Superior customer service and truly "dog friendly!" The resort is in an exceptional location and the suite was spacious, well-appointed and more than comfortable. And they really are welcoming of your dog - protective cover on couch, dog biscuits, bed, bowl, etc. ( all so appreciated). When I noted my frustration at the lack of instructions for appliances, tvs, thermostat, etc. after a recent stay, I was contacted personally by customer relations who actually thanked me for bringing shortcomings to their attention and offered to make sure my next visit is exceptional! I will definitely go back and stay again.

I stayed at Dolphin Bay after visiting Beverly Hills so Christian Louboutin can meet me at his Rodeo Boutique. Valet complained about the Owners and now I understand why. I was one person and was oversold a two bedroom ocean front executive suite. What I needed a two bedroom executive suite for I have no idea. I did not use half the hotel room. As a courtesy I politely declined housekeeping to cut costs on such a huge space. I just bought My Three Carat De Beers Wedding Ring AND I am so glad I am not getting Married here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa.

Fabulous spacious suite, immaculate hotel grounds, large pool with poolside food/drink service and friendly, helpful staff. Suite had full kitchen, washer/dryer and laundry room. Dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, coffee & tea supplied. Luxurious towels & toiletries. We were fortunate to stay in a pool view suite with stunning ocean views - amazing to relax on the balcony while gazing out at the ocean. Used the incredibly clean BBQ facilities one evening - a little tricky to ignite - lighter is in cupboard adjacent to BBQ. Really wish we could have stayed for longer in this amazingly property! Highly recommend!

The was our second time and this resort and they did not disappoint! From the very beginning with excellent valet service to a smooth and welcoming check in, it was a great start! We then had a lovely dinner at Lido against the gorgeous backdrop of the Pacific. Our two bedroom ocean front suite was beautiful and well appointed. We spent the second day by pool which was fun and relaxing. Pool side service was right on target. We can't wait to go back--thank you so much!

Grand mothers day celebration. 2 bedroom ocean front suite - superior. Daughter's family with two young grandsons enjoyed the pool and grass area and brunch (kids meal). Surprised by other daughter making a trip from Austin to celebrate with us. Patrick Corbo at the front desk was excellent, even though they said we could check in early and when we got to the room it was still being cleaned. Mathew took great care of our luggage and car. This is our fifth "staycation" at that property and it just gets better and better. How do they do it?
