About the Hotel

Perched high atop Cape Panwa, villas at Sri Panwa feel like tropical rainforest tree houses – on three sides, glass windows reveal a panoramic expanse of the Andaman Sea and a terrace infinity pool melts into the horizon. A white sand beach invites long lounging days at the bottom of the craggy hillside, while at the very top a sexy rooftop bar beckons with the perfect sundowner cocktail. If a postcard of paradise could be three dimensional, this is what it would look like.

Memories of a lifetime!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 12 hours ago

Our visit to Sri Panwa was a dream! The resort is breathtaking and the service was outstanding. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special thank you to Nunia for taking great care of us at breakfast. We also are grateful to Jaee for all his effort in arranging our tours and making our experience memorable. He even stayed in touch with us while he was on his vacation to make sure we had what we needed. Sri Panwa made our vacation memorable. We shall never forget our time there.

Beautiful Property, But Service Recovery Fell Short of Luxury Standards

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

I stayed recently in one of the penthouse suites at Sri Panwa, and while the property itself is visually stunning and the facilities are impressive, I did encounter a service shortfall that I felt was worth sharing for future guests and management alike. On the morning of my stay, around 9:30 AM, loud noise from grass cutting persisted for over 30 minutes and disrupted my rest. As someone who booked a premium room expecting peace, privacy, and a tranquil start to the day, this experience significantly affected my ability to relax and derailed my plans due to lack of sleep. To the hotel’s credit, the staff responded and eventually stopped the noise, and they offered a super late checkout (6 PM) as compensation — something I do appreciate. However, the gesture did not fully address the part of the stay that was impacted: the morning I had intended to enjoy in-room. At a property of this caliber, the expectation is not just for beautiful spaces, but for thoughtful, guest-centered service — especially when things fall short. A modest in-room dining credit or a more tailored response would have gone a long way in restoring the experience. Instead, I was told no other guests had complained, which felt dismissive and misaligned with the personalized care I expected at this price point. To be clear, this is not a reflection of the entire property, which has many strengths. But when you market yourself as one of Thailand’s most exclusive destinations, every touchpoint matters — and recovery, when needed, is part of what defines true luxury hospitality. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken constructively. I do believe Sri Panwa has the potential to offer a truly exceptional experience — it just needs to remember that the emotional details matter just as much as the physical ones.

Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Sri Pawna. The staff is excellent and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. For example, they reheated leftover food from our cooking class for us free of charge. We enjoyed the pools, beach, gym, spa, free breakfast, and plenty of the free water bottles, which they keep well stocked in the room. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes in walking distance, and the old town Phuket is only about a 30 minute drive. We’d happily come back here for another vacation!

Very nice hotel with amazing service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Lovely hotel, 2nd time we’ve been and it’s by far our favourite hotel in Phuket. We previously stayed in a yaya suite which was very nice located in the building by reception but don’t have quite such a nice view. We decided to upgrade to a one bedroom pool suite east ocean view which are located nearer the main restaurants gym etc. this room was bigger with a slightly bigger pool and terrace and an amazing view. The room seemed a little older than the yaya suite and we probably preferred the yaya room but preferred the view, location and terrace here. When we go again we would probably choose this room again. The restaurants are all good, we like baba’s soul food which is the Thai restaurant most. First trip we ate all our meals in hotel, this time we mostly had lunch at hotel and went out to local restaurants in the evening. Breakfast is great with both a huge buffet and a menu to order from your table, omelettes, eggs Benedict etc etc. Rooms are kept immaculate. They come in to clean/turn down the room twice a day, they also refill mini bar etc which is all free. If you drive a car, you just drive to reception and they valet park it for you and when you call to say you you want it they will have it waiting at reception with the aircon running. Altogether not the cheapest in but we’ve been to a number of hotels in phuket and this is our favourite

The hotel is FANTASTIC with a beautiful setting, incredible food, and wonderful staff. Gym is modern and large. Spa is awesome. Swimming pool is also a lap pool. It is on its own little peninsula so is private and protected. All the rooms have great ocean views. Finally, I highly recommend the Mojitos – the best I have ever had, anywhere. We will definitely return.
