we went in first week of june. this is a excellent resort with it s own beach and it s oneness with nature i had booked a garden facing villa , they upgraded me to a beach front villa overall property is near kamala beach with shuttle service thrice a day to patong and once a day to kamala beach this property has a different types of villas with lagoon facing , garden facing and beach facing villas/rooms only con i felt was that there is very less indian food option in breakfast which is quiet surprising seeing the no of indian arrivals overall 9/10 , well done

I booked directly with the resort specifically for the promised room upgrade. Upon arrival, front desk staff informed me it was unavailable. The website does not state this benefit is "subject to availability," forcing me to pay extra out of pocket for a better room. The complimentary airport pickup started our trip on a stressful note. The driver was late, and the resort failed to notify us. I had to call them myself from the airport to figure out what was happening. The overall customer service was just okay. It unfortunately did not feel like a true 5-star resort experience. Our biggest challenge was a severe mosquito issue despite using the resort’s provided repellent, the mosquitoes seemed completely immune. We were bitten badly throughout our entire stay, both indoors and outdoors. The beach area is just okay. The sand is gritty rather than soft, making it uncomfortable to walk on. While the resort offers complimentary weekly activities, staff informed us they are capped at a maximum of two people. This feels incredibly unfair given the number of guests staying at the property. The rooms and the bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool is nice and cleaned daily, even though the design feels a bit dated. The buffet breakfast offers a good selection, though the standard restaurant lunch/dinner menu lacks variety. The complimentary shuttle bus to Kamala Beach and Patong is a massive bonus. Taxis to main areas are inexpensive. There is a 7-Eleven and a roadside takeaway nearby, and food delivery apps like Grab and FoodPanda service the resort perfectly. Overall, our experience was just okay. I am glad I did not pay the full premium price for this stay, and I likely would not choose to stay here again.

Gang was a amazing bartender! Always very friendly, kind, and attentive to everything. Made us feel welcome the whole time and provided excellent service with a great attitude. Thank you for making our experience even better! We also had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was great, the service was excellent, and the staff always went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Everyone was professional, caring, and made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!
