Great experience!
We had a wonderful time at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba for our Babymoon! It was our second time visiting. The beaches were beautiful, the room was spectacular, and the food was great. We were especially grateful to Jorge for his attentive, personable service at Sur beach club. We are already talking about returning to the Banyan Tree soon!

Romantic resort
This hotel is beautiful and romantic. Our room was a lagoon rooftop pool one and it is GORGEOUS, and very private. Saffron was super yummy, and had great atmosphere. Jorge at the adult pool was our favorite employee! Which is saying a lot since everyone was so kind and welcoming. But Jorge went above and beyond to make sure we got a good spot, and that we were happy all day. We are pretty picky about our resorts, and this place is definitely somewhere we would return too.

Jorge at the beach is the best!
Jorge provided the very best beach service! He helped us find chairs and was so helpful in picking lunch and drinks.

Fun Days in the Beach!
Wonderful long weekend at Banyan Tree. Special shout out to Gamaliel at the beach, who was friendly, helpful and attended to our every need even before, we knew it needed! Thank you for making her stay special.
