Twinpalms Phuket

we are coming for the third time. we would not change this hotel for anything else. wonderful exotic atmosphere, the gardens are very beautiful. the rooms are large, clean and wonderful. the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. there is a variety of restaurants, entertainment and food that are near the hotel. some can be reached by shuttle, which is every hour. perfect location, the perfect place to relax.

Stayed 3 nights in a premier palm room via an excellent travelzoo deal. Had previously requested from reservations team a quiet room away from bars/lobby but the message must not have been passed on to hotel as we were initially given the room next to bar and lobby steps, however they moved us swiftly which was appreciated. Fab breakfast, loads of places to eat nearby and a short walk to local beach to watch the sunset.

TwinPalms Surin Beach is just lovely. Beautiful well kept grounds, conveniently located to walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Our stay was made exceptional by the 5 star service our villa host, Pisit, provided! He was most wonderful and helpful, very good English as well!! The 2/2 villa with private pool is the way to go. Highly recommend staying here if you desire tranquility & top tier service!

I loved everything here! Good was good, pool was good, clean everywhere. I stayed in the penthouse, it was great! Pisit is a very great guy, loved his services!

stayed at Twinpalms Surin Beach for my 40th birthday and honestly… it was such a beautiful experience. The property itself is stunning — modern, clean, and perfectly designed but still feels warm and relaxed, not stiff or overly formal. I stayed in the two-story duplex with a private pool and wow. The layout, the design, the privacy… everything about it was amazing. It felt very intentional and well thought out, from the upstairs bedroom down to the pool area. I could’ve stayed in that room the whole trip and been happy. What really made the stay special though was the service. A huge shout out to Chart, who took care of us during our stay. He truly went above and beyond for anything we needed, big or small. He was attentive without hovering, kind, and made me feel genuinely celebrated on my birthday. You don’t forget service like that. The entire staff was lovely, but Chart really stood out and made the experience feel personal. Twinpalms is beautiful on its own, but great service is what makes you want to come back… and this place definitely did that for me. I’d absolutely stay here again!!!!!!!
