Pleasant hotel, but we missed the live music of Jacky Rios
Nice hotel , beautiful Sunset, Friendly service,but we really missed Jacky Rios live music, please hire him again.The stay is so much more pleasant with his beautiful music in the background.

The jewel of Surin Beach
The best test for a hotel is not a first visit, but it is when clients choose it for a second time. This was our second visit to Twin Palms, having loved the experience in 2025, and this hotel remains the jewel of Surin Beach. The beautiful rooms and gardens, plus the super-clean facilities, including the gym and pool, are maintained to a superb level by the hotel team. The guest experience is enhanced by the expert and professional staff, and once again a special mention must be given to Pisit and his team for their personal care, and for Pisit’s ability to adapt to the needs of his clients. We value especially the peace and calm inside TwinPalms - this is not a hotel for the noisy party set of Phuket - and it is a definite oasis for those who are looking for something more refined and exclusive. Once you are inside TwinPams, you can relax and enjoy the calm, the beauty and the wonderful staff. 100% recommended.
