The Pavilions Phuket

Fantastic all-round. Massive shout out to all staff that helped with making this a stay for the history books. We loved everything! Nang from the spa was amazing with my wife and her rolled ankle, the house keeper that tended to our room, all the front of house in various locations wow you guys are super! And the drivers to and from locations we would be lost without your speedy and reliable service. Hospitality like this is so great to experience. Where to begin, everything on this stay was wow. We booked a spa villa for our honeymoon and it had been such a wonderful experience, the staff here are brilliant and are the stars of the show. The villa was super spacious and the aircon was great inside for comfortable sleeping, in our room you can block out the light so sleeping in was a treat. Great breakfast, transport into the town however this time of the year dont go past 3.30 from the village return. Be sure to book if you want massages as they fill up quick and we missed out on our first day due to it being booked out. Housekeeping has been so great, very friendly and caring, my wife injured herself and the staff have been so accommodating getting us more accessible entry points. The buggy service has also been super efficient and never waited long to be picked up. In fact a couple of times we might have kept them waiting for us. 360 bar was a great experience for sunset and booking ensured us great tables for a magical evening. Love the thai food on offer as we love spicy food. I have worked in hospitality for 20 years, the staff are fantastic and deserve high praise for their professionalism and care.

Everything is amazing. Loved our stay at The Pavillions. The rooms are excellent with plenty of space, a great couch and living area, lots of free water in glass bottles plus great fridge. Bed was comfortable. We stayed in a tropical view suite, so I imagine the Villas are even better. Breakfast is great quality with eggs cooked for you, great pastries and croissants,  great coffee and a good selection. Dinner was also excellent with really tasty and quality food. It's a great menu with plenty of choices. The pool is huge and very peaceful. Plenty of sun lounges and bean bags. A cocktail by the pool is excellent. The gym is ok for a few days, but there is a great gym about 5 mins down the road at The Layan Fitness Club. The staff were all amazing and made our stay. They remember everything we wanted each day and were always smiling. Special mention to Sai at checkin, BBoy, Manny, Mesa, Menan, Honey, Wut and Ong Bang at restaurant , Tao on buggy was always waiting for us. You do need the buggies to get to the lobby and front gate, but they always take 1 to 2 mins and they are there.  The Luxury Escapes package was excellent with a great choice of cocktails, wine and spirits plus dinner ( or lunch as it was either lunch or dinner). But its a great set menu with lots of choices.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was excellent, and the hotel was very quiet, clean, and relaxing. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The massage service was also absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of my stay. The entire team was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone was kind and always willing to assist. A special thank you to Nate, who was truly outstanding. He provided me with exceptional service and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
