Chang and Jan in the crocodile restaurant were absolutely amazing lovely lovely people, if your hesitant about booking thavorn don’t be it is absolute paradise

Worst service and thiefs
Not toddler friendly at all and worst in service, i have ever been to. Very racist and rude behaviour by Chaaya and the staff. Multiple incidents during our 4-day stay which was very disappointing. Firstly, While were waiting for a buggy for 10 minutes with 3 year old toddler, the staff multiple times rudely nodding and telling to wait and when the buggy arrived, he quickly ran and helped an european couple who just came down into the buggy and telling us off to wait. Secondly, on one of the breakfast days, we again requested to join a table for 8 of us including two toddlers to sit but completely ignored us and did not help us to seat while helping other guests coming in after us and keeping us standing. Finally, the height of service is during checkout. We went down previous night to complete the checkout as we had early morning flights. and they took more 40 minutes to prepare the bill and we settled it. Next day morning, they started stating that we used a tumbler from the room which was checked out two nights back ( we had booked two room types for our stay), and even after we informed that we did not take the tumbler, they said you had used the bottle showing a fine print of 1100 thb for a bottle worth not more than 150-200 thb and even though we did not take it, they forced to pay even after we spent 100000 thb for our 4-night stay. Terrible terrible service- they should not be in hospitality industry - to mar our experience and vacation after spending so much
