Absolutely stunning hotel set within tropical grounds that are full of lush vegetation, colourful flowers and birdsong. As you drive through the gates the sight of bamboo arches across the road is spectacular and welcoming. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and are genuinely happy to ensure you are enjoying your stay. I love the fact that Ponpoong (I hope I’ve got her name right) remembers exactly how I like my coffee. That makes me smile every morning. The atmosphere in Firefly restaurant is casual with a fine dining menu. I’ve particularly enjoyed the blue crab Thai yellow curry - so full of flavour and the perfect amount of spice - well done chef. There’s every type and style of room or villa at the Pavilions to suit your needs, you just need to choose what suits you. Look out for special offers. We booked a half board offer with a cocktail every day. The spa offers luxurious products and treatments to help you relax and is well worth a visit. We ventured out on the kayaking excursion exploring caves which was very well organised and offered an excellent buffet lunch. Pick up and return to the hotel was flawless. I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment at the Pavilions and cannot wait to return. A big thank you to everyone.

I would especially like to thank two wonderful staff members — Jeab and Sujan. They were incredibly polite, punctual, and attentive to every detail. Thanks to them, my birthday turned into a truly special surprise — they thoughtfully organized a beautiful birthday moment that made the evening unforgettable. What touched me even more was how caring they were with my child — playing, engaging, and making sure our whole family felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the evening. The food was simply amazing, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavour. Dining here alone is worth the visit. What stood out the most was the staff. They were particularly kind, warm, and genuinely eager to help, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay.
