The resort was wonderful, and we were especially impressed by the beautifully maintained grounds and gardens. We stayed in an oceanfront room and truly enjoyed the convenience and close proximity to all amenities. We also opted for the full board package; however, the paper ticket system for lunch and dinner, along with the limited menu options, was not our preferred approach and we would likely choose differently in the future. Jan at the Crocodile Bar was the true standout of our stay. Her energy, kindness, and genuine passion for what she does transformed every interaction into something memorable. She didn’t just provide excellent service—she elevated our entire experience. Thanks to Jan, what was already a great trip became absolutely exceptional.

Very bad ,dishonest staff Do not book if you are travelling with kids. 1).they do not have any empathy or any arrangement if you are checking early with kids. They have one room which open by card and because you are in waiting time so they cannot provide you card to get in and relax till your room is getting ready,NO refreshments nothing for kids. 2)my room was not clean for 3days because they have full occupant as they said and after this they sent a sweet bunny toy for my daughter as apology which touched my heart..but…but…but upon check out they wanted me to signed a paper which mentioned “WE GAVE YOU BUNY TOY SO YOU CANNOT WRITE ANY REVIEW FOR THIS INCIDENT” I am shocked to see the paper(contact me pls I have the prof of their cheap tricks). 3).it’s not a 5star hotel, #kid menu with full of junk food ,no healthy option and you pay for 3year old baby food also. #pool towel so you need to go to counter COLLECT and DROP the towel by own(so basically you are working for them)and you can’t take extra towels #if you went for other restaurant or cafe in hotel even though after paying bill they will keep asking you did you pay the bill. There were so many incidents which breaks my heart and I will never ever book local hotels ,really international hotels chains they know how to serve and how to speak.

Wonderful hidden Gem !! The Resort is amazing, located on a private beach (rear!!) with cottages right on the water. The entire staff is friendly, professional and highly accommodating for kids. The reception Team: Prema, Siro and the entire team gave us outstanding welcome and service , we ended up staying an extra week because the place was so good. Lots of activities, great laidback atmosphere, conveniently located. Private and quiet. The Crocodile resturant serves great food: Pizza, Hamburger, Grilled meat and fish. Thank you Joom and Kate and the entire team.

We had a wonderful private dining experience in Phuket. A special thank you to James and Ice for their excellent service, kindness, and attention to detail. They truly made our evening even more special!
