We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed assistance, whether with phone calls, local arrangements, or practical questions, the staff went above and beyond to support us. We were especially impressed when we needed to make a payment through a Thai app that we could not use ourselves. A member of the lobby staff kindly used her own app to help us complete the payment, and we were able to reimburse her immediately. This level of trust, kindness, and dedication to guest service was truly remarkable. The hospitality we experienced throughout our stay made us feel very welcome and well cared for. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The Summary. Twin Palms is an amazing resort, very peaceful with great facilities, staff and good. Highly recommend. The Detail. The resort was very relaxing, and our room, the lagoon premium was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was similar to many high-end resorts with an enormous selection of eastern and western foods. There is an omelet chef, dozens of different bread options, salad bar, and hot options like mini pancakes, French toast, bacon, eggs, etc. etc. A special dish on offer every day. Visiting in May, being the 'shoulder season', the resort was not crowded. PROS - Staff were very friendly and attentive. - Huge Lagoon Premium room with Apple TV, King size bed, USB C and A charging ports - Amazing buffet breaky - Lagoon pool access from room. - Luxury Escapes dining option was great value. - Onsite Spa for massage treatment. - Well equipped Gym - Clean and very well-maintained property. CONS - Restricted menu options for Luxury Escapes diners. - Not much do around Surin Beach - Resort not on beach, one street back. - The sister restaurants / bars , 'Beach Club' and 'The Lazy Coconut' are 10 min away via shuttle bus, that runs every hour. Were not our scene, geared towards a younger party crowd. HIGHLY recommend for relaxing getaway.

Twinpalms is a fantastic hotel with a stylish design and thoughtful room layout. The rooms are modern and well equipped, though the toilet setup felt a little lacking in privacy, separated only by a slatted door. I really liked the twin sinks positioned opposite each other, a practical touch. While local TV channels weren’t available, each room came with Apple TV, making it easy to stream from my laptop. The pool was a highlight: spacious, beautifully maintained, and the pool‑access rooms added an extra layer of luxury. The bed, however, was very firm not the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. Breakfast more than made up for it: although the variety wasn’t huge, everything was high quality. Fresh juices (not watered down), excellent bread selection, good coffee, and even a glass of bubbles were offered that many guests happily took advantage. The fruit selection was outstanding, with mango and passionfruit being a delightful surprise. Service was generally good, though the cleaning request via the app was inconsistent. One morning, despite being told housekeeping would arrive within 15 minutes, it took over an hour and a half, which was inconvenient. That said, the staff themselves were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our holiday feel special. Their friendliness and personal touches remembering our preferences, checking in with a smile, and offering helpful local tips gave the stay a boutique feel that set it apart from larger, more anonymous hotels. Outside the hotel, the surrounding restaurants and massage spots were excellent, adding to the overall experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we loved our stay. The combination of great design, superb pool facilities, excellent breakfast, and the staff’s personal touch makes Twinpalms highly recommended.

My wife & I stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon, it was amazing. The restaurants, daily massages, and pool was unmatched. Pisit and his team took great care of us. Along with keeping our room tiday. I highly recommend TwinPalms Surin Beach for your stay!

Fantastic I stayed here on a package with luxury escapes. I honestly couldn’t fault our stay. The staff were the highlight as they were always friendly and helpful. The facilities are fantastic with nothing forgotten. I have to say the buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had. Normally I get a bit bored with buffet breakfast l, however, I found that the breakfast here was always something different to try. Will definitely go back
