driver, Jom, was absolutely exceptional—friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. His local recommendations took us to places we would never have discovered on our own and gave us a much more authentic experience of Phuket. It became one of the most memorable days of our holiday, and we cannot recommend this service highly enough. Our villa was beautiful, exceptionally private and meticulously maintained throughout our stay. Complimentary mineral water was replenished daily, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job. One of the thoughtful touches that stood out was that, shortly after we arrived at our villa, the Reception Manager personally called to welcome us and ask what time we would like our villa to be serviced each day. We chose breakfast time, allowing us to return each morning to an immaculate and beautifully refreshed villa. It was a small but thoughtful detail that perfectly reflected the personalised service we experienced throughout our stay. On the few occasions we crossed paths with the housekeeping team, they were incredibly courteous, warm and accommodating, always working around us with genuine kindness. The atmosphere during our first week was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. During the second week, the resort became busier with more families, so there was occasionally some noise from children enjoying neighbouring villas. However, this was never excessive and certainly did not detract from our overall experience. Despite the increased occupancy, our villa continued to feel private, luxurious and wonderfully secluded. The spa experience deserves special recognition. Our complimentary in-villa massages were simply outstanding and became one of the highlights of our stay. We also enjoyed treatments in the spa itself, where the therapists provided an exceptional level of care and professionalism. As the resort became busier, appointments naturally became more limited, so we would recommend booking treatments in advance where possible. Every massage we received was truly excellent. The breakfast experience was outstanding, with an excellent variety of high-quality food and attentive service each morning. A special thank you to Donut at Firefly, who went above and beyond by creating beautiful drawings on our takeaway coffees each morning after I explained my coconut milk intolerance. Her thoughtful way of distinguishing my coffee from my partner’s full milk coffee was both creative and incredibly reassuring. It was a small gesture that made a lasting impression and perfectly reflected the genuine care shown by the staff throughout our stay. The dining experience was equally impressive. Room service was consistently delicious, beautifully presented and delivered promptly. Enjoying dinner in the privacy of our villa, surrounded by such peaceful surroundings, made for some wonderfully relaxing evenings and was one of the many highlights of our stay. The concierge and reception team were exceptional throughout our stay. We booked three excursions through the hotel, and the manager from Belgium was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time. Having personally experienced many of the tours himself, he was able to provide honest recommendations and help us choose the excursions best suited to our interests. Every excursion exceeded our expectations. During our holiday, I unfortunately required assistance on two occasions—once after visiting the elephant sanctuary when I needed help cleaning a wound, and again after being stung by what I believe was a hornet. On both occasions, the reception team immediately offered assistance, providing basic first aid, reassurance and clear advice on what symptoms to monitor. Their kindness and willingness to help went far beyond what we expected and perfectly reflected the exceptional level of care shown throughout our stay. Our holiday ended on the most thoughtful note when Fai very kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out on our final day. This unexpected gesture allowed us to enjoy our beautiful villa for a little longer, pack at a relaxed pace and finish our holiday without any unnecessary stress. It was a small act of kindness that made a lasting impression. To everyone at the resort—thank you. To Fai, Jom, Donut, the managers, housekeeping team, the spa therapists, the security man at the gate, the reception and concierge teams, and every other member of staff, your dedication to creating such a warm, welcoming and luxurious experience did not go unnoticed. While the beautiful villas and facilities speak for themselves, it is the people who truly make this resort so special. We leave with wonderful memories and would return without hesitation. This has been a last minute booking and one of the best stays in my life. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. The resort grounds are stunning. The room is exceptionally clean and quiet, ac works perfectly. The breakfast is delicious and all the staff working there are lovely. What a beautiful place. Please keep it up Im definitely coming back! Kapun kha 🙂

Spectacular facilities, service, and environment.

We stayed here during our honeymoon and look back on our stay with wonderful memories. The hotel’s location is truly beautiful: surrounded by nature, wonderfully peaceful, and the perfect place to completely unwind. What made our stay truly special was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The service was personal, attentive, and of an exceptionally high standard. The food also deserves special praise. Both the breakfast and the other meals were of outstanding quality, with fresh ingredients and great attention to flavor and presentation. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to fully darken the bedroom, as the hallway lights shone into the room throughout the night. In addition, there was a damp smell in the room, which affected the overall comfort a little. However, we assume this is simply part of the humid climate. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The stunning location, outstanding service, and delicious food make this hotel highly recommendable. The value for money is excellent, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!
