Banyan Tree Mayakoba

We went to the Banyan Tree for our Honeymoon. Picturesque destination to celebrate and relax. We had a great experience with everyone, especially Jesus at both Beach Clubs to the point when we heard he wasn’t working at one, we’d go to the other. Amazing experience and very happy!

We ate at Saffron during our stay at Mayakoba, and it ended up being one of our favorite dinners of the trip. We were a family of seven, and every single person left happy. The Pad Thai was phenomenal—definitely one of the best I've ever had. We also loved the spring rolls and fried rice. I have to mention the mango sauce because it was incredible. We were dipping everything in it! And don't skip the coconut dessert. It was the perfect way to end the meal. Our server, Benedicto, was fantastic! He took such great care of our large family all evening. Our drinks stayed full, everything came out correctly, and he was friendly and attentive from start to finish. Saffron at Banyan Tree was one of our favorite restaurants at Mayakoba and one that we'll be sure to visit next time we come!

We had an amazing meal at Saffron! Our server, Laura, was attentive and made great suggestions for even our pickiest eater. The chef came to our table and was incredibly kind and amazing and even took the time to teach us some Thai! From our boat ride to the gorgeous Banyan Tree to our welcome ritual (I won’t spoil it, but it was such a unique way to start our evening) this restaurant exceeded my family’s expectations!

Beach is wonderful, foods and drinks perfect. Ask to stay at Jesus waiter area, he can turn an ama ing experience into something unique!!!!

I stayed here with my husband. We came to the beach everyday because we were very pleased with our service with Jesus. He made our days very enjoyable. He checked on us regularly, refilled our drinks while we were in the pool, always made sure we had plenty of water, and brought us delicious drinks. He took care of all of our requests in a timely and professional manner. He gave great recommendations for restaurants to try and consistently went above and beyond. Our concierge, Gaby, was amazing, attentive, and responsive to all of our needs. Our masseuses gave us the best massages in the world and our experience at the spa was incredible. Anna took us through the rainforest experience and was very lovely.
