Excellent resort and a fabulous family wedding
We visited the Surin late October for a family wedding and a bit of beach R & R. This was our first experience of Thailand and it was a very enjoyable one. The resort staff were first class, polite, attentive and couldn't do enough for you. The room we'd been allocated (room 321) was lovely, with a partial sea view. The breakfast buffet was superb, as was all the food to be fair. The 4 night experience was truly fabulous and the wedding was exceptional. The memories will last forever. We loved the private beach, pool area and beach bar. The only little issue was the amount of steps to get to and from your villa but we were warned beforehand and the buggy staff did their best to take you as far as they could on 4 wheels.

Dream holiday in paradise
Amazing stay in a dream atmosphere with a paradise private beach and perfect pool/outdoor area. Staff was super nice to our daughter and us as well.

Amazing Hotel in Phuket
One of the best hotels we‘ve stayed in, definetely a great opportunity to relax and enjoy Thailand. We had the deluxe beach suite and it was just stunning. Everything was spectecular, except the breakfast could be sometimes chaotic (20 minutes for a coffee, lost orders) as they only open until 10:30am with a rush coming at 9:30. Definetely would recommend to stay there!

Unbelievable experience
The Surin is a magnificent trip in itself! Everything about it is divine - the food, the rooms, everything. Would suggest spending a bit more and getting the beach suites. Heavenly!

Scenic setting
Loved the setting. Scenic architecture, impressive pool, cozy cottages, nice breakfast, attentative service, and a dream beach. The beach is pristine with fine sand, has a private feel and is only shared with the iconic hotel Amanpuri which is on the other corner of the beach. Things which could have been better: - Missing steam room and sauna - Beach restaurant felt a bit tired and the food was not impressive - Would have preferred warmer wood tones in and outside of the cottages than the grey paint color - Many steps - especually if you book a hillside cottage
