this place is so perfect, you'll literally be heartbroken when it's time to go The villas are stunning, and the rooms are breathtakingly large, impeccably clean, and smell wonderful, between the gorgeous accommodations, the genuinely kind people who are always there to help, and the incredible food, it's an absolute dream

Luxurious hotel resort
We had a fantastic holiday at The Pavilions. Exceptional on all levels, the location was amazing, so quiet and able to relax and recharge! The rooms were spacious and all areas around the resort were reached by buggy if needed which was fun. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us at all times. The breakfasts were lovely and had a great choice of eggs freshly cooked to order. We did eat in the restaurants which were nice but quiet , I think due to low season. I loved the whole ambiance of the resort and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Our stay at The Pavilions Phuket was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful in every interaction. The villa itself was the highlight. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and the private pool made a huge difference. Waking up to those views and having total privacy felt genuinely luxurious. The attention to detail in the room, from the layout to the amenities, was impressive What truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. A special mention must go to Wut, who was outstanding throughout our stay. He was not only incredibly friendly and approachable but also went out of his way to offer helpful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. His local knowledge and genuine care made everything feel effortless and personal. Thanks to Wut and the entire team, our stay felt extra special and truly pleasant. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for experience in Phuket.

The Height of Luxury and Relaxation
This is a fantastic resort. All the staff were super welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the privacy of our own pool. Our villa was very comfortable and well appointed. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants. We had far too many cocktails! So easy to to get around the resort with the on-call buggies. The Pavilions exceeded our expectations.
