Twinpalms Phuket

From the moment we arrived at the Twin Palms for our honeymoon (actually, even before we arrived- I received a personal greeting and welcoming from our host on whats app) everything was top notch- sparkling clean, beautifully maintained lush landscaping and pool, and unmatched service. Pisit, Alex, and the whole team were over the top accommodating- Pisit handled our reservations, cancellations, taxi services, glowing recommendations, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect and personalized to us- we never had to lift a finger! We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was absolutely stunning- complete with sky high ceilings, and our own private rooftop pool. We were even gifted a complementary bottle of sparkling wine, and other little extras that made our honeymoon that much more special. The hotel restaurants were fantastic and shuttle service so easy. If you want to feel like a queen/king, you will stay here. We will absolutely be back ✨

We had a fantastic stay at the Twinpalms from the moment we arrived we was greeted by Pisit who was fantastic from start to finish. Unfortunately one of our cases hadn’t arrived and was still in Bangkok, we didn’t need to inform the hotel of this as Pisit greeted us and immediately told us he was in control. The case arrived within a couple of hours. The hotel was nothing but perfect, our Loft Villa was absolutely beautiful and so perfect for our family, it was kept spotlessly clean by Pisit and his team. We booked multiple trips through the hotel, Pisist took the time to listen to what we wanted and advised us fantastically. All trips were absolutely amazing and completely hassle free. Thank you Twinpalms for an unforgettable holiday, we will definitely be back and most definitely recommending your beautiful hotel 🥰

We had an amazing stay at Twinspalm. Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The pool is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Pisit, who went above and beyond to help us plan everything and was always there whenever we needed assistance. His recommendations and organization made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

I recently spent five nights at Twin Palms Phuket Resort, and it is the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. The resort is peaceful, serene and beautifully designed — very picturesque, with a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to fully unwind. It feels refined without being pretentious. A special thank you to Ice, who provided exceptional help and support throughout my stay. She was attentive, professional and genuinely kind — it made a real difference. I also appreciated the warm and efficient reception team, the excellent spa staff, the team at the pool bar and restaurants, and the housekeeping staff who kept everything immaculate. The beach at Catch Beach Club is superb — wide, clean and high quality, with a great setting for relaxing during the day. Overall, a truly memorable stay. I would happily return.
