Twinpalms Phuket

We traveled from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and had a truly wonderful family stay at Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. One of the things we especially loved was the location. The area is peaceful, relaxing, and away from the noise and crowds, which made it perfect for our family. At the same time, we could still easily enjoy Phuket and then return to the calm and comfort of the hotel. We would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team. Every member of staff we met was kind, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The housekeeping team and everyone responsible for taking care of our room were also wonderful. They were professional, attentive, and consistently did an excellent job throughout our stay. Every person we dealt with contributed to making our experience comfortable and memorable. A very special thank you must go to IEC, who made our stay even more exceptional. From the beginning of our stay until the very last day, she was always kind, attentive, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. She consistently went above and beyond for our family. Even before our departure, she personally helped us complete the online check-in for all six family members and issue our boarding passes. IEC is a wonderful example of genuine hospitality, and she truly deserves special recognition from the hotel management. Her kindness and dedication made a real difference to our experience. Thank you to the entire Twinpalms team, and especially to IEC, for making our family holiday so special and memorable. the room was amazing ao spacious and modern, we took the sutie and it was just amazing and the service too just freat everyone smiling and aaying hello. the pool is great, quite and peaceful. i would recommend this hotel to all families and couples who wants to go uts the beat hote I've ever been

Recently stayed here and was very impressed with the overall facility. All the staff we engaged with were friendly, capable and efficient. We ate at a number of the food outlets they offer including the Main Hotel Restaurant for breakfast which had an amazing array of food on offer and all very high quality. Also ate here for dinner which was lovely. The Catch Beach club was our favourite and never disappointed great location and vibe and food was very very good. The pool at about 50m long was great and even better you can use it up until midnight where a lot of hotel pools “close” much earlier. The fitness centre was well equiped and very spacious. If we need to visit Phuket again this hotel would certainly be our choice.

An Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish!** We had an **excellent stay** at this hotel and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The **customer service** was exceptional. The entire staff was genuinely ready to help with anything we needed, always with a smile and a proactive attitude. Special mention goes to **Sofia at the spa** — she was absolutely amazing and provided one of the best treatments we’ve ever had. We also can’t say enough about **Bank, our butler**. Who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect and made us feel truly pampered and well taken care of. The **location** is fantastic — convenient, safe, and close to everything we wanted to do. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely satisfied. This is the kind of place that makes you want to return we will definitely book again on our next trip. Thank you to the whole team
