Banyan Tree Mayakoba

Sands beach was absolutely our favorite gamaliel took care of us everyday while we were out there ! His service was AMAZING.

Gamaliel at the Baynan Mayakoba on the beach is the absolutely best service I have ever received. He his so thoughtful in making sure you comfortable, taken care of not matter what circumstances. From recommending the best drinks and food to getting you the best shade etc. I will only come back to this resort because of Gamaliel!!!

Jesus and's gamaliel was the best help on the beach. The best service was quick and efficient they were very kind and kept on bringing us cold water and towels. If you come make sure to find them and sit by the beach.

Our stay at this resort with our family has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing, and the staff truly made us feel taken care of. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, and the level of service really made the experience feel special. We unfortunately happened to visit during sargassum season, so the beach itself wasn’t quite at its usual best, which was understandably out of the resort’s control. However, this honestly did not take away from our experience — especially because of Gama, our beach guy. Gama deserves a special mention because he went above and beyond to make our time at the beach and pool area feel absolutely luxurious. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, incredibly friendly, and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. His service, kindness, and attention to detail genuinely elevated our entire stay. He made us feel so well taken care of that it truly felt like we were staying at a five-star resort. The beautiful atmosphere and wonderful staff are already reasons to love this resort, but having someone like Gama taking care of us at the beach and pool was truly the icing on the cake. He is an incredible asset to the resort, and we are so grateful for everything he did to make our family’s stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience — and a very special thank you to Gama for making our beach and pool days exceptional! We will absolutely remember his hospitality.

Gemaliel is the best he helped at the beach with towels and everything we needed !!! We really appreciate it we can’t wait to come back again!
