Twinpalms Phuket

We had such a comfortable and wonderful stay at this resort. The overall service was excellent, and every staff member we met was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. From the moment we checked in, everything felt thoughtful and special. We were able to choose flowers for the room decoration and select our preferred pillow, and the staff gave us a very friendly and detailed introduction to the room. They delivered our luggage directly to the room upon arrival and collected it from the room for us at check-out, which was very convenient. Although they did not have a special pregnancy pillow, they kindly provided me with a body pillow instead. I truly appreciated how considerate they were throughout my stay. The hotel also prepared a slice of cake for my mother’s birthday, and it was absolutely delicious! A special thank you to WANSA, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The hotel has its own app, so we could request amenities and other services through the chat without having to call the front desk. Most requests were handled quickly and kindly. Service was occasionally a little slower late at night, but overall it was still very convenient. You can also schedule room cleaning through the app, which was another great feature. The gym and sauna facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The aroma massage was absolutely amazing—I honestly wished I could have had one every day! As I am pregnant, I needed the massage pressure to be adjusted, and the therapist was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Breakfast did not have the widest selection, but the quality was good and everything we tried was delicious. The swimming pool was also beautiful, especially at night. The evening temperature was perfect for swimming, there were plenty of sunbeds, and the water depth was just right. The resort is a little far from Patong, which may be inconvenient for some guests. However, Patong can be very crowded and noisy, so I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We felt incredibly comfortable and happy throughout our stay. It was a truly relaxing and memorable vacation, and we were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at twin palms resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our stay effortless and relaxing. The food and accommodation was delightful and we particularly enjoyed the pool! Couldn't recommend highly enough for anyone who wants to unwind. Beyond expectations in every way!
