Reviews for Twinpalms Phuket
Really lovely pool and grounds, plus the option to visit one of their sister bars (catch beach club was fab for sundowner cocktails and food) and Palm Seafood (swanky, pricy but nice for a special dinner). They also have a gorgeous and upmarket Sunday brunch which we enjoyed. We were happy of location close to many restaurants in surin and Bangtao. All in all a great hotel, good service and beautiful grounds.

After a highly-enjoyable & memorable wedding anniversary stay in 2015, we had little hesitation in returning to the Twinpalms for a celebratory long-weekend to enjoy the quality of the guestroom, the pool, and the high level of personal service. We were very pleased that despite being a ultra-high-occupancy weekend for the hotel, the Twinpalms has not slipped at all in the two years since our stay, even with the enforced changes to the F&B outlets on Surin Beach. The Grand Deluxe Palm Room was again fantastic. This time we were positioned on the upper floor, which adds a little more privacy for the balcony area compared to the Ground Floor rooms, although it doesn't have the benefit of the room "flowing out to the poolside" like our previous Ground Floor room. It remains one of our favourite guestrooms in Thailand in terms of style, size and features. The big change since 2015 is the arrangements with the 'Catch' and 'HQ' dining outlets, which are now a short shuttle bus ride from the hotel itself. The transportation is very well managed, and makes both outlets easily accessible. 'Catch' has "picked-up-where-the-old-one-left-off", and was fantastic for sunset cocktails & people-watching. Food & dinner service however was just OK. We returned for an afternoon of sunbathing, and the advantage of use of a sunbed and the club's facilities (F&B, toilets etc) on such a great beach is a real Selling Point for being a Twinpalms guest. We were well taken care of. Surin Beach remains a great beachfront, and despite unfortunately losing all of its drinks/dining, its still a lovely quieter beach. The Twinpalms does a 'Beach Butler' service during the day that we did not partake of. And thankfully all the public construction works opposite the hotel are finished, so its a lot less dusty and noisy in the area (for the time being anyway). We did not go to the 'HQ' outlet, out of time restrictions and personal choice. The nice variety of personal touches and attention provided by the staff, together with the fantastic facilities (an amazing pool & surrounds), and good F&B (sparkling wine at breakfast is a guilty pleasure!) means that the Twinpalms will remain HIGHLY recommended by us for anyone seeking an extra touch of luxury (and fun!) on Phuket. Thanks again and we hope to return sooner next time!

Incredible service and delightful rooms. The butler (Mareeyah) was absolutely fantastic. This young lady most certainly made this experience a memorable one. I would definitely recommend staying here. Reasonably priced with beautiful and huge rooms, with delightful bathrooms and private pools. I would not stay anywhere else in Phuket and would request to be looked after by the same young lady; truly amazing! Thank you for the most amazing hospitality!

I absolutely loved this hotel. Very modern contemporary with lovely tropical grounds, this was the perfect hotel for the end of our trip. Granted, we upgraded to the Penthouse to treat ourselves so our room was out of this world but I could see all the rooms were beautifully furnished and well maintained. The pool is the first thing you see when you pass through the foyer and it is beautiful. Very large and with a lovely setting, it's a great place to hang out. The Penthouse was just fabulous with a very attentive host who guided us through the whole place and made sure we would call him if we wanted anything at all. The hotel is in Surin which is a quiet location but there are still a good few local restaurants that offer good value Thai food. There are also a couple of other hotels on this road so you can always pop into those for meals too. The hotel isn't beachfront but it's literally a 3 minute walk opposite the hotel and they do offer a beach butler service to drive you there on a golf buggy and set you up if you don't fancy the short walk. The hotel has 3 beach clubs which they run free shuttles to- they aren't cheap but they are fab. We went to 'Catch' which had a great vibe and lovely cocktails. We both had the Asian Tapas as a light dinner and it was absolutely delicious. There were fire dancers for entertainment and they were the best I'd ever seen. If you're looking for a few nights away from the hustle and bustle of the main beaches, this hotel is the perfect choice.
This review is a little late. We stayed 6 nights at the end of June in a 1 bedroom suite. The suite is as promised; very spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay at Twin palms and only had breakfast on-site. Catch beach club was fabulous and highly recommend spending a day there; food at Catch were delicious and on par with international palates. It rained a couple of nights whilst we were there and lobby was very slippery despite the staff's efforts in clearing the water and mopping. Anti slip mats would have be safer especially at night even if they would clash with the decor. Would definitelyreturn.
