Excellent stay at Twin Palms Phuket – highly recommended! We had a wonderfully calm and relaxed holiday at Twin Palms Phuket. The atmosphere is peaceful and laid-back, exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are beautiful – spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was outstanding – a great variety of fresh options every morning, and the quality was excellent. The location is very good, convenient for exploring the area while still feeling quiet and secluded. Special thanks must go to two wonderful staff members, Wanisa and Wanida. They were always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their warm service really made a difference and elevated the whole experience. Overall, Twin Palms Phuket is a top hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We returned to TwinPalms Surin Beach for a 4 night stay. The welcoming staff are very professional and attentive. The room is of a high standard and has twice daily housekeeping. Comfortable bed and very spacious. The hotel gym is large with a separate breakout yoga and Pilates studio. The breakfast selection covers different cuisines, very fresh and of good quality. The pool is well maintained with a nice poolside bar. We particularly enjoy using the hourly shuttle service to Catch beach club. The restaurant is highly regarded and beach club vibe is equally strong

Wow what an incredible stay! I stayed in one of the deluxe room with swimming pool included and it was just a dream. The customer experience was just out of this world. We felt the love from everyone and in particular from Wansa! She was just incredible and we will miss her so much. The hotel has ties with other places such as a beach club named Catch and they even give you a percentage off if you stay at the hotel. We had a bbq dinner there with a fire show and it was just the best way to end the trip. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
