From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, always greeting us with sincere smiles that made us feel truly valued and at home throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Minnie at the reception, who consistently went above and beyond to assist us. She was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Her kindness and dedication made a lasting impression and played a significant role in making our stay even more memorable. We are sincerely grateful for the outstanding service she provided. One of the most remarkable aspects of this hotel is the way it seamlessly blends modern luxury with the beauty of its natural surroundings. The atmosphere is simply breathtaking. Whenever it rained, it felt as though we were surrounded by a lush tropical rainforest, creating a peaceful, enchanting, and truly immersive experience unlike anything we have experienced before. Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations, from the exceptional service to the stunning setting. This was, without a doubt, the best vacation we have ever had. We leave with wonderful memories and heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made our stay so special. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious, tranquil, and unforgettable escape. We cannot wait to return.

We stayed here for 10 days and overall had a lovely experience. The resort is beautiful, the location is great, and the customer service was excellent. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and always smiling. A special thank you to Film, who was exceptionally friendly, always willing to help, and made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always there with a smile, made us laugh every day, genuinely cared about us, and was always happy to help with anything we needed. Her kindness, warmth, and positive energy made us feel so welcome from the very first day. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and she made us feel more like friends than guests. Film is a real credit to the hotel, and we hope to see her again when we come back. The food we ordered from the à la carte menu was always delicious and beautifully presented. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and after 10 days it became very repetitive. We also missed having fresh salads and more healthy options available. The room cleaning could have been more thorough. While the room was cleaned every day, it wasn’t a deep clean. We noticed that under the bed was quite dirty, and the wardrobe was dusty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we felt the resort was quite expensive for what it offered. While the beautiful surroundings and exceptional staff made our experience enjoyable, we expected a wider breakfast selection and more thorough housekeeping considering the price.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. The breakfast was good, but after a few days it became a bit repetitive. Our favourite meal was definitely the seafood bucket at the Crocodile Bar – absolutely amazing! The only downside was the daily housekeeping. It wasn’t always as thorough as we expected, even though we left 50-100 THB tips every day. However, one lovely housekeeper made us smile by creating towel elephants, which was a really nice touch. The biggest highlight of our whole stay was FILM!!From the very first day she made us feel so welcome. She is incredibly kind, friendly and caring, and we quickly built a genuine friendship with her. She always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and she became one of the reasons this holiday was so special. Thank you, Film – we will never forget your kindness! Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would definitely come back. ❤️
