Wonderful time at Twinpalms Surin beach resort
Love all the staff. Excellent service. Love the hotel. Pool was nice. Awesome breakfast buffet. Enjoyed our stay. Look forward to be back.

A unique experience close to the beach
It’s a nice experience of tents stay surrounded by ponds and pools. Only issue with us is the blankets are too thick for local weather. I understand some ppl wants the luxury of thick blankets with loud AC. But I think it’s a lot better to provide thin blankets that is appropriate for local weather and save the environment from heavy AC uses.

What an amazing beautiful hotel with world class customer service..Pisit was an amazing employee who texted me everyday making sure I was ok and if I needed anything! Across the street from Surin beach and a short taxi ride into other beaches and sections of Phuket and the biggest pool around! Great gym and we got the 1 bedroom loft that had a pool on top floor of your room. It was 2500 square feet of pure bliss!

Twin Farms was the best. Even before I checked in, the staff member, Pisit, was very friendly and helped me with the late check-out without asking. The service request method is also very convenient, so I highly recommend it as a place for family travel thank you pisit
