Luxurious hotel resort
We had a fantastic holiday at The Pavilions. Exceptional on all levels, the location was amazing, so quiet and able to relax and recharge! The rooms were spacious and all areas around the resort were reached by buggy if needed which was fun. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us at all times. The breakfasts were lovely and had a great choice of eggs freshly cooked to order. We did eat in the restaurants which were nice but quiet , I think due to low season. I loved the whole ambiance of the resort and can’t wait to come back again soon!

The Height of Luxury and Relaxation
This is a fantastic resort. All the staff were super welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the privacy of our own pool. Our villa was very comfortable and well appointed. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants. We had far too many cocktails! So easy to to get around the resort with the on-call buggies. The Pavilions exceeded our expectations.

Great Room Unclear Accommodations
The hotel was great we booked with a travel agent and upgraded our room based on the information on their website to get free daily massages. And were told even though we upgraded separately from the travel agent booking they would not accommodate the services listed as apart of the room package because it has to be booked directly online. Which is not stated anywhere in the website so that was a bummer because it was part of why we upgraded to that room. Besides that the room was clean and definitely wayy better than the room booked by the travel agent. I do wish their restaurants stayed open later than 10pm.
