Reviews for Twinpalms Phuket
Even the rain on arrival didn't dampen the beauty of this hotel... The welcome was very warm, professional and check-in was swift, which I'm always grateful for. The welcome Bellini was also fab at 9am! The huge open lobby with tasteful and minimalist approach was a great intro to the rest of the complex. Ben from customer relations looked after me while my room was being readied. Ben was attentive, friendly and put me completely at ease... so much so I fell asleep in the library after my long restless night flight from Dubai. Once my room was ready Ben informed me that I'd been upgraded to a suite, as It was my 40th birthday trip, which I am forever grateful for as this just made my welcome to Twinpalms and first trip to Thailand even more special!!! Thank you again! The suite was AMAZING, spacious, airy, clean and so luxe. It really was a home from home. The lounge area was large and fully equipped with TV and Bose bluetooth sound system, corner sofa, armchair and dining area with Bar and a desk. Bedroom was minimal and beautiful with a large outside patio stretching the width of the living area and bedroom, overlooking the gardens and fantastic tranquil pool. The bathroom was beautiful and as big as the bedroom, with large bath, shower area, dressing area, with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto a small private ornamental garden. There were a few power outages in the room during the evenings but this was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Even the 24 hour heavy rains couldn't stop the beauty of this place. The heavy but warm tropical rain didn't stop people using the beautiful pool or relaxing on their covered patios. Luckily the rains subsided to reveal Thailands best weather for weeks and I felt very lucky! Breakfast buffet was great with lots of varied choice and live egg and pancake stations, plenty of seating choices indoor and outdoor. The service was always outstanding from everyone you came across anywhere in the complex - they were just so friendly and made me feel very special. I loved it so much at Twinpalms I stayed an extra night! My suite was booked so I moved into a garden room for the one extra night which was equally as beautiful, just without the living area. I visited the TP chic sister restaurant Palm Seaside Bar and restaurant which I will review separately but the hotel has shuttle or taxi services to get there... it's about a 6 minute drive and worth it for a nice dinner in a great setting. I also visited the TP sister beach club "Catch" equally chic and also a great day-to-night venue. Shuttle also available about a 10 minute drive away. I will also review separately. I'd like to thank all of the staff at Twin palms but especially Ben, you made my stay so memorable and I wish you all the best for the future.. you have a huge career ahead of you...! Your communication style and people skills are so professional but balanced perfectly with a personable feel. The way are able to pre-empt customer needs and provide the level of service that you do did not go unnoticed so a HUGE congratulations on the good work and HUGE thank you! Every good hotel needs a Ben! Thanks again for a great stay TP! ♥️

We spent one week at Twinpalms hotel which we found amazing. The upside is definitely the catch beach club you can go to with hotel shuttle and enjoy the beach and sea with mattress and towels included in the price of the room. However, we found the staff at Oriental spoon particularly arrogant. 2 girls were very nice and the rest of the staff was disrespectful and not smiling. We felt we were not welcomed there. The chief responsible for the eggs was very kind but unable to cook an half boiled egg. First time the white was raw, whereas the second time the egg yolk was cooked. when i asked for a half boiled egg he replied " i could come back in 10 min" so I explained it should only be 3 min. Breakfast was decent in quality but not the highlight of our stay because of the staff. Food is constantly delicious at Catch beach club but cocktails like pina colada are too liquid and pricey for the quality of the drinks. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back but would choose an alternative option for breakfast such as the restaurant just next to Twinpalms right on your left side when you exit the hotel or any other nice restaurant outside the hotel where we feel welcomed.

Went here for Sunday brunch in September with friends cost was2000 baht about 44 pounds and worth it as a special treat for that you got free flowing vodka and port as well as a bottle of wine for two but only one bottle of water.the food was excellent starters were crab lobster oysters scallops as many as you like also there was palmaham. With vegetables and beautiful melted cheese after all of that there’s your roasted meats and vegetables then there’s the sweet station as well as the cheese board .best get there just before midday as it finishes at 3 pm so go early and enjoy guaranteed you won’t do much after ps again won’t let me give a top score

On checking in you are given a 'host', which a lot of 5 star hotels offer, but the Twinpalms hosts are actually useful unlike other hotels. She was always checking to make sure we had a good time and that all our meal plans were satisfactorily arranged. So, no complaints about the service. The pool is huge and provides plenty of space to avoid other swimmers even when there are lots of people around the pool. We stayed in the penthouse with a private pool on the third floor. Very clean and had everything we needed, but would rather it was on 2 floors as opposed to 3. Many options for places to eat and spend the day, including HQ Beach Lounge, Palms Restaurant and Bar and Catch Beach Club, all owned by Twinpalms. Shuttle bus runs regularly throughout the day to each place - on the whole fine, but was 20mins late once coming back from Palms in the evening. Good location with plenty of local restaurants nearby if you're looking for something cheap and authentic.

The experience last time was so good that I promised to take mom to this resort that she has never been to. The resort, their service & their staff, in particular, never disappoint you! Not only did the front desk staff remember me, the reservation lady (who happened to drop by at the front desk) also came to greet us which is surprisingly sweet. Mom & I had such a warm welcome upon arrival. They remembered all the details about my booking & special request which means a lot to me. A big thank-you to Sunny at Reservation who handled my request professionally and managed customer expectation very well. I was impressed. Luckily, we got the room we requested, and we know the staff were doing it at best-effort basis. I was truly appreciative of their help & arrangement. At the front desk, a few staff are worth mentioning. Non is one of the most helpful, responsive, knowledgeable & experienced staff. Upon our arrival, it was so heart-warming that Non knew this was my belated birthday trip. During our check-in, housekeeping was still cleaning the room for us. Since we were in a rush to go to Patang (taxi driver arriving), Non helped speed up the process and sent us to the pool bar for a drink while waiting. Within a short while, the room was ready. While getting ready in the room, we saw Non rushing back to concierge to arrange our luggage to our room, which was so kind of him. Every time we run into him at the front desk, he greets us with the warmest smile. For every request & question we have, Non always gives us the help that we need, going above & beyond our expectation. This demonstrates what service excellence is. Among others, Beer is that friendly lady with a beautiful smile at the front desk. Not only is she always there to help, she also has excellent memory eg she remembered our room no (without me providing it) when I needed her help to arrange taxi. To me, this is not easy, given the large number of hotel guests they handle every day. The trainee (non-Thai) at the front desk is also very approachable. She answered all our questions with good details in a professional way. She also kindly offered to help us take pictures when mom & I were waiting for the hotel shuttle to go to the beach club. That friendliness will always be remembered & appreciated. Ben in the Guest Experience team speaks very fluent English which makes him the best fit to work in this team and interact with hotel guests. Another staff that I remember was the guy who offers welcome drinks in the lobby upon check-in. He always carries with him a sincere smile. I ran into him one day as I was looking for the beach butler, and he immediately helped to make the call, which was super efficient. Bao, the beach butler, is also one of those staff who delivers wonderful service which again is commendable. Mom was particularly impressed by the room cleanliness. You will not find insects, mosquitoes or ants in the room, which has a lot to do with the good job that housekeeping has done with pest control. This may not be the case even in large luxurious resorts, so this is truly amazing in Twinpalm. I also noticed a huge improvement with the service in their beach clubs. We went to HQ Beach Club one afternoon, and the staff there were very attentive & provided excellent suggestions to food choices, which has made our day very special. All in all, I will definitely come back to Twinpalm again!
