Beautiful Restort! Personal assistent Mr.Pisit always there for us for questions, help, info, updates cleaning room,.. ❤️ Perfect stay!

Absolutely incredible resort! Every detail was specially curated and made us feel like royalty… from the welcome drinks and flowers, the hospitality of the staff, the incredible selection of delicious food at the breakfast buffet, a wonderful massage and day cruise experience, and of course the stunning architecture and landscaping… I could go on and on, but this was an incredibly special experience that satisfied all our senses. Highly recommend Twinpalms to anyone visiting Phuket!

It was magic! We had a penthouse with a private swimmingpool in a very stylisch design. We were treated like kings. Mrs Bank was like our personal assistent. She speaks fluent Englisch. She helped us in every possible way and always with her beautyfull smile. There was nothing she couldn´t arrange. Thanks to her our stay at Twinpalms was like a dream. Thank you Bank! Everyone was friendly, food delicious, Spa massage was professional, we come back!

We are a family of three and have spent 8 days at the Twin Palms Surin Beach. Our stay has been made so special by a staff member named Pisit. Pisit has been absolutely amazing, thoughtful, reliable, hardworking, and an absolute pleasure. There has been nothing too big or small for Pisit to do for us. He has exceeded our expectations with his outstanding quality of service and exceptional personality. From booking the beach clubs to leaving roses in the room, Pisit has added a touch of personal service, that I have never experienced. Pisit you are a huge and valuable asset to Twin Palms Resort, I hope to see you grow and flourish in this company, as it was you that made our stay so incredible. Nice hotel , beautiful Sunset, Friendly service,but we really missed Jacky Rios live music, please hire him again.The stay is so much more pleasant with his beautiful music in the background.
