Twinpalms Phuket

My first international trip, my location was the Twinpalms surin. My room was every bit of me, the penthouse loft with 3 floors. The entire loft was so clean and managed everyday throughout the day and I had no complaints. The atmosphere all around was filled with so many pleasant staff and guest. I was so surprised and value this surprise I received for my birthday. My host, Mr Silva did a wonderful job, every call I made he given me a quick reply. He was so wonderful with planning scheduling our excursions and handling the transportation. I would recommend this resort and look to come again.

Nice small luxury hotel, very resort type, room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good 👍 will recommend this hotel.

The staff were very attentive

We had the pleasure of staying at Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket for 12 nights in April 2026, and we truly enjoyed every single day of our stay. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and relaxing. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. We spent many peaceful and enjoyable hours there. The facilities overall are thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and refined environment throughout the property. Breakfast each morning was a real delight. The selection was both delicious and varied, offering something for every taste and making it the perfect start to each day. We also greatly appreciated the convenient and relaxing shuttle service to nearby beach clubs such as Catch Beach Club and Shimmer. Everything is located within close proximity, making it effortless to explore and enjoy the area. A very special thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Olivier Gibaud, and his entire team for their warm hospitality and outstanding service throughout our stay. We are especially grateful for hosting such a wonderful evening at Wagyu Steakhouse, which was a truly memorable experience and a highlight of our time at the resort. In the end, we really loved our time at Twinpalms and didn’t want to leave. We would definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a laid back and memorable stay in Phuket.
