Banyan Tree Mayakoba

We loved our villa! Note the 2nd bedroom is only connected via outside stairs and keys are required to get to/from each bedroom. Living room is not connected and does not have a bathroom. The pool is huge. Hot tub was too hot to use. Housekeeping was great! Concierge services were mostly very helpful Madai and Eduardo in particular were very quick to respond and answered all our questions. Food was good especially breakfast. The pricing is very expensive even for a resort destination. Saffron didn’t live up to the hype. La Copa was our favorite with excellent service.

This place rocks! We had an amazing time Everyone was so courteous and respectful. The amenities were awesome. The facilities are 10 star. Gamaliel @ the sands was extra extra super amazing and helpful and always there to make us comfortable and the sands. Would definitely comeback again soon.

Gamliel took care of us by the Sands Beach !! He was exceptional attentive and just wanted to please!! He set up private beach chairs for us everyday!! His service was top notch h we would definitely return because of him!!!

Banyan Tree has been one of our favorite trips we’ve ever been on. Every staff member was amazing and took great care of us! Angel was the best concierge and made all of our requests happen. Palacios, Hendricks, Manuel, and Arturo at Sands were unreal and provided great service. And Jesus took care of us every day on the beach and he was AMAZING! He was so kind, attentive, and went above and beyond. They each made our experience incredible and getting to meet this awesome staff was one of our favorite parts of the trip! We feel so grateful that we got to meet them and give them five stars for their service!

Overall great experience. Gamaliel at the beach area was amazing.
