Twinpalms Phuket

Fabulous hotel and staff makes for a fabulous holiday. Everything was perfect. The manager is wonderful ensuring that every detail is to your liking. Spa is heavenly. The room is top quality and the food couldn’t be better. Lastly, location, location, location. We will definitely be back and we will be bringing friends! Can’t wait to come back.

Hotel was great However Luxury escapes description selling the deal was completely misleading. This is not a beach front hotel neither does it share the beach with one other resort. Disappointed for that reason.

First time staying here. We were greeted very warmly upon arrival. Beautiful resort and very good staff. We were always checked on. Helped us with tours and transportation. Located near a very nice beach. Not too crowded like other beaches in the vicinity. Breakfast also had a wide selection.

Brilliant high class hotel beautiful grounds and food . That said we did a luxury escape’s deal , only negative the menu was very limited for the LE package .Only 5 mains available and all mains were same at both hotel and catch beach club where you could eat , seeing inajve a shell fish allergy that left me with 4 meals to choose over 5 lunch or dinners . The breakfast is superb , coffee was best I had in Thailand . Would I return , yes absolutely

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool. Few families with children and they all behaved super well and it felt like adults only. We had a room with pool, which we definitely would recommend. Great room service and housekeeping. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet.
