Beachside room worth it
Had an incredible time. Stayed in an ocean view balcony suite, right next to the beach. Jesus was very friendly and provided excellent service our whole stay. Staff knew I was taking Spanish lessons while here and gave me a nice note and Spanish flashcards! Would definitely recommend

Beach Deluxe
We had a wonderful villa and enjoyed our stay very much. We have spent every day at the beach and one particular thing that stood out was the service by Gamaliel. I work in sales and I am myself very customer focused and so I was especially glad to be treated this well. If you read this, thank you for making our stay carefree and so enjoyable!! Ignas&Annika

Gamaliel at the beach!
Gamaliel is the star of Sands, absolute best service at the beach! We have been going here for the past 12 years and he's always the warmest and kindest. Always smiling and willing to go out of the way, really makes us feel like we are back home every time. His service is one of the main highlights of our stay each time and one of the main reasons that keeps us coming back! Having travelled quite a bit, his service remains as the absolute best out of all the places and he is truly such an asset to this resort!

Best place ever! There is no vacation like it. If you go to the beach ask for Gamaliel. He is the best part of the vacation! We were taken care of every time we got to the beach with anything we could need or want!

Welcome Home
Back again at our favorite place, feels like home. Staff is so warm & welcoming. we stay by the beach, sunset walking right outside to the beach or breakfast. But, you need to know all the villas have been renovated & are magnificent & huge, all with pools & Jacuzzis. The food @ Cello & the chef will make you anything you want. The fish at the sands can't get any fresher. Better make your massages before you go, they are so booked, & there is a reason, they are great! Ride bikes thru out the complex, & if you are a golfer, roll out of bed onto the greens. Oh, buffet at Oriente is the best, I've never seen one like this with everything & it hits the spot. Banyan Tree is a sleeper. Once you go there you will always come back!'' It's a special property & you feel so rejuvenated when you leave. The GM must be doing something right, it is such a privilege to work there.
