I feel incredibly lucky to have had my wedding at Sri Panwa Phuket Luxury Pool Villa Hotel — truly one of the most luxurious and special places in Phuket. Since this was an overseas wedding and I didn’t hire an external planner, I relied heavily on the hotel’s wedding team — and they exceeded every expectation. From my very first enquiry, to our initial online meetings, the site visit 7 months before the wedding, final preparations, rehearsal day, and the actual wedding day, the support was just amazing throughout. A very special thank you to our on-site wedding planner, Annie. She was professional, caring, incredibly detail-oriented, and so well-organised. She really made my dream wedding come true. She was also super flexible — even with some last-minute requests (and I had quite a few!), she always did her best to accommodate everything. You could genuinely feel how much she cared. All of our guests and family were so impressed by the service. Every single staff member was attentive, friendly, and always aiming to provide exceptional service. Yes, the price is on the higher side compared to a typical holiday in Thailand, but for us, it was absolutely worth every penny. Occasionally, a few newer staff might miss small details, but their passion and sincerity more than make up for it. From the tuk tuk drivers, to restaurant staff, to housekeeping — we felt so well taken care of every single moment. We stayed for 4 nights in total — 3 nights in a one-bedroom villa and 1 night in the Yaya Pool Suite. Honestly, it felt too short to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer! There’s so much to explore: the public pool, spa, private beach, and a variety of restaurants. We also enjoyed our best spa in our life here! The location is a bit far from the city centre, but that’s exactly what gives it such privacy and those breathtaking views. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the authentic Thai options (which we loved), and it was great to also have Japanese and Chinese choices available. If you’re looking for something unique and different from the usual hotel chains, this is definitely the place. We would absolutely love to come back for our anniversary one day — I’m sure it will bring back all the beautiful memories, along with the same outstanding service.

I had my wedding at Sri Panwa and honestly it was such a beautiful and unforgettable day. The view is amazing, but what I appreciated most was how easy everything felt. Khun Annie helped me plan everything online and made it super smooth. I only came one day before for rehearsal and everything was already set. On the day, the team took really good care of everything so I could just enjoy the moment without stress. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind destination wedding on a cliff above the clouds, overlooking the beautiful sea, this is the place.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sri Panwa Resort, Phuket. The location is truly mind-blowing — perched on a beautiful hilltop with breathtaking panoramic views of the Andaman Sea. Every moment felt peaceful and luxurious. We stayed in the One Bedroom Luxury Pool Villa, which was simply amazing. The villa was spacious, very well designed, and the private pool added a special touch of privacy and relaxation. The swimming pool was excellent, very clean and perfect for enjoying the stunning sea views. It was one of the highlights of our stay. What impressed us the most was the service. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Sri Panwa is a fantastic luxury resort and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Phuket. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

All the staff is so accomodating and truly caring

Pros - super attentive staff and problems are resolved quickly - Great views from room (see photos) - Huge private pool (though most is in the shade) - Outdoor hot tub Cons - Not 'luxury' as the hotel name implies - old worn furniture in most rooms (see photos). We were moved somewhere better very quickly after complaining but it feels very much like the best room in an old three star hotel. - Huge service charges and taxes - No beach - Villas so close together that you can hear families with children next door (we haven't extended our stay for this reason) - Restaurants and food are poor - no western breakfast (sausages/bacon etc), the stake house we eat at was glum to say the least. I'm actually leaving this place to get on a plane with diarrhea - Poor value for money compared to other resorts at this price point (JW, Four Seasons, Ritz etc)
