This is a very compact Ressort which has 3 beautiful beaches, and has very efficient shuttle service. The breakfast ist very good and sufficient. The butler service is highly recommendable. The villa with pool is one-of-a-kind, very spacious, clean, nice bed, dreamy bedsheets and wonderful pillows you wouldn't like to leave. I highly recommend this property.

Booked Twin Palms based on the amazing reviews, and now sitting here pool side writing one myself! Fantastic flat layout, 150m from Surin Beach. Breakfast daily was fresh and filling Room was spacious, great airconditioning Pool, gym and facilities all well maintained 10mins taxi ride (300-500Baht) to mainstream Patong Plenty of decent eating options in the Surin area too Staff and hospitality were amazing, this is what really sets this place apart from the others. Congrats and thanks to all at Twin Palms for our stay, we will 100% be returning! 10/10 from me!

Twinpalms Phuket is an excellent hotel. The setting is beautiful, the rooms spacious and well appointed. The staff are lovely…friendly, courteous and helpful. It was my birthday during our stay and from the glass of champagne with breakfast, to the bottle of Prosecco left on ice in the room in the evening, the staff went out of their way to help me celebrate. We used the hotel’s airport shuttle both ways, takes between 40 minutes and an hour. We were travelling with our toddler son and the hotel provided a car seat. We also used the free shuttle most days to visit Catch Beach Club, which is over the hill in Bang Tao and is owned by the same company. As is Palm Seaside, a great, high end restaurant that’s also in Bang Tao and accessible via the free shuttle. On to the grounds and pool. They’re really well thought out. The lagoon pool that snakes around the main pool was fascinating for our young son, whilst the main pool is big enough for laps. The many mature frangipani trees add a wonderful fragrance to the air, especially in the evenings. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice to suit most tastes. The free afternoon fruit tasting was also a nice touch. There’s a really good gym and a great spa on site. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her treatments. If you want to eat in the many local restaurants in the area, then the concierge are happy to book for you and arrange transport. There are a few on the same street as the hotel, but we recommend Pooh & Friends or Riverside. There’s also a number of massage places close to the hotel of varying degrees of quality. Round the corner from the hotel, moving away from the beach is the busy main street of Surin with a number of bars, shops, restaurants and everything else you’d expect to find. Over the road from the hotel is Surin Beach. It’s a very pretty beach, fringed with palms and devoid of any bars or restaurants – part of an initiative to take it back to nature. The hotel offers a ‘beach butler’ service whereby they’ll take you down there with towels, a cooler of water etc. and get you set up. We didn’t use the service, preferring to head over to the beach club, but we saw other people who did. The room was large and well appointed with a good entertainment system. We went for the Grand Deluxe Palm Room. There is a version of this room that has direct pool access from the balcony which is very cool, but with a hyperactive toddler we decided to minimize the risk. The only criticism we had of the room was that this type of room has two AC units against the bathroom wall which means that it’s never totally silent. There’s always a hum. We did ask to move, but the choices were to downgrade to a smaller room or pay a hefty premium to upgrade. My wife who is very sensitive to noise pollution at night, opted for ear plugs. Overall, a great hotel, in a good location. Highly recommended. Thank you Twinpalms team.

Best part about this hotel is the great great location. You basically have access to three beaches (surin, Keemala, and Bang Thao). They provide shuttles as well to restaraunts located on the beach. Ben and Nom took care of us with a great room in front of the pool. The hotel has free fruit everyday from 3 to 4 as well. If you are going to Phuket choose this hotel, as you are as close as you want to be to Patong and the hustle, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

Poolside suite is amazing. Modern comfortable rooms with great attention to detail. Loved the Bose wifi connection in the room so I could sync my iPad/Spotify and listen to my faviourate tunes. It rained one afternoon and I discovered a wide variety of free movies on the TV system. Great to be able to wake up in the morning and take a dip/swim in the pool from your room. I couldn't complain about anything (which is difficult being British). The internet went down a few times, but I called up the reception and it was fixed within minutes. Second time they sent their IT staff to come and check to make sure we were back on the WWW... breakfast is good, only recommendation I would have is to be able to order something more like eggs benedict or similar. Can't fault the facilities, staff or experience at the twinpalms.
