I visited Banyan Tree Mayakoba with my family, and we experienced exceptional customer service — exactly what we expected, but even better. Our dinner at _Cello_ restaurant was a highlight. Our servers, Jair and Armando, made us feel incredibly welcome and special. They provided top-tier service and truly elevated the entire experience. I highly recommend Banyan Tree Mayakoba, and definitely take the time to have dinner with your family at Cello. The variety and quality of the food are next level. 5 stars. We’ll be back. Baster Family!

Warmth from Staff Elevates an Already Amazing Experience
I was lucky enough to stay at Banyan Tree Mayakoba for a week and experience the full attention and care of the staff there. From Gaby in the Sands reception/concierge, to Rafael at Cello, Juan Jose at Tomahawk, and the amazing team including Gamaliel, Edwin, and Jesus on the beach—everyone showed an attention to detail and genuine interest that made the trip unforgettable. Through a combination of English and Spanish I was able to discover the kindness and dedication of everyone who crossed our path throughout our stay. While those mentioned went above and beyond, the consistent dedication of the staff at Banyan Tree Mayakoba went beyond politeness to truly elevate the entire experience of the resort.

We had an amazing time
We had an amazing time and were particularly looked after by an amazing Waiter at the sandys Beach called Gamaliel. He was very attentive and made our whole stay so special.
