The Pavilions Phuket

Our stay at The Pavilions Phuket was truly one of the highlights of our honeymoon. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and luxurious escape away from the busier parts of Phuket. The private villa experience was incredible, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. We were especially touched by the kindness and genuine hospitality shown throughout our stay. The food was also outstanding. We enjoyed several meals on property, and each one exceeded expectations in both quality and presentation. Rin, the Alto server, was a gem to be around. She was so kind and made us feel so incredibly special to be there! Cheers to you Rin! Thanks again for all you do! The reason for the 4-star rating rather than 5 stars comes down to a couple of maintenance issues that unfortunately impacted our experience. For much of our stay, the water coming from the taps appeared noticeably brown, which was concerning. We understand the need for scheduled maintenance, but our water remained brown for entire stay. Additionally, the cold water in our villa’s bathtub was not functioning properly, making it impossible to enjoy one of the amenities we had been looking forward to using during our honeymoon. Despite these issues, we genuinely had a wonderful time and created memories that will last a lifetime. The Pavilions Phuket has an amazing team and a beautiful property, and with better attention to these maintenance concerns, it would easily deserve a full 5-star rating. Been here twice now. Firstly in 2017, here at the moment but go home tomorrow 😞 Lovely resort and staff. Quiet but close enough to visit lots of tourist places. Food is great, plenty of choice. Bars and restaurants are relaxing. Lovely to see a sunset at 360z Had an amazing facial at the spa, highly recommended. You are well taken care of and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Hope to return again!

Absolutely amazing hotel. It’s beautiful and the staff are so helpful. We got amazing advice from Wut about what markets to go to and places to eat! Even the cheapest room is massive. The restaurants are all lovely as well! Thank you very much

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived until our departure. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their response time was impressively fast, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every request was handled professionally and efficiently. What stood out the most was their positive attitude and genuine hospitality, which made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The entire team was highly professional, attentive, and dedicated to providing an outstanding guest experience. And of course, I cannot say enough about the villa itself. It was absolutely stunning — luxurious, elegant, and truly breathtaking. Every detail was beautifully designed, creating a magical and relaxing atmosphere. The villa exceeded all our expectations and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

Any review that you will read about the hotel will be unfair, unless you experienced it yourself, I stayed in one of the pool villas , luxurious experience and amazing hospitality, the crew is lovable too, Chom from the front desk so kind and helpful 😊, wish to come back soon
