Thavorn Beach Village & Spa

I had stayed in this hotel 10 years ago, but only for two nights, and was so impressed with the gardens that I always wanted to return. This time stayed 8 nights at a pool access room. The gardens are even more magical than before. The whole resort is amazing! Customer service is unbelievable, we gave a small feedback regarding guests going through unauthorised paths to go to access the pool and within hours Minnie made sure signs were put up for people to stop going through, as these days you can’t just trust peoples common sense. Minnie was really amazing really acted on our feedback. Chareen and Pin at Marisa restaurant were lovely we had dinner there every night, we just wanted to relax and not bother with taxis back and forward to Kamala or Patong. The Spa is great, I strongly recommend a visit! Everyone is lovely! In the future the resort will need to consider updating the rooms, and just continue with the great work!

This hotel is absolutely stunning—like staying in a beautiful garden! We arrived quite late due to a flight delay, and our little one was overtired and crying. TAR at the front desk was incredibly nice and patient, comforting her and offering welcome drinks and snacks until she calmed down. It meant so much to us after a long travel day. What truly moved us was when we realized our child's phone had been left in the transfer van after our island tour. Since the Thai driver didn't speak English, we couldn't reach him directly. Tun and Fendi proactively helped us contact the driver and arranged for the phone to be returned the next day—seamless and stress-free. Every staff member here radiates warmth and genuine hospitality. The service is thoughtful and exceptional. We'll definitely return on our next visit to Phuket 服务特别好 住的很舒服 酒店像花园一样 员工超级热情 下次还来

I will recommend Thavorn Beach Village Resort to everyone to enjoy a peace and quiet experience.You can’t hear anything about the noise and everything is really good. The swimming pool is clean evry day ,and you can choose where to stay,swimming pool or on the beach.Very friendly staff and great redy to help with activities and the thing wat you need. Ning was great!

A wonderful stay! The hotel is located right on the beach, offering a stunning view. Everything was excellent – cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere. The staff was very kind and attentive, and Ning in particular made the experience even more special with outstanding service. Special thanks to the entire team for their hospitality!
