Twinpalms Phuket

We stayed at Twinpalms Surin Beach for 9 nights in August 2026. The experience we had from the hotel was absolutely fantastic . The hotel itself is a perfect balance of serenity and calm, with a contemporary but still Thai design. The big pool is probably the most appreciated feature, surrounded by palm trees and gardens, open from early morning to midnight. Our room had almost direct access to the big pool, but its large terrace was also a nice place to relax discretely hidden by the rich gardens. The complimentary fruit buffet each afternoon was a very welcome refreshment. There is a constant free shuttle service between the three sister Twinpalm hotels, allowing for change of scenery between the beaches or the clubs. Of course, it is always the people who can make a hotel feel like home, and that was the case with all the staff of Twinpalms. We were very lucky to have Ms Wansa looking after us. She anticipated our wishes and scheduled our daytrips in Phuket and fulfilled all our big or small requests with professionalism and politeness. Thank you so much dear Wansa!!! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we strongly recommend Twinpalms Surin Beach. Maybe we will be lucky enough to come back some day🌺🌺🌺

Conveniently located in front of Surin Beach, Twinpalms Surin Beach is great for those looking for a quieter getaway. I was extremely lucky to get a room upgrade to a 1-bedroom duplex loft during my stay. The loft is gorgeously designed, impeccably clean, and comes with a small private pool. The service team led by Pisit Silva, was also attentive and helpful with suggestions on what to do/see around the area. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Twin Palms Surin Beach was absolutely incredible. The resort was gorgeous, the facilities were perfect and well kept, the experiences/spa/pool were all to die for. Staff were absolutely incredible, endlessly helpful and caring. A few staff deserve special mention, though so many were amazing that I sadly can’t name. Jehaan in the Spa, along with the ladies who massaged us, Maliyah and the trainees in F&B, Din, Wanida and Yah-Yah in concierge and Nom along with the women in the kitchen were absolute assets to the resort and are deserving of so much praise. The pool was always clean and warm, the landscaping team were heard working and friendly, and the fool was absolutely delicious. We loved our time at the resort, truly made for the best honeymoon we could’ve dreamed of.

We are writing this review before even checking out because Twinpalms Phuket truly deserves it. From the very first moment, we were welcomed like family. Every member of the team greeted us with genuine smiles, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. It is rare to find a hotel where every single employee makes you feel so special. The international cuisine is outstanding. Every meal has been fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere throughout the resort is elegant, peaceful, and truly luxurious. The spa experience was another unforgettable highlight. Without any hesitation, we can say it is one of the best massage experiences in Phuket. If you stay here, don’t miss it. We would especially like to express our deepest gratitude to Khun Alex, Rooms Division Manager. He welcomed us personally, checked on us throughout our stay, and made sure every detail was perfect. His kindness, professionalism, and sincere care exceeded every expectation. Receiving his handwritten card, inviting us to contact him anytime, perfectly reflects the genuine hospitality that Twinpalms stands for. First time that we stayed in Phuket - we will be back and the Twin Palms will be our hotel of choice when we visit again. Great room set up for 2 adults/2 teenagers, fantastic housekeeping team, bar and restaurant service and a regular shuttle bus to 3 other beach clubs that are linked to the hotel if you fancy a change of scenery. We went to the Lazy Coconut which was very relaxed/informal, great food on a lovely beach. Best meal of the day at the hotel was the excellent breakfast, tremendous selection with a wee glass of fizz if you want to start the day. It's very busy at breakfast time, the restaurants are a lot quieter at lunchtime / early evening - I think a lot of the residents must use the beach clubs or local restaurants - there is a lot of choice nearby. Special mention to Pisit, always on hand to assist and make recommendations.
