They didn’t return my money.
They didn’t give back rest of my deposit. On the checkout they said that I can go and accountant will send rest of my deposit to my card. Next day I have got an e-mail from the hotel accountant that I will get nothing. I have been here 3 times, but never go back.

5-star excellence and sweet people
Simply an amazing hotel. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The compound is very hilly, so you can be driven around anywhere in little golf carts. Breakfast is really nice and the pool area pristine. A true 5-star experience, couldn’t ask for more!

Nice place to relax
The location is good, it is close to the airport, just 30-minute away. It was surprised when we arrived the place, opening the main gate, it was so clam and peaceful. The welcoming was so warm, staff always smiled, made us feel comfortable. The place wasn’t too big, but it’s already good enough.

Pavilion Paradise
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Pavilion Phuket. The staff were lovely and always accommodated to any needs we had. The hotel itself was a beautiful, tranquil retreat, the restaurants were great, the room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and the over all experience was one to remember, I will definitely stay here again 🙏🏼
