Twinpalms Phuket

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Twinpalms Phuket. The swimming pool was spacious and well-maintained, so it was great for relaxing and enjoying some time at the resort. The room was also clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. However, there were a couple of things that I found disappointing. The pool bar’s operating hours were too short, which made it difficult to enjoy in the evening. Also, I wish there had been more restaurants available within the hotel. Other than these points, I was very satisfied with the clean rooms and spacious pool, and overall, it was a nice place to stay and relax.

Everything was great, starting with the team there especially Niinew, to the room and cleanliness One of the best experiences I have ever had!

We had an amazing time. The hotel was incredibly well-maintained, the rooms were beautiful and clean, the food was delicious, and the service was ansolutely impeccable. A big shout out to Wan Sa and the other front desk staff members for all their help organizing our trips. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Twin Palms was exemplary. We were contacted day prior to our arrival and were upgraded to one bedroom penthouse loft with our own private rooftop pool at no extra charge. We had a personal assistant Pisit whom arranged everything we requested with efficiency and his communication was instant. The facilities are outstanding. Everything was reasonably priced and excellent value for money. The main pool and bar are amazing. Breakfast is everything you could ask for and was included in our room rate. The staff and service is second to none. Restaurants, shuttle service to beach clubs and spa services make it a five star resort for us. I couldn’t recommend any other property I have stayed in more. Loved everything about Twin Palms.
