Twinpalms Phuket

The room was extremely comfortable and well maintained, and the beautiful views of the pool and palm trees made it a perfect place for our family to relax. There is also a convenient shuttle service to Catch Beach Club and Lazy Coconut nearby. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset at Bang Tao Beach and had such a lovely evening there. Above all, I highly recommend the spa. The massage was incredibly relaxing and attentive, and it was so effective that I genuinely felt relief from the areas where I had been experiencing discomfort. It was truly one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Phuket. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

My experience was excellent from start to finish. Wansa was very professional and I really appreciated her service. She stands out as the best employee with a friendly smile. Our stay at Twin Palms was fantastic; we have travel around the world, and the reception staff's customer service is the best we've encountered definitely a five start. Wansa made our stay smooth and enjoyable, always ready to assist and greeting us warmly when we arrived or left. coming back next year and going through booking with Wanda.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and resort and loved every minute. Pisit, a concierge, looked after us the whole time and couldn’t have been more helpful. From booking us taxis to recommending places to visit, he made our stay so wonderful. All staff were friendly and the hotel room impeccably clean. The pool was lovely and warm and the food so fresh. Would stay here again!
