I brought my wife here for our honeymoon. The experience was next level from the minute we landed to the moment we were dropped of at the airport to go home. The accommodations were superb. The restaurants were delicious, and we were able to also enjoy the restaurants at other hotels in the Mayakoba complex. The spa was excellent. The golf course was fantastic. Every single staff member was exceptional throughout. We particularly appreciated the hard work and kind nature of Kareem at The Shack, the quiet adults-only pool/beach option on the Banyan Tree property. The Banyan Tree Mayakoba was a great place for a romantic getaway, and the hotel would also be wonderful for a family vacation. 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic resort. Special thanks to Executive Chef Alfonso for his unbelievable food (I loved the Paella). The staff was very kind, and we appreciate the hospitality and kindness of the Resort Executive Manager, Mr. Morales, and Mr. Rafael Lopez and Paulina. A special thank you to Juan Salto from the pool staff at SUR for going above and beyond for us. It was our 5th return to our home away from home, and it couldn't have been any better. This is the place to be if you want first-class service and hospitality. Muchas gracias!

We had an incredible stay at the oceanfront king suite. Emmanuel and Eduardo, who were a part of the concierge team made our trip as smooth as possible, handling every detail and reservation for us. Extremely thoughtful and reliable. 10/10

Amazing Balinese massage with just the perfect medium pressure. Beautiful room, love the essential oils, nice rose petal wash & feet scrub, and freshly made ginger tea & treats at the end. Happy my masseuse was very attentive and I walked away feeling relaxed, less neck & shoulder pain. The experience was so worth it!
