We arrived at the hotel at 20:30Hrs after more than 25 hours of travel to be told that our room was not available until the next day. Given a temporary room for one night and then moved to another for the remainder of our two week stay (They knocked on the door whilst we were still asleep and ignored the do not disturb sign). The room we were given was not the room booked through lastminute.com. The hotel moved us into another room and seemed to try their best to accommodate us as per our booking - but not quite being able to. We accepted the room having been told there were no others available as per our booking. The hotel did try to ensure that our room was suitable but could not provide the room as booked through lastminute.com. The room has very little storage or wardrobe space - no where near sufficient for a two week stay / three people. On our first night we had dinner very late in the restaurant and were looked after (we were the only people there as it was late at night). The food was good. Later in the week we again had a meal in the hotel, service was slow and we tried for a long time to sign for our meal. Eventually we left (knowing the restaurant had our room number) as we simply gave up trying to sign for the meal. After a while we received a call to say we had not signed our bill. We explained why and received a verbal apology. With three people in the room one would expect three towels to be provided, not here, two will do apparently - along with the two coffee cups they give you. As we approached the end of our two weeks here we asked to keep our room on the last day until 18:00Hrs - no chance. Needed for someone else. Hence we did not get the number of nights we paid for. So if you want a holiday that costs a fortune and leaves you feeling under valued - this is the ideal place and book it through last minute.com to ensure disappointment!

i have been every single day of my holiday to the thai sala bakery and got me and my mum drinks every morning- tatum was very kind and helped me decide on a good drink to choose but Noi has been there every day to remember what drink i wanted and to help me with the door on the way out. very lovely staff and they are beyond amazing with their customer service!!

Had a truly memorable stay—everything felt warm, smooth, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Miss Fendi, who was in charge; her kindness and attention to detail made the experience feel personal and effortless. Will definitely carry these memories with me and look forward to coming back again.
