Banyan Tree Mayakoba

Location was so beautiful ! The mayakoba channels were so serene and such a cleaner vibe compared to ocean front because the ocean front places feel so salty and sticky, this place was so refreshing! Rooms were so perfect for large families. We loved how the kids could be semi separated from the master for some privacy for the parents. Noise level — absolutely no complaints. I love how the families that come to true luxury places have the same consideration to keeping their kids noises in check. We appreciate coming to places like this so mic. Luxury but family friendly. Amenities were on point. Love the abundance of wtaer bottles, the bikes were a big fav! Such a fun ambiance. So cute to be able to bike to breakfast and lobby, truly an experience. Shout out to Gaby - our personal concierge assistant. The service was so fast and on point. If we wanted something we simply use WhatsApp and it came within 5-10 minutes. They cleaned the room twice a day! Absolutely loved that!! Price point matches the value of this place I took extra time to leave this review we truly appreciate it when we have a luxury experience, the money we spent felt 100% worth it.

This is our third visit to Banyan Tree and we will return. While the beach itself has suffered from recent hurricanes, the property remains the perfect combination of warm and friendly and luxurious. What truly sets the property apart, however, is the impeccable service. At the beach, our attendant, Jesus, was always there with an extra towel when we climbed out of the pool or a cool and refreshing drink when the sun got hot. He seemed to know what we needed before we did! Our concierge Jose has been equally as attentive - quick to ask what we needed before and equally quick to ensure that it is accomplished. We have traveled quite a bit and find this level of warm and responsive service at this resort quite remarkable for a property at this price point.

Our experience at Banyan Tree was amazing for our honeymoon! Our personal concierge, Jose, was amazing and so knowledgeable and helpful coordinating golf cart transportation for every dinner we had. One morning I was feeling congested and his partner Francisco was able to arrange for medicine to be delivered from a pharmacy under an hour. Amazing service all around! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I had the best time at Banyon Tree. The property is beautiful. Food was delicious. Service was impeccable- especially Juan (Butler) and Gamaliel (Beach waiter). We would rate the whole experience as 10/10!!

Gamaliel was the best he made the experience worth everything.
