Twinpalms Phuket

We decide to spent our last days in this hotel for our honeymoon and it was an amazing surprise! The hotel is beautiful, staff are very kindly, we really recommend. We will be back surely!

It was perfect experience in Twinpalms. Every staffs were so nice, especially “Wansa” was the best ever. Also it was good that can use all facilities even after check-out. So we can use gym, swimming pool and also the shower. I would like to recommendation this hotel for holiday.

The stay at this hotel has been amazing! The hotel itself is beautiful and very well kept, it is small but it states that it’s a small luxury hotel. Very relaxing and quiet. The gym facilities are also top notch. The rooms are also gorgeous and is like a tropical oasis walking out on the terrace. Love the bathrooms with the glass wall for the shower/ toilet. Great value too! Cleanliness is good but maybe could be a little better just looking at the curtains but still very good. They clean your rooms twice a day which is great. Very good mini bar options too. The food could be better with more options but loads of great spots around too. Overall an amazing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Twinpalms Surin Beach. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always attentive to every detail. The location is perfect, especially with Surin Beach just nearby. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed, and the overall experience felt genuinely premium without being too formal. A special mention to the team for making the stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Phuket!
