Twinpalms Phuket

Our stay at Twinpalms Surin Resort was absolutely unforgettable. My husband and I were blown away by the beauty of the rooms—spacious, elegant, and designed with a calm, modern tropical feel. The plush bedding, private terrace, and thoughtful details made it feel both luxurious and incredibly romantic. The amenities were just as impressive, especially the stunning lagoon-style pool and relaxing spa. Every space felt serene and beautifully maintained. What truly set this resort apart was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our return.

We had been to the Twin Palms nine years ago (had our wedding here!), and returned this week with our children. Everything was incredible; from the room, to the meals, the pool, and service. We were treated so well and Pisit checked in with us daily to check in on us. Highly recommend. The only downside, is that I don’t know if it is necessarily a great place for kids. We had a private pool with our room, which was excellent for our loud, rowdy children, but we felt bad going to the communal pool because it was so quiet…other guests did not appreciate noise in the pool or on the property as a whole. If you go to the Catch Beach Club, kids can’t swim in the pool…and it’s hot, so I wouldn’t take your kids here. Regardless, we had an excellent stay, and will return again when our kids are a little older. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!!

Our stay was amazing! We got engaged one day before and the hotel did everything to make our stay even more special! Especially Pisit was extremly nice, answered every question and managed every wish we had. Thank you again for that very special stay.
