The room was amazing in terms of comfort, we had booked the lagoon bathtub room which included a balcony which made the experience even better. Cleaners attended daily and did a great job every time. the hotel in itself is beautiful with all the nature around and is very well kept. The food was excellent in both restaurants. An employee by the name of Film was very kind and sweet when conversing with us. Each and every staff in any sector were very welcoming and polite every time we spoke. The private beach was key as it meant we was able to relax without worry of it getting busy.

So far a great experience! Lee and Bom Bay were awesome taking us through a morning stretch class, Thai lessons, then Batik painting!
