Banyan Tree Mayakoba

The beach club is our favorite location in the resort. The views are amazing and the service is impeccable.

It was my first time here I had a great time with my wife great service great people working here, especially the worker by the beach named Gamaliel who is attentive and kind. Very fast and helpful man, great English as well.

Amazing service from gamaliel & Pepe at Sands Beach Club, they took such good care of us every day and made sure trip really special. Matheo our concierge was amazing too and Roger who did the sup paddle board classes at the pool was just brilliant. Great workout and stretch class too. Having our own villa was so special and felt so private.

Our stay at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba was fantastic. All the staff were very hospitable, remembered our names, and made sure we were well attended to. At Sands Beach, Jesus made sure to always get our order correct and our timely, and helped to make our honeymoon very memorable! We are thankful for everyone and will be back!

I went here with my wife for our honeymoon. The staff throughout our stay went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable at all times. Special shout-out to Jesus on the beach for making us little feel like kings!
