Our stay at Sri Panwa Phuket Luxury Pool Villa Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism and outstanding hospitality. The service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly, attentive and discreet. Our pool villa was simply breathtaking – beautifully designed, incredibly spacious and luxurious, with a magnificent private pool that made the experience truly unforgettable. The attention to detail and the stunning views created a perfect sense of privacy and exclusivity. Sri Panwa is also an exceptional location for a wedding. The breathtaking views, elegant atmosphere and outstanding service make it a truly magical setting for such a special occasion. It is a place where unforgettable memories can be created. A special mention must also go to the excellent breakfast buffet. The selection was beautifully presented, high quality and offered something for every taste. Everything felt carefully selected and prepared. Overall, Sri Panwa is, in our opinion, one of the finest five-star hotels in Phuket. The combination of spectacular accommodation, exceptional service, an unforgettable location and genuine Thai hospitality makes this hotel truly special. Thank you to the entire Sri Panwa team for a wonderful and unforgettable stay. We will certainly return and can highly recommend Sri Panwa to anyone looking for an exceptional luxury experience in Phuket. ❤️🌴

It is one of the most beautiful place in the world plus the amazing staff, they are very helpful, friendly and lovely specially my Muslim brothers here. It is really exceeded the expectations.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The villa itself was luxurious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway

My first time in Phuket and also my first stay at Sri Panwa — everything about this hotel is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly kind and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Khun Tan (Trainee), who handled both our check-in and check-out so professionally. He was truly outstanding! The bed was super comfortable, and all the room amenities felt brand new and luxurious. The pools are huge, and there are so many activities to enjoy within the hotel. The bar and café feature a beautiful rooftop with stunning panoramic views. We also had dinner at the Thai restaurant “Baba Soul Food”, and both the food and service were excellent. Such a memorable experience — definitely one of the best stays in Phuket!

Unfortunately, this hotel fell short of expectations on my recent visit. First, of all, the arrival process was quite confusing. We arrived with an uber, and the security staff at the gate gave wrong directions to the driver. Also, when finally arriving at the reception area, no one greeted us or helped with the luggage. The check-in was a bit slow, but it was okay. The room was spacious, and I liked the fact that it had a private pool. The hotel advertised that minibar would be included, however the “minibar” was only two bottled drinks, and some kitkats, and chips. I would not call this a minibar. The breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, other F&B outlets were horrible. I ordered fried chicken, which turned out to be chicken wings. When it arrived it was completely dry, and did not even look good (see attached picture). The staff did not seem to be apologetic about it. After some time a manager arrived who apologized for the issue. The location of the hotel is quite far from the centre of Phuket, and the problem is that taxis/ubers are not always available. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and my stay was not the best this time.
