Banyan Tree Mayakoba

Jesus at the beach and Francisco y Omar at breakfast took amazing care of our little family during our stay. Their service was outstanding- they went above and beyond to take care of us and our 18 month year old. Their customer service was so special. We are so appreciative of their care!

We had a lovely time at Banyan Tree Mayakoba. This was our second time here and really enjoyed the atmosphere, per usual. This trip had a lot of good sun, relaxing vibes and fantastic staff. In particular Jesus from Sands beach club couldn’t have been better. He was attentive, thoughtful and kind for our 5 day stay. He really understands relationships and how to provide outstanding customer service to others.

The food prices are out of control!!! This is ridiculous! I know it’s a high luxury resort but nobody wants to feel gouged and that is what they’re doing. We go every year, but this is our last! We’re not putting up with this especially when there’s so many great resorts in Mexico!!

Jair was the best server we could ask for. The food was top notch. We would go back 10/10 times.
