Twinpalms Phuket

One of the best stays we've ever had. From the moment we checked in, everything was spot on — the front desk team were genuinely accommodating and made us feel welcome straight away. We had a pool walk-out unit which was absolutely lovely; being able to step out of the room straight into the pool was such a treat. The food at Shimmer was excellent every time, and the service there was consistently great — attentive without being intrusive. Honestly, we couldn't fault a thing. The whole experience felt effortless in the best way. Highly recommend Twinpalms if you're heading to Kamala. We'll be back.

What a fantastic family friendly experience we have had. The amenities are so clean and the grounds are so well looked after. Meals are well good and a variety of drinks available. Pool is the perfect temp and provides options for shaded swimming. Thank you to all the lovely staff and a special shoutout to pisit for all your help in planning fantastic adventures to go on!

Great hotel with friendly staff. Right on the beach.

I placed two service requests for an iron and slippers on your app after 11 o'clock, but received no response at all. To make things worse, the app stopped working entirely not long after. What a ridiculous hotel.

If you are in Phuket, I cannot emphasize how incredible Twin Palms Resort & Spa is. Their hospitality is unmatched, the whole staff is inviting and want to make sure you not only have the best stay but make the absolute most of the time you have in Phuket. Shout out to Pisit and his team! We will be returning for years to come.
