A wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff make you feel welcome and special the entire time. The room is spacious and clean. The landscaping is beautiful. The food in ALTO is so good and do not miss massage. We had 5 massages during our 4 days of stay.

Wow! The Pavilions Resort was all that it said it would be and more. We arrived late at night and check in was so easy. We got to our room (via golf carts which travel all over the resort at guests request) and fell in love. Talk about meeting expectations and pictures viewed online. The staff (too many to name, but Meaw, Pat and Nueng from three different areas) were absolutely amazing and could not do enough. They were always friendly, courteous and if you take the time to get to know them, very happy to chat and provide recommendations in the area. The food in each restaurant was amazing, always presented beautifully and any changes requested were no trouble. The variety and taste was just wonderful. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much.

We only stayed one night as we were in transit. Gym facilities looked good. Didn’t really get to explore all that was on offer. However, reason for the rating was the breakfast. Whilst there was a large variety and plenty of food, it wasn’t very appealing. Fruit was watery & tasteless. Mango was not on the buffet & it wasn’t evident that it had to be specifically requested. Hot breakfast items were just as bad; bacon fatty, mushrooms seemed like they had been soaked in water forever etc.. only thing I could eat was eggs on toast. Nice setting to eat around the pool, but food disappointing.

This was our second time at The Pavilions this year, the first it was just me and my wife but this time we decided to come with our daughters. We all enjoyed the fantastic amenities, the views, the great food and the kind service this resort offers. We took as last time a pool villa, with its breathtaking views, and a garden villa for our daughters, both offered amazing comfort. Our two weeks at the Pavilions were too short, we all loved it and for sure we will come back to this amazing resort in Bang Tao Phuket.

We had an amazing time at the pavillions experiencing top customer service, good food, great rooms and amazing facilities. All the staff made our stay memorable with their kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend!
