Banyan Tree Resort Mayakoba- A Truly Royal Experience
Our stay at Banyan Tree Mayakoba was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, every single staff member — even the maintenance and construction teams. greeted us with genuine smiles and warmth. Everyone treats you like royalty here! What really stood out was their amazing personalized service through WhatsApp. Every request, no matter how small, was handled quickly and with such attention to detail. It made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had — Banyan Tree Mayakoba is pure perfection!

Relaxing and Beautiful
This place was so much fun! It was very relaxing and the property was massive. I was able to do a bunch of different activities, that ranged from kayaking, bike riding, and going to the beach. They have excellent restaurants on the premise as well, Safron had excellent Thai food. One of the workers, Osiel, after finding out it was my birthday gave me a great performance and a slice of cake. 10/10 would recommend.

A Magical 40th Birthday at Banyan Tree Mayakoba
We just returned from celebrating my husband’s 40th at Banyan Tree Mayakoba, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning, but it’s the exceptional staff that made our stay truly special. René checked in with us daily via WhatsApp to ensure every detail was handled - cars arranged, reservations confirmed, and anything we needed taken care of before we even had to ask. Juan at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and Henry and the entire team made the Mayan Dinner absolutely incredible. We also have to highlight Osiel at Sands (for our daily lunch), who went above and beyond during our lunches and even surprised my husband by singing Happy Birthday - with a guitar - in both English and Spanish. It was a moment we’ll never forget. Banyan Tree Mayakoba is a beautiful escape, made extraordinary by the people who work there. We left feeling celebrated, cared for, and already dreaming about our next visit. Hope to visit again very soon!
