My stay at Twinpalm Phuket resort was an amazing experience. Yah who was our butler and she was wonderful. Yah made our stay easy and very comfortable. She’s the best ; I recommend her because she helped to fill our days with great suggestions of things to do. The house keeping staff was great, the people at the front desk were outstanding and fast in doing whatever you asked of them. I will like to thank Yah and her outstanding team for their impeccable service and hospitality. Thank you for making our Thailand/Phuket trip truly remarkable. We will be visiting again and looking forward to staying at Twinpalm.

My stay with my family was very welcoming and felt at home. Our assigned “butler” or should I say new family Yah was more than amazing. She made she we had everything we needed at any time of day and was very patient and accommodating. She informed us of different things to do and made sure we had a great time in Phuket.
