Beautiful hotel and hospitality Staff were very welcoming and helpful specially Adel would definitely come back, location is also great ! Any issue we had the hotel staff were more than happy to help. Food was good in the restaurant. Very beautiful hotel with a lovely garden that is well maintained. All staff were great!

Truly enjoyed our stay at the Thavorn Resort. The staff was excellent, attentive, courteous and very welcoming. The Thai cooking class was one of the highlights of our Thailand trip. Nao our instructor from the Windsong Cafe was the best!! May waitress from the Windsong was fabulous as well. Big kudos to Eddie he was extremely resourceful responsive & very helpful and Nicky too, great personality. These 4 people and a few others from the breakfast truly made a huge impact on our stay. The room was nice however night enough lighting & was expecting it to be a bit larger. I’m a big proponent of customer service, and you all nailed it, so these are not a showstopper for us not to come back again or recommending this resort to others. Also, would highly recommend Phang Nga Bay Exclusive Trip with Seanery.

The staff was amazing especially Nao the cooking class instructor! She was patient with us as we, my cousin and I do not cook as much as we used to...we will be cooking the meals she taught us for our familes as soon as we get home!!! Love you Nao!!! Thanks for the cooking certifate and all the paper copies of the recipes!

We stayed in the Pool Access Room! Rooms are gorgeous, pools (4 to choose from) all are amazing. Beach across the road was nice to walk and swim at! No where near as busy as Patong and such an amazing location. Their gardens are totally above and beyond. Many many pros and the only cons were unfortunately water pressure not the best but was adequate and they don’t enforce their non-smoking policy which sucked a little! But was an amazing week and will be back!

This hotel is fabulous. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Service was excellent. The facilities and the gardens were beautiful. Our room was large with loads of space for us and two teenagers. It was clean, food was delicious. The location was perfect for our family.
